>> coming up on 4:43, a lot of folks looking forward to tomorrow with the fireworks. >> and looking good. actually will end one high pressure to place the rest of the weekends. weekends starts to turn, pattern shifts by that point but four more straight days of nice weather colder, though, always a trade off yes. >> talking 30's, mid 30's? >> thirty's at best, yes. so much, much colder. we've experienced as of late but you know what the end of december, beginning of january, no hype required on these kind of temperatures, you know. this is usual winter weather it is just we haven't seen it in a really long time. so often it is that shear perception, when you walk out the door for the first time, after the thermometers dropping, like man this is a lot colder than it was. so you need to be ready for t that's where i come in. getting you ready to get out the door, extra heavy coat required for the next couple of days and specially, my friends, if you plan to be outside for an extended period of time. we're not dealing with any kind of major wind issues, but definitely dealing with the chill.
4:44 am
which we will show going through temperatures in a second. what the atmosphere is up to right now we do have cloud cover. you can see almost in this little squeeze play with two separate disturbances nearby. yes, like calling them disturbances but blanket term for very light lake effect snow rolling in through up-state new york, way too far to mess with us. then still have what's left of the frontal boundery that rolled through yesterday. those two pieces of energy close enough, to usher in some clouds, but that's really it. meanwhile look at what the temperatures have done since yesterday. yesterday was already colder than the day before. so we continue to drop off on the thermometer hereby anywhere from say eight to almost 15 degrees, as a result here is how it looks on the thermometer now. back to the 30's across most of the board. no huge deal for late december again, it is that perception. we've been very spoiled, with mild air as of late. now, as we go through the day because the colder air continues to funnel in, more of northerly component, not breezy about you because of the formerly flow it will mean we barely even get you out of the 30's most spots today. twenty-five tonight under
4:45 am
partly cloudy sky don't get the blanket of cloud cover as added benefit. so with clearing sky it, will get a lot colder more readily. finally we start to rebound on the thermometer by the weekends, there you have it, new storm on the way right now looks like it is primarily a rainmaker. ukee, back to you. >> thank you in sports, the eagles looking toward next year now after disappointing finish to the 2014 season. the birds cleaned out their lockers at lincoln financial field yesterday. the eagles started a season nine and three as you know, but finished ten and six and out of the playoffsment probably changes are ahead when it comes to personnel but the organization will not act hastily. >> time is on everybody's side here. you know, we don't have to make any decisions today. you don't have to make any decisions until close to free agency in terms of how we want to start to shape the roster for 2015. i think we've got a real good process in terms of how that works, and i don't think there is no reason to be haste any any decision from that stands point. >> always good luck, fellows thank for the ride. flyers give it good try
