kathy. >> we are focused on the system moving in tonight, jessica, it is moving in as rain, through delaware changing over to snow as it gets colder overnight. take a look at storm scan three we saw the storm winding up to the south, through georgia and moving off shore and as it does it will bring in milder air. we have cloud in philadelphia in washington and baltimore we are having reports of snow, and rain there, and it is knocking at our doorstep. within the next couple hours it will be in delaware and make its way toward philadelphia. by later on this evening. the winter wet are advisory posted for the entire region for some snow icing toward the lehigh valley. that is until tomorrow morning. here's a lot a the start times. delaware and south jersey between 7:00 and 9:00 p.m. n philadelphia between 9:00 and 11:00. north and west and lehigh valley between # 1:00 and midnight. in the poconos later between midnight and 1:00 a.m. it starts from the south and works its way north have the lehigh valley and poconos accounts mainly snow with a mix, icy mix and then back to

"eyewitness news" reporter todd quinones is live in glenn olden with disturbing details, todd. >> reporter: jessica investigators say suspect john corkoran allegedly sexually abused most of his victims a the at the his home in glenn olden but also at the ymca in ridley and these swedish cabin in upper darby township. 209 year-old allegedly groomed children ranging from 20814 years old over a four year per. corkoran is a former volunteer fire fighter and facing 161 counts of sexual abuse.

investigators alleged corkoran raped and sod myself $3 boys and sexually assaulted others. mess of the abuse victims were boys, but some girls were also assaulted. >> he would use ploys and tricks, coercion in order to lure these children. he would promise them toys, money, and other things in order to get them to do sexual acts. >> he is a creep. he is we are. he gives off a very bad vibe to people. he is just a very strange individual. >> reporter: investigators believe there could be more victims and they are asking parents whose kid may have come in contact with corkoran to contact them immediately. >> so, our investigation is in the complete. we need to go back and check additional material and additional evidence, and that we're obtaining right now from home computers and to determine who these other victims are. >> reporter: corkoran was arrested today and facing

coming for the parents. reporting from darby, i'm steve paterson for cbs-3 "eyewitness news" good all right steve, thank you. philadelphia police hope to release of new surveillance video will lead to an arrest in the the septa trolley attack. this new video shows a clearer view of the suspect a attacking the 17 year-old girl on the route 15 trolley. this happened wednesday morning. that teenager says she bumped the man with her backpack and he responded by punching her in the face. so far the suspect has in the yet been identified, if you do recognize him, call the the police. tonight, suspect serial roner cartell wright is behind bars. he was wanted for committing at least ten robberies in west and southwest philadelphia over the last few months. he was also wanted for a carjacking, u.s. marshals arrested wright after a brief struggle in the 2100 block of college avenue today. breaking news right new community leaders are calling for peace as the investigation continues into a deadly police involved shooting. mustang went over a median and crash head on into a mini van. they hit so had hard that an 11 year-old girl was kill. chopper three over cheltenham avenue at old york road and east oak lane just after 9:00 this morning. the girl's mother and driver of the mini van are both listed in serious but stable condition at einstein medical center. >> we're still determining what may have caused a crash like we always do was it speed, was it distraction, as if at this point we don't see any impairment issues or any alcohol or drug issues. we are looking at what caused this horrific crash that killed the 11 year-old girl. >> both victim's name have in the the been released. sources now tell cbs-3 "eyewitness news" that the car fires in the northeast overnight were intentionally set but police have yet to make any arrests. an suv on the 6300 block of ditman street was destroyed and flames melted the headlight of the vehicle park nearby. also damaged the deck of a home. another vehicle was fun burning roughly the same time at torresdale and robbins.

a rise in flu activity across new jersey has prompted action in camden county. fargo center, pat ciarrocchi cbs-3, "eyewitness news". and hour has to get all of that walking in before the the snow moves n we're looking at jack frost big boulder and you can see skiers enjoying the snow, and finally we have a storm system that will be bringing the most snow, to the poconos. that is where we want it. that is where we will be seeing about three to 5 inches of snow. that will be the highest amount that we do see. lets take a look at our eyewitness weather watchers ande what they have to say about all our weather. we are looking at conditions that are going to be, slowly but surely changing, here and they are telling us temperature mild so far, but lets see if they stay that way. we're already down to 30 degrees in south jersey. you can see kathy assaying in wynonna, 30 degrees. relative humidity 62 percent. precipitation starting in the south. so places like middletown delaware will be seeing it first. jason says cloudy right the now. still dry. wind out of the south at seven.

we have some warm air building in. the temperature is 37. in delaware you'll start off as a little rain within the the next couple of hours but colder air will work in and changes it over to snow. the lets take a look at storm scan three. this is where we're seeing precipitation, moving in, very quickly, from the the south, all of this converging up the i-95 corridor, baltimore and washington already reporting in some snow, and some rain and for us, we have the cloud. you can see that colder a air working its way through lancaster right now, in the snowing there just yet still too dry, and relative humidity still quite low. we will take sometime to get here. this is our time line. by 10:00 o'clock we will see wilmington in the rain, keeled air working its way in to delaware county. by 11:00 we will see rain and snow moving in the philadelphia area and suburbs. cold air building in. but by 2:00 a.m. you cane the snow, falling very heavily in our suburbs through the lehigh valley a and changing over to rain, even in philadelphia so in philadelphia we will get a quick hit of snow then we will change it over to rain during early morning hours and

it stays rain but still snowing in the poconos, some icy concerns, in the lehigh valley and then as the storm wraps up and moves up in to new england we will see between 2:00 in the afternoon mainly rain falling with some wintry mix mixed in there but between 2:00 and 4:00 it exits toward the east and then it is out of here. if you have any evening plans tomorrow night, in worries areas road will be wet, it will be turning colder. it will be icy. we could add a little brief period of snow but that is just about it on the back side. mainly rain through south jersey and delaware. you may start off as a little bit of rain and then to snow and then back to rain. collating to an inch even through philadelphia, media, wilmington, up that i the the five corridor toward trenton. our northern and western suburbs, quakertown, pottstown, even doylestown one to 3 inches of snow. and then some ice. change to go rain. but in the lehigh valley and poconos mainly snow. a little bit of icing. you can see right here icy concerns through quakertown, pottstown in, to the lehigh valley where we can see a tenth of an inch or more. on the back side overnight,

when we change it over to rain for most of us, at least an inch of rain, most of our models. look at this consensus, this is very unusual but that is a lot of rain. think about if the the air was cold this would be about 10 inches of snow. but, no it is warm enough that we're talking rain and more rain than snow for the philadelphia area for this storm. overnight, snow changing over to rain. some icing. low of 31. temperatures rising toward dawn. you can see snow far north and west. rain in the philadelphia area and suburbs. on the exclusive seven day forecast, it looks like a dry quiet day, sandwich in between, on sunday a and then sunday night into monday a clipper moves n we could after accumulating snow by machine morning when you wake up 29, and then bitterly cold after that, we will bounce backup next friday. >> burr, kathy, thanks. we're in the doing too bad outside on the schuylkill expressway. it is 6:20 on this friday. around belmont, you can see everything is moving pretty nicely in both lanes. heading westbound toward the
