officials say about 40 people on the bus at the time of the crash, many had to be taken to the hospital. exactly why the bus ended up on its side is unclear. caught on video a cool bus on fire this happened just before 7:00 in the morning in toms river. the bus driver and aid were driving along old freehold road and dog an lane when the driver smelled something burning. they pulled over they got off the bus and that is when it burst into flames. thankfully no student were on board and no one was injured. some in our area startedded their day with snow the the beach was white this morning in cape may this video coming from mobile three. the sand and streets there covered in white that is not something we see very often. but for most of us no snow today, just cold out there. broadcast for now back inside to you. thanks very much. police in tinicum township wind up in a chase after they try to pull over a man who they say was driving erratically. chopper three over collindale where that chase came to an end at chester pike and cherry street. that suspect hit at least two vehicles and took off on foot with tinicum township officers, in pursuit. police say that the suspect's car also had hit aid house and that driver was arrested and one person received some minor injuries. suspect's name has in the been released. well, another police chase this one in bensalem bucks county. this one ended in a ditch. an office shore was on routine patrol spotted two men stealing a tv from a warehouse on station avenue early this morning. the the officer then followed those suspects. they crashed their car at state road and tennis avenue. twenty-eight year old alfonso payton was arrested and another suspect ran from the

others, turned around, without any explanation. delaware county experienced its first fire death of the year after one person was killed this morning in yeadon. the as "eyewitness news" reporter nicole brewer explains investigators are trying to determine that cause. in yeadon delaware county smoke alarms saved three people living inside this home but could not help an elderly woman trapped inside. >> i was on my way to work when i got a phone call. it was like devastating, you know. >> reporter: keith jackson says his aunt identified by family as 76 year-old marilyn crammer was staying with his parents. he believed that she fell asleep smoking on the enclosed front porch of their home. >> i had that selfish feeling thank god it was my not parents but my aunt perish in this. the just devastated the whole family. >> reporter: fire which erupted around 3:00 wednesday morning took 20 minutes to get under control. fire officials tell us it started on the first floor
