suspect, the stabber, knows the the two victims. one is now clinging for his life and other has passed away. the suspect has gotten away but authorities are hoping that cameras in the area especially ones close by that is a city crime camera positioned right by that club. they have may have caught some evident in this case. police are existing all of that are lead and their search for the stabber. stenton avenue at a stand still, philadelphia police shut down this stretch between washington lane and johnson street to investigate a deadly double stabbing that began around 2:30 a.m. outside of shea bar and grill but the a attack was sparked by an altercation inside. >> we're in the sure what the argument was about. the the argument came outside of the bar where on stenton avenue on the sidewalk, as well as on the highway the the staning, took place. >> reporter: police say club goers scrambled to rush the victims two men age 29, 27 to einstein medical center, both with stab wonderful to their

perhaps a gray colored buick le saber. we are live from mt. airy i'm just continue finch for cbs-3 eye witt thees news. new this morning an overnight fire forced people outside in the cold in philadelphia's tacony section. it broke out just after 2:30 this morning at an apartment above harrison's hide out baron torresdale avenue. one person is in the hospital. there is in word a at this moment on how serious those injuries are. well, it has been two days since a two alarm fire and efforts of fire fighters turn this west philadelphia building in to an ice palace. now the city is worried about the new danger it posts neighbors. to clear his name after being accused of what he himself calls a disgusting act. a teenage girl told police she saw allen commuting a lewd act at a subpoena light in fort myers florida monday night. allen was detained by police for five hours. in an interview allen says he had nothing to do with this. >> you work your whole life to be a good person and make a good name for yourself and for your family and with a simple phone call and a false accusation, everything can be torn down like that. i kept telling the detective these girl, girls could ruin my life tonight. they could have ruined my life tonight for no reason. >> allen has in the been charge and he is cooperating with the police investigation. >> i talk with my god son's parent and they receiving hundreds of letters of support and prayer from our region and down to florida. they wanted to thank everyone as do i. >> nate allen, of course, is

and grill about 2:30. lets take you to the video from earlier this morning as police were investigating this scene from stenton between washington lane and john son streets this morning. the police say they recovered a hat, cell phone and lots of blood outside of that bar scene. we are told that inside that club an argument eruptedded between those two men, those two victims and third man. that argument spilled outside on the sidewalk and that is where stabbing took place. the bet of those men being stabbed several times in their left torso we are toll. witnesses saw all this ham happen and they got those two men in the car and rush them both to einstein. that is where that 29 year-old man died and that 27 year-old man is fighting for his life. staff there called police to tell them what happened and there on the scene police are investigating looking at camera video and hoping to find evidence. >> that bar also has cameras,

so we're fortunate that there is several cameras on both side of the street as well as the the city of philadelphia police cameras, very close proximity to where the crime scene is. so we're in the process right new of trying to get keys for these businesses so we can start viewing for these recordings. >> reporter: we are showing you live one of the city cameras that police will get through later today, it is just a few feet away from the crime scene in question there. they are very hopeful that video will recover more evidence about the the stabber in that case. that man has a thin builds last seen wearing a black or gray jacket and very full beard. he got away from this scene we're told in perhaps a gray buick le saber. we are live from mt. airy, justin finch for cbs-3 "eyewitness news". happening today a with man police say they caught the in the act having sex with a minor is due in court for her formal arraignment.

investigators charge iris give any with corruption of minors after they found her and a 17 year-old boy name in the car back in november. according to police both admitted to engaging in sexual activity. give any waved her preliminary hearing and was released on $50,000 bail. a machine mouth county teacher is out on bail accused of hosting an under age drinking party. it happened in monmouth junction race friday. tracie harding is facing second degree child endangerment charges after the party ended with a 15 year-old boy in the hospital. police say the boy's mother found him in the home unresponsive. investigators say the teens were drinking vodka and beer under harding's supervision. >> she faces up to five years in jail. she was arguing with the other mother there was a verbal conversation at that point in time as to how this could happen. >> harding is also suspended from her teaching job at an elementary school, ukee. sub freezing temperatures

"eyewitness news" reporter j a an carabao joins us on south 52nd street to tell us more, jan. >> reporter: ukee, good morning. i just got off the phone with commissioner of l and i who gave us a better idea about when this building could be demolish. he said department has ten days to decide will do the demolition but he is a is in the state of this building this morning this could be happening sooner then that ten day period. fire marshall is still investigating the cause, once the causes determine he will release this to this city. then it is either owner of the city or the city that will dot work. owner expressed interest to take this building dunn but it is unknown if that owner has means. if not, the city will tell in. l and i deemed this building dangerous, ice weighing so heavily on the structure that it may collapse. since monday folks have been stopping by 52nd and locust to take picture of the building

that is anotherly beautiful. building was a home of the medical business. it is encased in ice after fire fighters attack a huge house fire on monday morning. the flames took more than two hours to contain and they remain on the scene putting out the hot spots. they continued to force thousands of gallons of water on this building in single degree temperatures bringing to us this point. now neighbors are concerned this building might fall down before it is demolish. >> i know the weight of that ice can knock that building down there. >> it is just concern for neighbors and citizens. >> so again, l and i has been in contact with this building's owner. the the owner has expressed interest in demolishing this building but at this point it is unknown if they will have the means to do it. if not the city will step in and this demolition, will be happening soon, before that ten day period because of the damage that the they are seeing the ice causing.
