want to kick start a week. at least it looks like once it is out of here and now that it is things pretty smooth filing. >> dry for awhile? >> generally a while, one little baby hiccup along the way, no major storms in site, which is definitely good news for us here. but there is a system developing by tomorrow, just off to the south. that's where it gets little tricky. no huge deal. it is just something that's worth mentioning. but let's walk you through everything, shall we? so here is storm can. pretty quiet at this point. you can see some of the very, very light lake effect snow, almost like little fingers coming down in through central pennsylvania here. all clearing away, fizz link away, drying out clearing out, so we end one pretty pleasant looking day. chillier by comparison, you can see the retreat of the system. now as i mentioned, new storm developing, it is -- developing, just barely expected to clip us, generally it should steer clear of us. i do need to mention t high pressure in place breeze is back, back to the low 30's at best through the afternoon here is the storm though, it is just too close.
4:45 am
i can't say it is going to be totally dry most of you will be totally dry but could you see flurry out there and specially near the shore point, if this creeps far enough north it, could lead to some rain, that freezes on contact, so, it is just one of those things, i got to allow for it, not totally confident it will steer clear. meanwhile by thursday, back to the 30's yet again. rebounding every single day with a few additional degrees tacked on to the daytime high. but today is a cold one. we are little milder right now, but the temperatures will drop off, sort of level off keep the sun around. later tonight we drop down to 20. just few clouds overhead. worse of any breeze, also tapering off. so just tranquil, cold outside. tomorrow basically carbon copy temperature wise, but the clouds are building in, again, that system will pass us by to the south. then look at that, we rebound nicely, little thawing coming our way specially by sunday, who new 47 degrees could sound so mild. not bad. and with high pressure in place, it appears as though things will stay pretty tranquil, as well, in terms of any storms. ukee, back over to you.

morning, roads looking bit better today jess? >> little built better than yesterday. the second day of the week usually tends to be little harder i feel like, so going outside, out in new jersey, things little drier as erika just said from yesterday. things actually moving along great around 42 freeway at creek road, headed northbound into the city or possibly head today 295, everything just moving along just fine so far. over on 95, right around cottman avenue, this is actually just past ctman the southbound lanes here headed toward the center city area currently have no problems, same story pretty much the northbound lanes even inside of that, ongoing work zone there now out in moral laurel, new jersey, we do have the overturned fuel tanker, 295 southbound, just past route 73, now only blocking the left-hand lane, and the northbound lanes on the opposite side, that clean up has since cleared out of the way. overturned tractor-trailer east nottingham on 272 that's closing that between route one and route 222. you want to take con a wing owe road for the time being. doing little better today?
4:55 am
>> yes, all of these things are clearing out nicely. we have to keep in mind these temperatures are still marginal now for freezing specially because the rain washed away any of the salt, penndot, all of the other great road crews have put down that's since washed away. if there were any puddles or any moisture of any kind left on the sidewalks on the street it, could refreeze. so you got to be careful with. that will hey at least storm scan clearing out like we like to see although northerly breeze is kicking in, so through the morning commute mobile weather lab slowing things down for you as you should too. standing water is possibility with the surface refreezing over, and any untreated icy spots could easily just trip you up. so if it looks wet, it is probably ice this morning. keep that in mind, we whoever right around 32, through this afternoon, as temperatures slowly just sort of just hold steady through the course of the day. then they start to rebound. look at the weekend, not shabby, as high pressure takes back the lead, we get a chance to moderate on that they are mom term, we're at least going to flirt little bit just flirt with 50 by sunday.
