tonight accused of having sex with the student. allegations against mark, just surfaced, they come from 2008 when police alleged that he served then 17 year-old girl alcohol at his home in east goshen on at least three- cases. the two then allegedly had had sex. current students at coatsville say they are surprised by the allegations. >> he was a great teacher, from what i heard, the student loved him, he was always nice. never had anything toward you. he subbed for your classes or anything. he was a pleasant guy. >> reporter: coatsville superintendent has released a statement tonight saying mr. mr. was not permitond school property nor permitted access to any of our students. tonight authority in ocean county say no charges will be filed in connection with the posting of anti sematic tweets. social media posts upset many in lakewood township. "eyewitness news", new jersey reporter cleve bryan spoke to community leaders. >> i'm very proud of who i am.

>> reporter: orthodox jewness lakewood township are trying to turn the other cheek after a series of anti sematic twitter posts aimed at that community. they want a teenage girl from neighboring jackson township posted a picture dressed in the nazi outfit. another post about bombing jews at a water ice stand and tweet from his separate account saying things about running over or blowing up jewness lakewood. >> even if it was a game or a joke, it is concerning that this has become humerus to teenagers living in the community. >> reporter: ocean county authorities looked into the tweets in mid-january and they determined there is no threat of actual harm and left discipline of any minors to the parents and school district. jackson school district confirmed receiving a report about one of their students, but won't comment on disciplinary actions. >> i have seen the tweets and pictures, and i realized it is a group of young children, but it is still, a little disturbing to be honest. >> reporter: twitter user who asked not to be identified brought public awareness to these tweets. he believes is there deep seated anti sematism that influenced young people

surprises in store for this weekend. the meteorologist kathy orr is live, with the first forecast, kathy. >> it will be a cold night but after that jessica our weather takes a turn a big turn, take a look at the high temperatures for the day. it was well below, average across the delaware valley. atlantic city 35. philadelphia is 10 degrees below the average of 42. only 32 wilmington the same trenton 30. allentown made it to 27. right now in the city we're sitting at 30. sixteen in the poconos. seventeen in reading. the and 31 degrees in wilmington, dover and millville. it feels colder though. the basically in the 20's. reading feels like 18 poconos feels like five with wind about ten to 15 miles an hour. temperatures will slowly fall off during the evening hours but look at those wind chills 22 in 11:00. twenty-one at 9:00. by 11:00 we are back in the teens. coming up on good news. the the clouds will stick around but temperatures will surge to around 50. what does this mean for our

"eyewitness news" investigative reporter walt hunter says the the fire union is raising questions about why it took the fire department so long to investigate. >> there is some evidence within the ig's report that indicate that the department was aware of a potential issue and took no action, as far as, at least early 2014 and potentially much further back then that. >> reporter: fire union president joe shuly claims fire department officials were aware of allegations of on duty sex a among male members and a female employee, long before they commissioned an inspector general's investigation. that ig's report, now leading to disciplinary action against

seven male members. >> two bat tall beyond chiefs one captain, one lieutenant one fire service paramedic and two fire fighters. >> reporter: shuly says one member was disciplined for on duty sexual contact, eight others cited in the report, won't face any reprimand but union leader says he is very upset that the female member who filed an eeoc complaint could now face discipline herself. >> i have spoken to her several times. she's getting through it. but it is a tough time for sure. >> we are still doing investigations and everything else and we will have no comment until all of the proper processes have been done. >> reporter: city officials and the female members attorneys, decline comment but the union claims, that the the city's refusal to hand over the full ig's report shows it may be trying to hide larger systemic failures, by disciplining lower ranking members. >> you cannot have have

systemic problems in failures of an administration and then say we will blame a few of these guys for systemic problems. >> reporter: administrative hearings to determine what if any, penalties the seven discipline members could face are expected to begin within the next two weeks. at fire headquarters, walt hunter cbs-3 "eyewitness news". well, an fire put this ambulance out of service in olde city. medic unit was returning from jefferson hospital when it happened. there was in patient at the the ambulance at the time, paramedics were not harmed. well, flames ripped through a house in gala way township atlantic county today. chopper three was over that scene as smoke poured from the house on crestview avenue. authorities tell "eyewitness news" that the house partially collapsed. there were no injuries the the cause of the fire is under investigation. maybe you have planned on doing your taxes this weekend well, if you are using turbo tax you may have more headache then usual. >> people love turbo tax the the tax software giant has put a halt to filing state returns right now.

three on your side consumer reporter jim donovan joins us with the details now, jim. >> reporter: that is right chris this move comes after inn to it, maker of turbo tax in several states saw an increase in suspicious filings and attempts by criminals to use stolen information to file fraudulent state returns and claim tax returns. the company ace there has been no security breach of the system but instead it believes personal information was stolen elsewhere and that information was then used to file returns on turbo tax. new there have have in the been any issues with federal returns possibly, because the the internal revenue service has stronger fraud detection policies in place. the most victims found out that the fraudulent return was submitted in their name, when they received a rejection notice after filing their returns. now all of this started to unfold yesterday. while you can still use turbo tax the the company will file the state returns when it is temporary suspension is lifted, chris and jessica. >> good head up there, thank you. many people have been going red today to raise awareness for heart difficult ease in women.

in philadelphia, it gets stuck just to the north of the poconos, so we will stay under the influence of high pressure. that means southerly wind get stronger, our suburbs will see 40's to the north but some 50's in philadelphia and areas to the south. then all eyes on this area of low pressure. we will keep a careful eye on it. it looks like it is over philadelphia, meaning light rain for us light sunday into monday. mix to the north. but a slight shift in this area of low pressure could mean more rain or more snow even for philadelphia and suburbs. as it stand right now relevant i monday morning rain arrives, monday rain, freezing rain and sleet to the north and west. monday night we could have a brief period of snow. that is still questionable, how much cold air gets in. to the north and west we could see icing sleet freezing rain and that is always a concern, monday afternoon through trenton northern and western suburbs and then as we head toward lehigh valley. couple hundreds of an inch and north through the poconos. overnight mostly cloudy.
