upper darby police department with more on that jan. >> reporter: nicole and ukee a terrifying experience for many people yesterday. police say this suspect had a history of making threats against police on his you tube page. last post came at 4:00 p.m. and then dead by 5:00. >> this is my coming out party, okay. so you want to try to bring me down i will bleep kill you and your whole family, all right. so go ahead and bleep try me. >> reporter: it is just one clip in the series of posts made by five two-year old guess he have pacini during which he threatens to kill police but the the last video was posted minutes before he was shot and killed in drexel hill tuesday afternoon. police pulled him over and said pacini tried to plow them down in his car. >> he came out of the car. he puts the car in reverse. he runs into the police chief's car from clifton. he almost, struck several officers, the the police then opened fire on the vehicle. >> reporter: haverford police had an arrest warrant for the

suspect because of threats pacini made against one of its detective. officer went to pacini's clifton heights home and followed him as he drove to direction ill hill where police boxed him in and shooting unfolded. >> he apparently used his vehicle as a weapon. >> reporter: pacini was shot by five officers. meantime police say he had a history of mental illness. on his you tube channel he talks about his love for sarah bar illes. >> i'm sarah a barilles twin fling, soul mate. >> reporter: the five two-year old also had a police record. >> in 2005 he was arrested for recklessly endangering another person, false imprisonment terroristic threats. >> reporter: during this shooting, several bullets ended up hitting a their by bank and medical office, however no other people or police were injured. we're reporting live in upper darby, j a an carabao for cbs-3 "eyewitness news". we are learning to more

about a shooting in bridgeton cumberland county. this happened on south avenue near hen very street around 9:30 last night. you cane there is a huge police presence as they continue to investigate. as soon as we receive a update from police we will bring it to you right away. and developing right now rough weather is delaying search for victims and debris from air asia flight 8501 but as mark albert report crews recovered more bodies aboard the doomed flight. four days in the hunt indonesia search and rescue teams say they have found the main wreckage of air asia flight 8501. cbs news confirmed that officials now have a sonar image showing a large dark object upside down at the bottom of the java sea. break through comes as rescuers recovered more bodies from the water including a flight attendant in june form one day after picking up other bodies and dewrites from the plane. this begins the the investigation in ernest by

it has been more than a week and police have still not made any arrest. friend and family laid three three-year old teresa, to rest are. she was hit last tuesday on state road in holmesberg. her family says the pain get worse by the day. >> it is not supposed to be this way. your children are supposed to bury you. >> police believe the vehicle used is a black pick up or tow truck. they lost a headlight in the crash. police are now reviewing surveillance video and interviewing witnesses. it is called worse mass murder in he had monday toes's history. nine people including two children are killed in the murder suicide. police found victims yesterday

at three different crime scenes in the city. gunman was also found dead. detectives will only say, that there was a domestic dispute and the shooter's family feared, he was suicidal. well tragedy at a wal-mart in idaho to tell but. a two year-old boy extently shoots and kills his own mother with her own gun. police say the boy found the gun in his mother's purse and he pulled the trigger shooting her at point blank range. the store was hut down the rest of the day but it is set to reopen sometime this morning. and developing right now as many as 300 cars are trapped in the snowy mountains outside los angeles. about a foot of snow already fell on the san bernardino mountains and strong wind gusts are making it tougher to see there. some drivers have abandoned their cars all together others have been actually using chains to make it through this slick road. so just a messy situation over there, and we're dealing with much better here. katie? >> we are but that very same storm, nicole will be the story as it crosses the the

majors in the only in pennsylvania, but new jersey, delaware, and you can breathe that sigh of relief. if you are traveling, however, valley forge park road, we do have an accident near inter line drive so be line for that. mass transit is in the clear. ukee. we are getting more information on the man shot and killed by police last night in drexel hill. police say joseph pacini tried to run down officers with his car. he he had posted threats on line. investigators say pacini had mental health issues and previous run ins with the law. we are trying to get more information bay shooting in bridge top cumberland county. is there a large police presence there but so far authorities have released very few details about that situation. officials have suspended the search for air asia flight 5801 because of rough weatheher in the java sea. sonar has located what appears to be the plane's wreckage. we will be right back.

suspect, police say had a history of mental illness and history of making threats against police. take a look at the video you can see the scene as it unfolded. this shooting happened just after 4:30 tuesday engineer garrett road and shadeland avenue in drexel hill. police say five two-year old joseph pacini was fatal willly shot when he tried to run over officers with his car but this all started police say after the suspect posted videos on you tube threatening to kill police. now haverford police had an arrest warrant out for pacini for threatening one of its detectives so office are went to his clifton heights home on tuesday and followed pacini a as he drove to drexel hill and that is where police blocked him in and shooting unfolded take a listen. >> he went out of the car, puts the car in reverse, runs in the police chief's car from clifton. almost struck several officers, the police then opened fire on the vehicle.
