this incident occurred on the the north bound side of i-95 which are these headlights here right around academy. vehicle flipped in the horizontal position and because we have penndot now on the scene on the shoulder, in the southbound side and generally speaking just any activity, folks are going to slow down. if you are traveling southbound on i-95 out of the far northeast philadelphia moving our way down the vine street expressway we are feeling rush hour and it is heavier around that area as a result of the incident. we will continue to keep you updated on that. north bound side is not awful. ben franklin bridge as well as the rest of the bridges are not awful. speed sensors are still high up and same thing for our majority of the majors. would i say i-95 is our biggest slow point at that on time but traveling in pennsylvania, new jersey and delaware we're in good shape and no major delays from mass transit. >> vittoria, thank you. etan patz murder trial continues and tuesday jury members were shown a video tape confession from suspected killer pedro hernandez. nicole brewer joins us from the news center with more details, good morning. >> reporter: that is right, he is missing child whose face was first featured on a note card. now decade later etan patz accused killer is confess to go that crime n a videotaped confession pedro hernandez admits to murdering the six year-old boy in may of 1979. that child went missing from his lower manhattan neighborhood while walking to his bus stop for the very first time alone. yesterday, that jury heard the confession, straight from hernandez. >> he grabbed him by the the neck. i was nervous. i wanted to let go but i just couldn't let go. it was like something just took over me. unyou audible. >> chilling details there.

hernandez's attorney had since refuted his client's statement calling the confession inconsistent with the facts. he also points out that hernandez was interviewed for hours, before investigators turned on the camera. trial by the way resumes february 19th. live from the news center nicole brewer for cbs-3 "eyewitness news". a pennsylvania pennsylvania state the police corporal is charged with misdemeanor, and the family of the victim is pushing for justice. richard schroder was charged with five counts of reckless endangerment in the september 30th shooting. the authorities say schroder failed to make sure that his gun was unloaded during a trigger demonstration at the a training facility. the gun discharged striking 26 year-old trooper david kedra, four other troopers were also in the room. >> to not charge with involuntary manslaughter if he was a civilian like you or me i'm sure we would be facing involuntary manslaughter charges right
