freezing mark. i think road crews did an unbelievable job. a, it wasn't as bad as what we saw on unday morning just because we were more prepared for it but also as we head across ben franklin bridge they were able to work throughout the night and they have really cleaned up all of the area where we're find anything kind of snow. we were on a couple back streets. of course, back streets an inside streets of everybody probably will have some snow because nothing melted last night, and unless salt and brine got on it. this is ben franklin bridge. everything looks perfect. remember on sunday this bridge an all of the other dell will wear river crossing bridgees were shut down because not only ice in the river but ice on that bridges. this is a huge change this morning. the it should be a good sense of relief for everybody as they start out their day to see that they can get from here to there. we are in the seeing any precipitation coming down early this morning. a couple of flurries out there
4:34 am
but right now this is just a dry start to the day, from almost the the ground up and on the ground and a lot of spots it is dry. these roads have dried out but you do find many areas where we will be dealing with conditions, off the main roads that you will be looking for some of these side streets continuing with the ice until the sun can get and start to work on that. then we will wait saturday and maybe another round of wet weather you don't want to drive in. it looks fine as we cross over ben franklin bridge heading in the philadelphia a area. vittoria this is your ground truth from the mobile weather lab with the tell tour hovering between 31 and 32-degree. >> we can guarantee on you thanks very much. she's traveling on the ben franklin bridge but she's bying by those speed sensors. all area bridges have restrictions of 35 miles per her because bridges tend to be touchy in weather like this carol is saying it is perfect out there, i will take her word for it. all of our majors are perfect.
4:35 am
we are in the seeing too much of a problem. volleys not a problem at this time. it usually isn't. as we continue to keep saying the street crews penndot did an amazing job brining the red ways where folks are maneuvering the vine street expressway where we are looking here but our area bridges and rest of our majors like i-95 and schuylkill expressway. the as we look this is 76 not too far from king of prussia. notice that the lights are picking up the sheen on the roadway. we a saw that when carol was driving in the mobile weather lab. so again, even though you are seeing speed sensors high up in the 50's you still want to travel i with say speed restriction of 35 miles per hour that carol was traveling on the bridge because it is just safer in regards to black ice and so on and so forth. we have an accident situation in the too far from collegeville closing lewis road between bureau line road and fruit farm road. best alternate to take spring mill lane n delays for mass transit. things at the airport still looking great. >> thank you. we have more on our
