neighbors banking on my door someone ran into my porch of my house. the base s damaged as well as my front porch. >> once again as every right now no injuries have been reported. we're told the crash caused a large pipe in the home to burst. officials from l & i will be checking on the structural condition of that building. nick snow. >> ukee, philadelphia police are investigating a woman's deadly fall. it happened while a temple university student was visit ago center city dorm. "eyewitness news" reporter jan carabeo live from the temple campus where students are mourning the loss after classmate. jan? >> reporter: nicole, police continue to investigate this deadly fall today at this point they do not believe foul play was involved. they do believe that this 18 year old temple university freshman may have been sitting on the ledge trying to take a picture when she fell to her death. it was a terrible scene in center city yesterday. this all unfolded in a very busy area, near 16th and chestnut streets. police say it was just before 6:00 thursday, when this temple university student fell to her death. they say she was visit too

long friends inside art institute of philadelphia dorm room. both of those students are now being questioned by police. so are a lot of witnesses on the ground. when this 18 year old fell, she actually fell on top of a 44 year old woman who was walking on 16th street. police say that with a woman suffered injuries to her neck, some of her teeth knocked out. she was taken to hahnemann hospital in stable condition and is expected to be okay. meantime police are obtaining search warrant for the dom room and reviewing surveillance video in the area in hope of gaining clearer picture of what happened. it is a scenario that's shocked many in center city. >> you would never think that someone would like, fall on you, while you're trying to walk down the street. very unfortunate accident. >> it is a tragedy. my heart goes out to the family. >> and, temple university has released this statement reading: temple university is deeply saddened to learn the death of one of our students in center city philadelphia. our thoughts and prayers are with her and her family and

not just the ben, it is the commodore barry, the tack, burlington bristol no delays on any of the area bridges so lots of good news so far in regard to the majors, pa, even delaware, but new jersey, new jersey majors, overall, are not awful. however, on the northbound side of the new jersey turnpike before 168 the black horse pike, we have a split tractor-trailer accident. that accident is blocking the left lane on the northbound side, and left lane southbound, due to debris spilled from the tractor-trailerment ukee nicole? >> vittoria, thank you. time is now 5:36. in business news, this morning, why southwest airlines is paying record fine. >> we could soon have new way to wager in las vegas jill wagner joins us live from the new york stock exchange, morning. >> reporter: good morning nicki, nicole, see if the markets can turn around today after five days of losses. yesterday the dow fell 106-point, the nasdaq dropped 68. the falling price of gas and oil is great for drivers. but not for energy companies. and now layoffs are coming.

american troops are heading to syria to help in the fight against isis. now the troops will train syrian rebels starting in the spring. hundreds more troops will also go over thereto support the trainers. up until this point the ooh needed state has only led air strikes against isis in syria. >> new jersey governor chris christie heads to iowa today raising more speculation that he could run for president next year. but the governor has a simple message for everyone wondering about his plans just relax. >> what i've toll everybody supporters of mine, potential donors of mine, staff is relax, you know, no one's voting for another 12 and a half month. >> now the governor also dismissed reports that he's going to form a leadership pack that would let him raise money for possible white house run. did he admit his family will not be able to veto his decision. arizona is now the first state to require high school student to pass the u.s.

good morning everyone, so, still doing real well so far on all of the majors here taking a look at the schuylkill expressway behind me beautiful clear shot of the city if the back. in the heading toward center city, eastbound side of the schuylkill not have a problem. really not only around center city, it is everywhere. traveling throughout your western suburbs and also making your way around the walt whitman bridge. not only eastbound, it is westbound too. but, we're waiting on the westbound delay that pocket to occur around city avenue. however, while we wait, let's talk about 95. ninety-five southbound, starting to pick up few more vehicles, but not seeing that rush hour just yet even around girard avenue. so far so good on the majors, however, can't say the same if you're traveling in new jersey, on the northbound side of the new jersey turnpike, we have split tractor-trailer now affecting the southbound side, due to spilled debris, right around the area of 168. so finds the left lane block, on both sides of the turnpike, in new jersey, northbound and southbound at 168. and do you want to be mindful of earlier incident northbound side of 295 just as you make your way past 322.

some live picture of an accident, if you are traveling in new jersey, this accident occurred on the northbound side of the new jersey turnpike, at the black horse pike. there is the tractor-trailer there. so dealing with a split tractor-trailer, as you make your way around the area of 168. some of the debris from that tractor-trailer, spilled on to the southbound side, so as teams work to clear this out of the way you will notice that both of the left lanes will be blocked in either direction, once again that is the northbound and southbound sides of the new jersey turnpike, as you make your way around the black horse pike, so give yourself more time. also an accident on the schuylkill expressway, causing big old problem westbound. some big old delays. we'll be right back with a

>> happened 4400 block of north 18th street. people were inside the house at the time of that crash. a young neighbor we spoke with says he woke up to the sound that far suv hitting the building. >> i heard a car noise came, and turned and crashed, in a wall, and i told my mom that it was outside. i said do you want to look? she said ya. >> thanks for talking to us, young fellow. amazingly no injuries to report right now. we're told the crash also caused a large pipe in the home to burst. the homeowner also tells us his front porch and basement are damaged . >> a wons in the car told police the two men struggled and that's when the gunman shot the driver once in the back of the head and four times in the arm. police hope surveillance video in
