losing its car combo and sending several people to the hospital. take a look at this new jersey state police photo of the aftermath of the crash. the it happened at 295 northbound today. the truck hitting the overpass at i-76. that tank fell from the trailer and then hit multiple cars but we're told in of the injuries was serious. developing right now authorities have identified, this three terrorist who opened fire at a newspaper office in paris. twelve people were killed in that attack. cbs news correspondent alfonso van marsh tells us france has raised its security alert to the highest level. >> french police are hunting for three gunman who opened fire inside a newspaper office in paris. witnesses say shooters the editorial meeting of charlie hebdo a weekly paper that caricatured the prophet mow ham it. one survivor say the the the

the winter chill and lack of water supply complicates fighting a fire in bucks county. fire fighters responded to a large, two story home on curly million in million road in new britain township late last night. everyone got out okay but the home is a total loss. fire fighters had had two problems here, a lack of hydrants in the area and below freezing temperatures. the causes now under investigation. and east lansdowne man is facing child porn charges thinks the suspect a 30 year-old edward curran, who is charged with 25 counts of sexual abuse of children and criminal use of a communications facility. cure ran has a preliminary hearing january 13th. another big announcement in the world of montgomery county politics. the risa vetri furhman's decision not to run for another tern as district attorney has opened the door for a familiar face to pursue his former job. as our walt a hunter first reported bruce castor will run

philadelphia we are basically, subtracting 15 degrees off actual temperature to get what it feels like out there right now. we are under a wind chill advisory entire region this evening, through thursday morning, here's a look at how it will and, when we wake up, 15 below, to 20 below, lehigh valley will feel as cold as 15 below tomorrow morning. in the city, feeling like, minus five to ten. even down the shore it may feel sub zero at least for a time, so just not a great start to our thursday morning. now today we have had gusts up to 30 or 40 miles an hour tomorrow wind chills below zero, almost all day long, it does moderate a bit on friday but as you'll see we will hit a stumbling block. 8 degrees. record is two. does no look like a record but wind chill will be below zero overnight. single digit wind chills tomorrow, high of 20 degrees. it is still blustery. you're witness weather three day forecast frigid tomorrow. gets better on friday but don't get too excited. look at the this 24 degrees

be heading north until the end of the week. in new york, allison harmelynn for cbs-3 "eyewitness news". cold is not just tough on people but it is also tough on pets. animal advocates wants to you bring your pets inside this winter. here's "eyewitness news" reporter syma chowdhry. >> reporter: when code blue is in effect animal advocates see red if they find dogs being left out in the extreme cold. a new sudden ordinance can have owners find up to $500 if their doggies outside during weather that is 20 degrees or colder. act philly handles the complaints and so far they have made 16 site visits. >> we want to make sure every owner ace wear of their obligation to protect their pets. >> please don't record me. >> reporter: owner of these dogs on the 2100 block of north 62nd street received a citation for not leaving proper shelter and water. >> keep your dogs inside. that is it. in this sub zero weather as i said, these animals can only

surveillance video from december 17th, 1 suspect got into the home on cross street by pushing in a window air conditioning. he then let in the other suspect through the front door. an alarm went off just moments later when both suspects fled and they didn't even take anything. police in gloucester township want to find this man, they say he stole eight baseball gloves from the sports outlet store in glendora. this happened november 29th and those gloves are valued at $1,400. bill cosby's former tv wife is coming to his defense. felicia rashad is quoted now assaying that sexual assault accusation as begins cosby are orchestrated. entertainment web site she business 411 report that they spoke with rashad at a movie lunch and they quote her assaying forget these women what you are seeing is a destruction of the legacy. she said someone is determine to keep bill cosby off tv and it has worked. police in san francisco are searching for a botox bandit, on the loose. authorities say that this man

in the surveillance video walked into a doctor's office, went through several treatments and then left. officials say this might not be his first time doing this. the makers of the botox sent out an e-mail warning doctors about the cosmetic crime spree. >> the description of probably the exact same person, tall muscular man, who wanted the exact same thing. so botox fillers and a laser treatment. >> these procedures weren't cheap. they added up to $5,000. doctors say these particular procedures are usually done once a year so they will be on the look out to see if the botox bandit, strikes again. and we're going to start things off we have think afternoon at 5:36. we go outside and check out the vine street expressway. you can see pretty much jammed in both directions. heading eastbound toward i-95 we are jammed solid in all lanes there, and all brake lights westbound heading toward the schuylkill
