re on i-95 and that crash as you mentioned has tied up traffic for hours along this very busy highway. now because it is dark right now we will show you some ground video that we took from this spot just a short time ago. in that video you can see from our vantage point what this all looks like, one of two tractor trailers on its side involved in this crash. we arrived here on the scene shortly before fire crews took the body of the driver of that truck out of the cab, we did confirm that driver died as a result of that crash. also involved in this crash one other tractor trailer, the the front of that cab smashed up, as well as four other vehicles on the road. you can get some perspective from chopper three hd that was overhead shortly after this crash happened. it did close the northbound lanes of i-95 for mess of the afternoon those lanes remain closed right now. new before we bring it back live here along i-95 southbound we'd like to show so cell phone video we took on our way up there at one point

after the lanes were closed cars started driving around penndot trucks that were forcing cars on to the woodhaven road exit. those cars, eventually made their way up to the accident scene where they were met by angry state troopers. those cars were turned around so video you are seeing there are cars coming southbound in the north bound lanes. they then exited on to an on ramp typically reserved forecaster coming on to i-95 northbound. back here live on i-95 southbound a very confusing day for drivers amid the tragedy. one man dead as a result of this crash. it could be sometime before the the northbound lanes of i-95 are reopened. we're live from bensalem, matt rivers for cbs-3 "eyewitness news". >> matt, thanks very much. we will keep you update there had. there is more breaking news this time from wilmington delaware there has been a shooting there and there are reports it may have involved police. we do know a person was rush to christiana hospital. we are working to get more information. we will keep you updated here on "eyewitness news".

there are new developments in the case of the missing mount laurel woman who is presumed dead tonight. her ex-boyfriend and the the father of her seven year-old daughter is talking exclusively with cbs-3. our david spunt sat down with him and david, he and others in this woman's family are struggling with this whole situation. >> reporter: they are devastated a lot of questions but not many answers. they want to know what happened to erika crippen. her husband is in jail charged with her murder. i spoke to the father of her daughter and tells me he's angry and confused. >> it is really hard to comprehend it and break it down that she is really gone. >> reporter: hamim baker says that news that crippen may be dead hit him hard. they dated for almost eight years. they have a seven year-old daughter together names amirror. she lived with erika until a few weeks ago when erika disappeared. he pick up his daughter, immediately. >> she's not stupid. she has an idea what is going

on but we didn't give her the overall view of things because i don't know how she will take it the. >> reporter: baker is a that is time will come soon. lit allahmirror spent months living with her mom and kyle crosby. baker says he never worried about crosby around his doubt are. >> she always said he was nice and played with her and stuff like that read her bedtime stories, so all good things. >> reporter: laid wednesday night detectives searched kyle crosby's parents home near sicklerville and searched a shed behind her home. social services took erika and kyle's three month-old daughter kayfully custody. the she's with one of erika's family members. hamin says his daughter will live with him full-time. >> i don't know whether to tell her the truth or try to keep hope alive. >> reporter: now baker says his focus is this smile and he will continue to work as hard and as long as possible to support her, both financially and emotionally. >> i already got like three jobs, and i have to work even

harder, i have to try to give her everything. >> reporter: erika's family members were here touring the interview as well. they tell thrust was a facebook post where erika a announced december 5th that she was pregnant. i reached out to the burlington county prosecutor's office to ask him about that claim. they did not make a comment either way but erika's family members tell me they presented that information to the burlington county prosecutor's office to ask about possible upgraded charges. he is in jail kyle crosby right now 1.2 million-dollar bail. we are live from camden county tonight, david spun t for cbs-3 "eyewitness news". >> david, thanks very much. reward for a missing teacher is in excess of $10,000. a 40 year-old christopher tully who has by polar disorder and reportedly not taking his medication, difficulties a appeared on january 6th. his wife says that he was a passenger in his parent's car and he got out on city avenue and then has not the been seen since. tully has taught at middle bucks institute of technology

since 2002. late this afternoon we saw sun peak through the clouds we're also in for a brief winter warm up. meteorologist kathy orr is live on the cbs-3 sky deck with the first look at the forecast kathy. >> it is a little warm up but we can take what we can get at this point. skies are clear and getting breezy, sign of things to come as a clipper passes on by to our north this time. take a look at storm scan three because we have clouds to the north and they will move in overnight tonight but we are in the clear for now and that is where we will stay through mess of the evening. so temperatures will be allowed to fall pretty quickly. right new in philadelphia 35 20's to the north and west, 23 in the poconos. twenty-six in allentown this evening we will watch these temperatures fall and when wind pick up it will drive wind chills down in the teens overnight tonight. coming up we will talk about temperatures getting back to normal but will feel that winter wind. dry for new but weekend storm is brewing, what that means, coming up with the seven day

forecast, i will see you later in the broadcast. >> kathy thanks. big clean up is underway in northeast philadelphia the site of the big water main break. a broken pipe near blue grass road and grant avenue sent water in the air for more than 12 hours. you can see there much turned into ice. that pipe carried water used for fighting fires not residential use. >> access to the immediate area is proving more and more difficult as water continue to come out. >> workers trying to fix the main was injured and taken to the hospital. u.s. attorney general eric holder is in philadelphia tonight, he is leading a discussion on building trust and healing wound between law enforcement and the community. and had to be taken from the courthouse to the hospital. a recess was called after tollefson, who was diabetic said that his blood sugar was too high. tollefson is charged with fraud, and accused of collecting money for bogus travel packages to sporting events. before the recess today he he called members of the philadelphia eagles front office to the stand. atlantic city's casino industry is taking another hit, caesars entertainment filed for bankruptcy today, despite latest setback atlantic city's mayor tells eye witt the necessary news reporter cleve bryan that the future is bright. >> reporter: not the best way to start nut year foresees ars and bally's casinos, a division of the parent company filed for bankruptcy maneuver out of 18 and a half billion dollars of debt. ceo gary loveman prepared a rid ohio statement to reassure customers and employees all operations remain normal. >> there is no impact on day to take job responsibilities as result of the chap 11 filing. employees can expect to receive their pay and benefits

as normal. >> reporter: ironically taking stage at caesars ballroom on thursday atlantic city mayor don guardian gave his state of the sit a dress. he laid out plans for cities recovery after losing four of the 12 casinos last year. he wants to cut tense of millions in municipal spending and work with state lawmakers honorary structure debt. marries trying to lower property taxes and create hundreds if not thousands of jobs this year by helping developers working on new housing, dining, and shopping projects. >> i want to assure you that the difference is that the stars are lining for the first time in a really long time for atlantic city record are the. >> reporter: guardian says days of gaming rely answer are hopeful but hopeful caesars won't close properties in the town this dough in the see a direct impact right new so we will see what happens but we have to roll role with what is going on. we have to be prepared for the future. if we will have one less casino we have to figure out how to replace that. >> mayor guardian says forking goes according to plan changes

historic district kick off a weekend of activities in his honor at the historic philadelphia center. showing us numbers in the 30's, close to seasonal but not quite there today. don is reporting in a temperature of 32 degrees, and wind that are relatively light but that will change as wind begin to kick up in the wake of the clipper overnight tonight. steven says clear, in robbinsville new jersey temperature 29, not much win, barometric pressure falling, clear, cold and starry night. lets go to the first state of delaware where temperatures are freezing. jason says not much win right now. middletown relative humidity 50 percent and pressure 29.80 and steady.

23 degrees in the poke knows. thirty in reading. average high in the city is 40 degrees. we will be there tomorrow but wind will kick in the wake of the front and that means with wind gusting to 30 miles an hour, wind chills will only be in the 30's. the temperature will be deceiving. we will have the sun. in the wake of the front high pressure builds in saturday but we will have that sunshine. and then sun take we are looking at two different systems. one to the north we do not have to be concerned with but an approaching system from the south. this coastal storm will bring rain to the region, the big question is, how much rain? are european model is saying about a inch of rain or so and our american model is saying the same but right new updated computer model came in and flip flopping saying not much at all a. additional models will be coming in later tonight. we will have that at 11:00 and we will see if that bounces back. sometimes these models in between those 12 hour period are not quite as accurate. right now it looks like a half

they are diverting traffic off atwood haven road westbound which is three exits beyond that creating at least a 3-mile backup there all the way from woodhaven road up into academy. heading over to the maps, show you on the other side woodhaven road eastbound to get on i-95 northbound that ramp is close due to the 95 north bound accident. expect delays around the area. out in new jersey and route 73 north bound all lanes block to the main road. take lenola road to get on
