change and will be changing before the event but the very latest you'll be seeing in a couple of minutes diana. >> thank you, carol, we will see new a bit. new this morning a rowan university student is recovering after being shot in the off campus apartment complex. the freshman was shot around 1:00 a.m. and rush to the hospital. he have is now listed in good condition this morning. and it is expect to make a full recovery. police have several suspects in custody, and it is still unclear at this point what led to that shooting. also new this morning, a philadelphia police officer suffers injuries, after a car accident in, west philadelphia. authorities tell us that the driver rear ended a police cruiser at 52nd and market streets just before 2:00 a.m. the driver was suspect of driving under the influence and may now face charges. take a look at this accident scene, also in west philadelphia, two cars collided at 57th and broomfield avenue with one car, landing on its side. the the accident happened just before 2:30, a.m., and, in the

now it has only been a few weeks since anyone has ever heard from keisha hamilton this morning family members and volunteers are planning to look for her. the search parties meeting here at 8:00 and they will take off from there. hamilton disappeared on january 9th with 2 of her four children. soon after the disappearance. keisha's husband cortez hamilton was found in indiana with their two children both found safe but keisha was in where to be found. cortez hamilton was charged with endangering the welfare of her children and assault and, back to delaware, friday where he remains in jail. he has in the been charged with any crime in connection with keisha's disappearance but family members, need answers, they say. >> i will miss her terribly, it is horrible to think that she's just out there, she has been hurt. >> now, state police will be assisting with the search. volunteers are starting to show up. the a arrival time was

morning, and it should be light. it will slow down that machine morning commute. make sure that you've got plenty of time to get to where ever you need to go tomorrow morning. now, monday night this storm intensifies off the coast, we will get additional snow possible, and then the speed and the track will determine the amount. i slow down when i say that because thinks so key. at much as you would love to snow and would i love to know exactly how much snow we're getting and i would like to know right this second we just can't. all we can say is that this storm will intensify and depend ing on how close it gets to us it could intensify a lot, farther away, maybe a little bit less but it is still too early to call it. clouds are going to be here as we go through tonight and we will be finding these clouds and some snow showers, starting to move in about the midnight hour, by the time we will get to tomorrow morning this computer model says it is snow to the west with this clipper but not so much through philadelphia, but as we move on through the daze we will start to bring in the snow and in other locations and maybe some rain along the coastline as we start to see

in the have afternoon, this transition of energy, off the coast, notice what happens this is it, at midnight on tuesday, or late monday early tuesday morning. this is a snow that starts to wrap in and it starts to push out any kind of rain that you might even count's long the shore areas. by the time we will get to tuesday morning we're looking at heavy snow in the area. so computer models, this is very interesting, this is just under scoring the difficulty that we have telling you exactly how much snow we're getting. by the time we get to 4:00 he o'clock on monday, nobody says we have much. we have an inch to maybe 3 inches of snow. and then by the time we will get to tuesday morning the computer models start to really break apart. the one of them says 9 inches. one of them says 8 inches by tuesday morning. the other three 4 inches. but then we will finish this storm out and one of them says, we have a foot. another one says we have 9 inches of snow and another says, three to 5 inches of snow. so that is the range. we have 3 inches to a foot? at this point yes, we will be

diana. the time right now 8:18. lets check the roads ann evans is standing by in the cbs-3 traffic center. good morning. >> good morning. area red ways for the most part look okay. the major ones, watch out for neighborhood once and secondary roadways they could be icy. lets look at area bridges now traditionally we have had problems with the area bridges, right now walt whitman is in good shape, so is ben franklin no speed reductionness space but there are speed reductions at betsy ross and commodore barry bridge of 35 miles an hour because of icy conditions. so, consider that when you are on any bridge even if it looks okay. you never know when you come up against an icy patch so take your time on them. we will move the traffic cam to the schuylkill at spring garden street, in delays on the schuylkill this morning. it is in good shape. looking to the right that is martin luther king drive, also opened for business. we will move the traffic cam within more time mid county tolls of the pennsylvania turnpike heading to the poconos today, so far in delays on the northeast
