>> that's a term of endearment for ukee. but whether it comes to the weather, yes this is one of those months, transitional month. that's where the whole phrase march comes in like a lion out like a lamb comes f you are trying get out of the depths of winter, and into the warmth of spring. and you got to have a loft clash that will take place because of that. it almost always bridges one large storm for someone and we're going to get hit this time. outside we go to the live neighborhood network very quiet, innocent looking start to the morning isn't it, in pleasant valley here at broad heads ville the campus every middle and high schools up there. it is cold to start the day. it will be chilly day certainly, for the standards but notice, things are still tranquil here at the local level. just the combination of some cloud cover beginning to move on in here. now, off to the south and west, you can already see a little hint of moisture kicking in here, across west virginia, moving into west most maryland. matter every time before a winter weather advisory take effect generally go into effect at 3:00 p.m. today b the snow starts to pick up. walking through the future ear

winter, but you can see everything still moving along great, if you are headed southbound, headed northbound, currently in problems, headed out into new jersey, pretty much the same story there. you can see, all of our traffic just moving nicely, not a lot of volume starting to accumulate, still is early headed northbound, into 295 or the surround area bridges, no problems headed southbound, either headed toward the a.c. expressway. out in bucks county, though, there is an accident out in holland, on buck road closing that, at rockville road, you want to take holland road to get on by that scene for the time being. now, out in new jersey, hainesport township, still that two alarm church fire on foster town road closed between phillips and mt. laurel. you want to take creek road to get by that scene for the time being, still an active scene right now. there is an accident in 295 northbound at route 607 which is gibbstown, and that has a downed pole, and blocking partially blocking the onramp. diana, back to you. >> thanks, jess, before the wintery weather arrives be sure to stay with cbs fill which our weather app on your

firefighters paying special attention this morning we also saw flickers of flare up in that same area earlier of course they douse that area with water as they are doing right now. and they are really knocking down any potential hot spots that still may be lurking inside. we've also seen firefighters work their way to the right of that building, to what appears to be an office area, going in with their hooks, tools, to just knock down, and again search out any potential hot spots or flare up situations. we also saw what appear to be members coming over, reacting to seeing their church catch fire this way over night what was two alarm fire. we heard reports at about 3:30 this morning, at this point we have not heard any reports of injuries, the firefighters, or pedestrians in this area, but as you can see here, on the grounds, a true multi agency effort we've seen firefighters from tabernacle, easthampton, and various areas around here, mt. laurel, as well, hainesport here on the scene, doing their best to

knock out this fire here at the easton bible church here at 2407 foster town road. this is right off hainesport road. not too far from 38 east. if you are traveling in this area you may see some kind of tie-ups or closures in the area. but at this time it does appear this fire is under control, if not already. and again, they are really pouring that water at the center of that main building here what appears to be the area where this fire broke out this morning. and at this point ukee, diana, again no reports of injuries. that's the good news, the bad news of course this church is heavily damaged. we are live in hainesport, justin finch cbs-3 "eyewitness news". thank you, justin. more breaking news to talk b roll over crash in north philadelphia sends two people to the hospital. this is the latest video coming into us from west hunting park avenue in north front street. a man and woman were injured and firefighters had to cut off the roof of one of the cars to remove one of the victims. no word yet on the extent of

the injuries. diana? >> ukee, raging inferno hat sheet metal plant in montgomery county reached five alarms before firefighters could get it under control. it happened last night, at the try coast sheet metal plant in upper moreland. those giant flames could be seen for miles. even distracting drivers traveling along the pa turnpike nearby. the good news here, no one was hurt. the cause of this fire remains under investigation this morning. >> police call it one of the biggest invasions of privacy cases they've ever seen. radnor township police book a man on dozens every counts, but they expect more victims to come forward. "eyewitness news" reporter jan carabeo at the township police station, right now, to tell you more about it. jan? >> reporter: ukee, police say they expect more charges in this case possibly charges including children. this suspect, 37 year old sean moses, at this point faces 86 criminal counts. now, police do believe that if more women more victims come forward, that number of

charges, those will increase with time. now, take a look at the video. only "eyewitness news" was there, as 37 year old alleged peeping tom sean moses from pen valley was arrested yesterday. police say he used cell phone cameras to secretly tape dozens every women in unisex dressing rooms going back 13 years. and investigators say these videos were taken at two popular stores, at the king of prussia mall. moses allegedly seen pointing his camera phone under an 18-inch divider in the changing rooms. both men and women try on clothes in adjoining boots. police say so far they haven't been able to identify any of these victims. most of whom had no idea their privacy was being violated. authorities got a break-in this case last september after videos moses allegedly took of two villanova students inside their bryn mawr apartment were posted on a porn site. take a listen. >> they were getting undressed and they reported seeing a light shining their bedroom window. when they went to investigate they saw a man later identified as mr. moses secretly videotaping them with

his cell phone. he immediately took off running. >> reporter: now, police say moses posted 86 videos to a porn site, again, they do believe more victims are out there. and they should come forwards. that's why they have released these videos. at this point he is facing number of charges including invasion of privacy prowling, one count every child pornography, they do expect more child pornography charges to come in the future. we are reporting enough radnor, jan carabeo cbs-3 "eyewitness news". >> thank up, january. philadelphia water department crews work through the night making repairs on broken water main in east mt. airy. the 12-inch main ruptured yesterday afternoon, on chew avenue leaving 40 homes without service. pwd blames normal aging as the cause for the break. there were -- there will be several local detours around the area while crews continue their work. israeli prime minister benjamin netanyahu goes before congress today to criticize

be a very slow mover. so let's walk you out there. first and for most to storm scan3, which continues to show signs of life, more of them, compared to what we saw yesterday. now, you have got some pretty good snow across eastern iowa, northern illinois this will be moving our way with time, as early as early this afternoon really, we start to see the first flakes flying, generally bulk not hitting until 3:00 p.m., give or take your location, storm in its entirety difficult to make out very well defined system here, but you can see how the curvature of clouds definitely created certainly a lot of for example some ice to worm with here, all headed our way. so today it is the warmfront. which kind of sounds couldn't intuitive, starting wolf snow, but temperatures climb overnight. we start with snow, mixed when sleet, maybe quick coating to inch or two out of it before it all turns over to rain overnight, then tomorrow, it is a milder day as we sit between fronts, we will hit mid 40's, but have you have to deal with of and on rounds

flames shot through the roof of the home and in point pleasant beach yesterday. kurt wagner was critically injured, investigators say, he woke up to the smell of gas inside the bungalow of his landlord's home on cooks lane. he switched on the bathroom light, and then the house blew up. >> the guy living in the house got blown out the front door. he was rolling on the lawn next-door. >> was just screaming. he was like help, help. >> wagner suffered burns over 40 to 50% every his body. he is in stable condition this morning. last week a police dash cam captured another house explosion. that one, there you see it, was in stafford township. >> our time is 5:17. and the rich get richer. finds out who tops the list of the worlds' richest people, and the former athlete who just becamame a billionaire. >> can't wait for that. and, go ahead, pour on an extra cup of coffee or two this morning. big boost it can give your heart. that's all coming up. stay with us.

, slush i shall storm system creeping on in. things nice and quiet for now see back over northeastern portions of west virginia, fresh rounds every very light snow sleet, starting to creep in from the south and west, our storm is really getting going across portions of northern illinois, eastern iowa right now that snow will eventually move our way. so winter weather advisory take effect, here's what you need to know for the next couple of days, my friends this is multi day event. it starts with snow, sleet this afternoon overnight milder air surges in to bring in some rain. and we are going to stay mild enough, through wednesday for rain to be really just the primary story there no mixing taking place come thursday, back over to sleet and snow, and it does appear, as though we will have a chance to actually decent amount, generally about 4 inches, perhaps little more. temperatures at this point right now 25 degrees at philly international, at 17 in reading, 13 allentown, seven in mount pocono, a very cold start to the morning for you
