jane carabao is live at upper darby police department with more jan? >> reporter: nicole and ukee a scary scene for many people yesterday, this shooting unfolding in broad daylight by the end of it all a suspect was dead. a man police say had a history of mental illness. take a look the at this video this shooting unfolded just after 4:30 tuesday afternoon near the intersection of garrett road and shadeland avenue in drexel hill. police say five two-year old joseph pacini was fatally shot when he tried to run over officers with his car but you this all started police say after the suspect posted videos on you tube threatening to kill police. haverford police had an arrest warrant out for threatening one of its detectives. so office are went to his clifton heights home on tuesday and followed pacini driving to drexel hill where police boxed him in and shooting unfolded lets take a listen. >> he puts the car in reverse runs in the police chief's car from clifton, and almost

struck several officers the police then opened fire on the vehicle. >> this is my coming out party, okay, so you want to try to bring me down? i will bleep kill you and your bleep whole family so go ahead and try me. >> reporter: that is just one of pacini's post he posted on his you tube page. his last post was made minutes before he was shot and killed by police. we will have more in the neck half an hour. during all these shootings some bullets hit a nearby bank and medical office however no other people or police were injured. reporting live from upper darby, jan carabao for cbs-3 "eyewitness news". philadelphia police are looking for a man wanted for a vicious attack on pregnant woman. you can see woman walking down manton street, last week when all of a sudden a man's runs up and punches her in the head. he took her purse and a bag of food before driving away in the gray suv.

million-dollar bail. robert palin was arrested last year in madison, wisconsin for sexual assault and battery. it led philadelphia police to get a hit on his dna in a national database. palin was extradited to philadelphia. he is now charged in attacks on two women in penny pack park dating back to 2010. >> his dna was up loaded matched ours and then we started this investigation all over again in march. we were able to track down all of our victims except for one and photo spread were done positively identified him. >> palin was a suspect in the third attack but since then that victim has died. gloucester township police arrested this man suspect of secretly video taping women. karl camp junior came to her apartment several times and before leaving set up a cell phone to record her. officers investigated and found another woman who made

we are learning more of a police involved shooting in drexel hill. police say joseph pacini posted threats on line and confronted police near garrett road and shadeland avenue. officers say he tried to back his car over them and they opened fire. authorities say pacini had an arrest record and mental health issues. is there a large police presence in bridgeton cumberland counting after a

shooting. police released new details and we will keep you posted. the search for air asia flight 8501 is on hold because of rough weather. authorities collect several items and remains of at least seven victims. the plane disappeared sunday over the java sea. all right. coming up on 5:43 lets check out that forecast for new years eve, katie. >> we will start off with a nice wide zoom on storm scan three where we have generally a huge dome of high pressure. you can see east of the rockies there is in the a lot going on. we have a little round have of lake effect snow courtesy of the wind flow but overall all about that high. meanwhile there is a storm brewing bringing very atypical snow to las vegas, vegas in the desert getting some snow. it is not unheard of but it doesn't happen all that often. that will be the storm that rolls across rockies in the the planes and sets us up for our next storm system. so we are going to be talking about in the just a new storm
