"eyewitness news" reporter january jan carabeo at the mt. laurel police department with more, jan? >> reporter: we are still awaiting a update from the prosecutor's office this morning about this case. what we know so far is that this missing mother's husband was taken into custody for questioning in her disappearance, he was actually pulled over for that traffic violation, in brooklawn, and he was spotted in his missing wife's car. now, family, friends and police want answers. erika crosby disappeared deitz 30th. she was last seen with her husband, kyle crosby, at a cherry hill restaurant. and here we are exactly two weeks later now and family and friends haven't been able to reach her no calls texts facebook posts or anything

like that. the usual means of communication. crosby's family suspect foul play. they say the 26 year old's usually tidy apartment was left a mess, broken glass, a broken window blind, and no shower kurt ann or rod. they want her husband to talk. >> i'm just thanking god that they got him. and i just right now i just want to know where erica is. i just want kyle to comfort and tell us. you know, that is what we want right now. because we know deep down inside that he's done something. >> now crosby has two young daughters, her husband, kyle crosby again taken into police custody for questioning, no word this morning, from officials about any charges, reason late dollars to her disappearance we did some checking, however he does have a lengthy record with police wanted in the past for drug and assault offenses. reporting outside of the mt. laurel police department, jan carabeo, cbs-3, "eyewitness news". >> jan, thank you.

still no sign this morning of missing mother in delaware. she has been missing since her children were taken by their father on friday night. thirty-five year old keisha hamilton was last seen at her home in smyrna. her four year old daughter and four month old son were the subject after amber alert over the weekend. they were both found safe and sound in indianna with their father. cortez hamilton is in jail there waiting to be brought back to delaware for charges. >> man behind bars charged with sexual assault after police say he used social media to lure young victims. investigators in hamilton township arrested 23 year old aaron johnson jr. they say he used a messaging app called kik to meet two young boys then assaulted a 12 year old victim. parent found those messages over the weekend and reported them to police. >> need to get more involved than just giving that device to them. understand the environment that they're playing in. just as if it were in the physical world. >> reporter: authorities in hamilton township contacted local schools and say johnson could have more victims.

he is charged with aggravated sexual assault, luring, and other related charges. >> it is 5:33, here's yours traffic and weather together. >> good morning, today is much much quiet err by comparison to yesterday. however, we are still looking at temperatures that are marginal at freezing, pretty much all day today. that said keep close watch on your car thermometer if you're traveling out and about. the warmer it is, less likely it is that you will find any slick spots. but this will be a day where it is very close to freezing, give or take few degrees across the board. now, thankfully, storm scan3 is emptying out. clouds are starting to thin. so we ends up with a lot more sunshine, but look at this, at 35 at the airport, 34 in atlantic city, yes technically, it is above freezing but your temperature can be above freezing in the air. the grounds is cold enough, that it could still freeze over. and you also have a breeze kicking in, so that's going to make it feel colder any time that blows. here is in fact how it feels with the winds factored in. more like it is 26 agrees at

the airport, more like single digits up at the poconos what else is new lately, 29 is how it feels in wildwood, meanwhile, you get the idea, certainly will feel colder any time the wind blows this time of year, definitely what's going to happen. but just keep it in the back of your head. look at the temperatures, again, very close to freezing all day long, so, with that said despite full sunshine, we need the breeze to do et cetera part to dry things out. otherwise, if it looks wet there is a really good chance that it is in fact ice so we want to just slow things down out there today. keep that as general rule, any time the thermometer reads close to freezing, especially in your cars, traveling down the highway. just good rule of thumb. jess, we send into you. >> nice good advice, thanks, katie. little after 5:34, going out check how things are doing on the roosevelt everything seems to be nice and dry which is obviously step up from yesterday. right around fox street. so north southbound, everything really moving along great right here on the boulevard at fox. otherwise, out on 202 around the 30 bypass, everything

moving great here, as well. out in the work zone, not to be set be anybody back too far. southbound lanes moving just fine. we do have icy conditions reported, with salt crews out on the roadways here out in hatfield at orvilla road at bethlehem pike. traffic lights malfunctioning out on south street both directions right off the schuylkill expressway westbound. so just use some caution while traveling through there little more after headache when headed on by the area. we do have overturned tractor-trailer accident, east nottingham route 272 closed between route one and route 222. you want to take conwingo road to get by. rest of the majors looking okay. ninety-five no problems southbound, no problems on the schuylkill expressway eastbound from the pa turnpike to the blue route. 422 doing great in both directions. ukee being back over to you. >> jess, thank you. updating breaking news now from new york sit ground grounds fire broke out at penn station earlier this morning see the flames there shooting up from the subway greats. smoke was also seen billowing into the streets as well, no

filed. also, crews have recovered the second black box from airasia flight 8501. those boxes could help investigators determined what caused last month's crash that killed more than 160 people. there are also reports divers have located the fuselage of the plane. 100 feet down in the java sea. >> police used tear gas and horseback patrols to control celebrating crowds in columbus ohio after ohio state won the first ever football national championship playoff. the buckeyes beat the oregon ducks 42 to 20 last night in texas, by the way in all of this, no reports of arrests. >> former nfl player is talking about his death defying experience in the atlantic ocean former miami dolphin, conrad, trying to real in a fishof the coast of florida when giant wave washed him off his boat. he was all alone and couldn't get back on that boat. so he swam 9 miles without a life jacket through shark and jellyfish infested waters. he says his family was on his mind during the entire ordeal.

finding, what you will find, a lot of the temperatures either at or hovering real close to freezing. so that is where the problem lies, because we had the rain yet, it has since, when it turned over to straight up rain it, since washed away any of the salt that the trucks put down, and a lot of spots and now it has got a chance to refreeze. let's take to you kim of these spots here. thirty-two sent in by ed connor, within the last couple every minutes generally just clouds out there. he said it, any residual moisture is slick so watch your step taking the dog for the nice long walk here this morning. bundle up, too because the winds is starting to crank. 30 degrees across the river here, meant from barbara lane. she in willow grove modest 4-mile per wind, just clouds there, too but again not going to only see skies clear out, wind kicks in as womenment next out to one of the field cameras, we go out to "skycam 3", where, it is a beautiful looking start to the morning here. we do still have some clouds out there but pretty high up in the atmosphere. and that said, you're not going to have any kind of

how it is doing right around trooper road. trooper road here. no real volume here, but headed eastbound toward the king of prussia area, still moving just okay. so far. over on the ben franklin bridge, 42 freeway, i promise this is the ben actually coming from the toll plaza westbound into the city. currently no problems there. we do have set of traffic lights malfunctioning, though, out in southwest philly. island avenue and bartrum avenue, so you can probably expect police activity on the scene, sometime in the near future. but, meantime, it is just going to be slightly a nuisance. now, on 295 northbound, right before route 73, on the left shoulder there that accident is actually cleared out of the way. but, clean up is still around, from that earlier southbound accident on the northbound side. we just don't want you to forget when i'm not here and when you're on the road get updated traffic information about traffic backups with your new your drive app download devices by going to cbsphilly.com/your drive. >> have you already hit a wall

now, possible brick in the search for missing south jersey mother. >> police pull over the woman's hulls, in brooklawn camden county, driving her car. the missing mom from mt. laurel, burlington county. our jan carabeo joins us now at the police department in mt. laurel with the latest information, jan good morning. >> two weeks to the day since this mother of two disappeared, no posts on facebook, and they believe this is foul play. they're relieved this morning that her husband is in police custody for questioning and they are demanding answers. >> he's the man now in police custody. kyle crosby, being questioned in the disappearance of his wife erika crosby. police stopped him for a traffic violation last night in the missing woman's car. family and friend of the 26 year old missing mom suspect foul play. >> we know deep down inside that he's done something. >> family tells "eyewitness news" that crosby was
