police last fall. we can also expect the defense to poke several holes in the tate of state's case. >> accused murderer eric frein returns to court monday where pike county prosecutors will level their case against him before a judge. they are seeking the death penalty. in his hearing we should learn more about the events leading to up and after his capture, back on october 30th. >> he has been stripped of his guns had i of his bombs and now his freedom. >> night of his capture he acknowledge he shot troopers because he want add change in government, statement that led to additional charges of terrorism. prosecutors note frein's statement was made after he was advised of his constitutional right to stay silent and request a lawyer. now, at issue, will frein's confession hold up in court? was he denied initial access to an attorney? on september 12th, 2014, prosecutors say frein using a high powered rifle, opened fire outside state police barracks in pike county.

moving along great there, as well, and over on the schuylkill expressway, blurry camera here, westbound lanes around south street. that is headed -- there are the westbound lanes moving great, eastbound no problem there as women. we do have road closures out in west conshohocken, water main break, front street closed at crawford, pay attention to local detours when traveling through the area. some downed wires youth in huntington valley byberry road closed between heat on road and huntington pike. your alternate for the time being is to take county line road. and we do have a small building fire out in ambler, butler avenue at maple avenue. so just pay attention for some fire police out on the scene directing traffic around the incident. back to you. >> thank you, developing right now, we have some tragic news out of southern california. police ida baby girl found dead inside a dumpster in imperial bun as three year old delacruz infant was kidnapped from her long beach home saturday. that's more than 100 miles from where her body was found. police still looking for the
