aiding two other terror suspects who were arrested in new york city. court documents released this week say the 30-year-old operated mall kiosks that sell kitchen wear and fix cell phones phones. source with dover police told "eyewitness news" that he work at a cell phone kiosk inside the dover mall. another place where jeremiah millner says he saw the terror suspect. >> i shopped in the mall a lot and he walk by his stand every day and fixes phones and he offered to fix my phone one time and just knowing that it could be anybody. report roar court documents show management at his dover apartment complex sued him in august for not paying rent. records show he also oped a kiosk in philadelphia. but authorities have not said which mall. authorities say the three men were radicalized online and believe he financed the operation. reporting from dover, delaware david spunt cbs3 "eyewitness news". these revelations come as the man behind the mask in the isis terror videos is identified identified. us officials say mohammed emwazi

about hate speech on the mainline. officials are investigating after the discovery of racist graffiti. that discovery was made at radnor hoy school in delaware county. "eyewitness news" reporter diana rockrocco was in that concerned community tonight. roar report racial graffiti was found inside a bathroom on wednesday by thursday morning school officials were addressing all of the students in general assembly assembly. >> racial graffiti found in a bathroom at radnor high school has school officials taking swift act film when i found out what it was i was kind of like ew why would anybody do that? and it was just like kind of upsetting i guess that somebody would do that. roar roar the word on the bath rom wall wednesday was photographed then painted over by staff and the entire student body was addressed in an assembly thursday. a letter was also sent home to parents that read in part "radnor his school and the district as whole condemn any and all messages that promote hate and intolerance. we're handling the matter with the seriousness it deserves. the vast majority of our student

>> new tonight some pennsylvania lawmakers want to remove one of the legal exemptions that allow children to skip vaccinations. under current law, parents can with hold vaccinations because of medical religious or philosophical reasons and under proposed legislation philosophical reasons the most used exemption would be removed from the law. supporters of the bill say the science is clear vaccines safe lives and they want more children to be vaccinated. for the second time in two years, the pennsylvania house is sending a bill to the senate to eliminate state controlled wine and liquor stores. the proposal faces potential problems in the senate which

kill the previous bill. democratic lawmakers and governors will oppose it until this bill most state stores would close a couple thousand private retailers and gross row stores would sell wine or liquor liquor. and laws on beer sales would be relaxed. there's also a new push to legalize medical marijuana in pennsylvania. legislation introduced by senator daylin leach received bipartisan support at a senate hearing wednesday but it faces an uphill battle in the house where an identical medical marijuana bill died last session session. the bill here comes as recreational use of marijuana became legal in washington, dc. the voter approved legislation allows residents to possess 2 ounces or less and grow up to six marijuana plants at home but some in congress are not happy with the dc marijuana law. >> the use of marijuana is still totally illegal under federal law. so it's not only the mayor but anybody had uses marijuana under this law theoretically could be punished under federal law. >> we would encourage the

congress to not be so concerned about over turning what seven out of 10 voters said should be the law in the district of columbia. >> it would be up to the us attorney general to prosecute those who use marijuana in dc. the vote was close but it was one that likely changed the future of the internet for all of us. today the federal communications commission ruled that no one should control free open access to the internet. it is known as net neutrality ton night jim donovan shows what it means for all of us. >> reporter: the fcc wants greater authority to treat internet service like a public utility. net neutrality is the idea that websites or video videos should all load at the same speed. >> that means your broad band provider can't block or slow down your access to any web sites on the inter 93. broad band provider can't charge companies like netflix an added fee for access to a fast lane

that dress was allegedly taken from her hotel room on wednesday when sean there. and now detectives are reviewing security footage. a philadelphia university student has taken a page out of the comic books and made hits own batman suit. it isn't just a costume though. this thing actually works like a batman suit. with the help of personal donations an kick starter campaign freshman jackson gordon from wayne built a functioning bat money suit for just under $2,000. this is made out of kevlar and has armor plating. >> this idea was to create sort of a suit in batman's image that was not actually just a costume but actually actually functioned. >> this suit is um pervs have to 95 and skid proof it's also waterproof. it's not bullet proof. jackson says he's already gotten a lot of people interested in their own batman suits. are you sick of the winter gray? i think lot of us are wearing brighter colors could be quick and simple way to beat the

a to you flurries out there to the west that could move threw overnight or early tomorrow but otherwise just really looking for a partly cloudy to mostly cloudy skies. those cold temperatures will be with us tomorrow. and we'll really bottom out by saturday morning. our "eyewitness weather" watchers are showing us temperatures that are basically in the teens and the 20s and we are on our way down in many locations. already 17 degrees being reported in gilbertsville. eileen says no wind, some clouds and a temperature of 17 with a bear row metric pressurizing. hazy, sun and wind today a to you flakes but bone chilling cold it certainly is going to stay that way. our suburbs much philadelphia jim is is reporting 26 in medial the wind is light, that is the good news. and right now in wilmington the temperature is 26. and in newark the same. greg reporting in marshaltown a temperature of 26 degrees. he's saying the winds are calm, it's cold like a broken record dropping temperatures. here we go again. we'll take a look at these

numbers. right now in the city 27. the same in wilmington. but you can see the clear skies over millville wildwood and atlantic city creating temperature in the teens already already. and that is just the beginning of the cold. you can see raleigh 28. atlanta 34. nashville 28. and the cold is coming from the northwest and here are the numbers. three in minneapolis. three in omaha. so we are going to see some of this type of cold moving back in. arctic high builds in over the great lakes for your friday. high temperatures will be in the 20s so not inching up much from morning lows. saturday morning challenging record cold by the afternoon the high only in the 20s and our n chance of a nice day will come on sunday. it will be dry the clouds will increase and sunday night we see some snow changing over to rain for monday and milder air moves in. could see a little light snow maybe even a little icy mix before that rain on monday. we'll keep updated thon as we draw closer. overnight some flurries possible possible. otherwise just cold again the low 18.
