. >> breaking news at 6:00. delaware state police issued an a.m. bert alert for four-year-old colette hamilton and her brother four month old cortez hamilton. they're missing along with their mother keach shah. they were last seen at 10 o'clock last night. detectives believe they may be in imminent danger. police also say the children and their mother may be in the company of the children's father cortez hamilton senior.

30's to near 40's for the high. only made to it 25 in philadelphia, 25 in millville. 23 wilmington and did not get out of the teens up in berks county. readying only coming in at 19 degrees today. many spots currently sitting in the teens this hour. again we're still dealing with some windy conditions as well across the region and then that's going to be a problem tonight. but again we have clear skies so temperatures will be on the chilly side. we'll get down to possibly some single digits in some spots looks like my graphics do not want to move on me and maybe this is the cold that's impacting this computer system as well. tomorrow's high temperatures are going to get back into the upper 30's. then we'll talk about our next storm system moving in for monday. there could be enough cold air in place for freezing rain. natasha, back to you. >> following developing story right now. fire crews at the sunoco

refinery in south philadelphia. large fires and flares. philadelphia emergency solutions says it is "dumping into the flames." the company says is the large flames and smoke don't pose a health risk or pollution risk at this point and that it looks worse than it actually is because of cold weather. we have a crew on the scene working to gather more details. stay with us. also stay with us online as well. cbsphilly.com for the very latest. authorities believe that the fourth suspect wanted in connection with the terror attack in france has fled to turkey. police think she might have information about an islamic extremist cell her husband and the other o terror suspects may have belonged to. cbs news correspondent wendy gillette has more. >> reporter: france is on high alert following three days of bloodshed that started on wednesday at the satirical newspaper charlie hebdo. 20 people were killed including three gunmen. police are hunting for the

common law wife of one of the gunmen amedy coulibaly who could have information about an islamic extremist cell he may have belonged to. turkish officials say she may have passed through the country on her way to syria. at least 700,000 people attended vigils in several french cities saturday to honor the victims. hundreds married and lit candles in budapest. dozens gathered in beirut and the west bank. there were moral lease in the united states. about a thousand people attended this event in washington square park. >> charlie. >> reporter: they chanted sang and held pens to honor the newspaper journalists who can were killed can. the french ambassador to the un and french chef danielle b. oud were there. >> the values we hold dear are shared by our american friends. >> the message is we are unified for a strong reason, which is freedom. >> reporter: other rallies will be held sunday including

"eyewitness news" reporter matt rivers has the details. >> reporter: a midweek philadelphia the inquirer report prompted today's press conference. that report claimed a grand jury had recommended criminal charges against kathleen kane. today her lawyer did not confirm that report but said if it is true, his client is innocent and no matter what the attorney general won't be stepping down from her position. this all goes back to a grand jury convened in 2009. a special prosecutor is investigating if attorney

general kathleen kane improperly leaked information about that case. leaking grand jury information is illegal and pennsylvania, n-pennsylvania and at a saturday press conference kane's attorney denied any wrongdoing. >> so i ask the public and all of you in the media withhold your judgment, don't jump to conclusions on guilt. >> reporter: the attorney general testified to a state grand jury convened in montgomery county. the inquirer reported that grand jury recommended charging kane with perjury and contempt of court. if that report is true, the decision to charge kane now falls with montgomery county district attorney risa vetri furman. kane's lawyer expressed confidence no charges will be filed but if they are -- >> she was truthful at all times when she testified before the grand jury and she will be found innocent. >> reporter: the special prosecutor in this case was appointed by state government officials with whom kane has clashed politically before. her lawyer argues that is what

this probe is really about. >> this railroad train seems to me to be driven by some men with grudges, men who are bitter and angry. >> reporter: in a statement released yesterday, kane herself was aggressive in her response saying "i will continue to clean up harrisburg despite these attacks that seem to be more about politics than the merits." experts have told "eyewitness news" that it could be weeks before thely montgomery county district attorney decides whether to bring charges. matt rivers, cbs3 "eyewitness news." >> well, dhs is investigating the discovery of four children found in what officers called deplorable conditions inside a home. the discovery was made on the 1200 block of greeby street in philadelphia's oxford circle neighborhood this morning. police say the children ages five to seven were all found locked in a bedroom. they were checked out at saint christopher's hospital. no word if charges will be filed in this case against an adult who was also inside that

home. and detectives they're investigating a deadly shooting outside of a chinese restaurant. it happened at 56th and greenway in philadelphia's kingsessing neighborhood. police say the victim in his early 20's was shot in the chest at about 12:45 this morning. he was pronounced dead at the scene. police are not yet releasing the victim's name just yet. so far there are no arrests in this case. and right now the search is on for the gunman who stole a television from the wal-mart in south philadelphia. police say the suspect walked right out of the store with the tv in a shopping cart. after refusing to show a receipt to the store security guard, police say the 38-year-old suspect pulled up his shirt to show that there was a handgun concealed in his waist band. no one was injured in this incident. meantime police are now searching this weekend for a mother of two missing in mount laurel, burlington county. 26-year-old erica crippen crosby lives on aberdeen drive. family members last heard from her on december 30th.

they say erica went to pj whelihans in cherry hill with her husband, kyle crosby. her car is also missing. a 2000 red ford taurus jersey plate a26efl. anyone with information is asked to contact police right away. and five members of a virginia family are dead after their car collided with a tractor-trailer in maryland. the victims include three adults, two children and an unborn child. the truck driver who is identified as 28-year-old vinete of wilmington delaware was injured. the cause of the crash is still under investigation. the chester county firehouse in delaware county closed after it was hit by a car. take a look here at the damage. it's significant as you can see. "eyewitness news" on concorde road. police say the car crashed into the firehouse near one of the garage doors at about 4:30 this morning and then took off. police followed a trail of antifreeze leaving the scene

800.974.6006 tty/v >> welcome back. comedian bill cosby is heckled again during a performance in ontario, canada. a cnn reporter was inside the theater last night and shot this video. a group stood up and chanted we believe the women. cosby continued his routine after the hecklers left and later released a statement

thanking fans for their support. at least 18 women have now accused cosby of past sexual assaults. no charges have been filed in any of those cases. now dozens gathered on independence mall to rally in support of local police officers. local elected officials and dignitaries spoke at the delaware valley pro blue rally. the event was organized to honor new york police officer rafael ramos and wenjan liu. both were killed during an ambush shooting last month. more legal trouble for george zimmerman. he has been released on bail after florida police arrested him for allegedly throwing a wine bottle at his girlfriend. a judge also ordered zimmerman to avoid contact with the woman. zimmerman has had several brushes with the law since he was acquitted in the shooting death of trayvon martin. recovery teams have now raised the tail section of airasia flight 8501 from the java sea. they used ropes and giant under water air bags to lift the wreckage to the surface.

snow there and some quality snow making conditions but the cold dry air mass in place. live look at big boulder this hour. you got the die hards up there, skiers and riders battling cold temperatures. excellent conditions. currents wind speeds across the region have calmed down from what it's been the past few days. 10 miles per hour in philadelphia, under 10 in most spots so the calmer wind the clear skies lets those temperatures really drop. here's the actual wind chills. 7 degrees is what it feels like in philadelphia, nine in trenton, skiers and riders in the poconos right now it feels like minus 5 degrees. clear skies over the region right now. clouds over the great lakes. there's another storm system developing to our south. still got another 24 hours of dry weather. so mainly clear sky through the overnight. that's compliments of high pressure that arctic high finally begins move off shore for sunday allowing cold air to move back to the northwest should be so temperatures get into the 30's tomorrow potentially even upper 30's close to average for this time of year. partly sunny skies. here's our next storm system.

not a big storm but it's still enough cold air initially in place at the surface. there could be a round of light freezing rain early monday morning before we see it change over to plain rain as temperatures climb back up into the mid and upper 30's and then by late monday afternoon that storm is gone we're back to dry conditions for tuesday. still cold for this time of year with highs in the lower 30's. i mentioned that arctic air slowly moving out. check it out. right now still over us. little dip in the jet stream. that jet moves farther north allowing that air to push back into canada so mild air starts to move in a little bit nothing too warm but a lot warmer than what it's been the past few days. as we head through much of next week temperatures try to get close to average for this time of year. let's time things out. the rest of the weekend overnight tonight we're clear. tomorrow a decent amount of sunshine early in the day. then the clouds move in during the afternoon and at night sunday. here's 5:00 a.m. monday morning. see a little pink showing up from the city. parts of south jersey up through the lehigh valley, there could be a round of some

light freezing rain and sleet there. and then we see a changeover to mainly rain by mid to late morning as warmer air returns and then by the end of the day monday we're back to some cloudy skies. here's one forecast model. how much ice can we expect? again, best shot to see this would be north of the city and there could be a couple hundredth's of an inch of ice. that's enough to cause problems on untreated surfaces. very cold overnight a few clouds around. 14 degrees for our low for center city. but not a bad rebound on sunday. we're up to 37. so not as cold, partly sunny skies. here we go with the extended forecast. so we're dry tomorrow. monday morning we got to watch for that period of light freezing rain. that changes over to rain. we get to 37 for the high temperature. looks like we'll dry things out for the middle of the week. back down to 32 for the high on tuesday. looks like a storm passes by to our south and off shore. it will just bring some clouds wednesday and thursday. high temperatures close to where they should be, mid and uner 30's. like looks like we keep it dry for the weekend. check live radar get weather
