afternoon. >> katie is here with a look at what we can expect later today. this is the went their just won't quit. katy? >> yes, certainly is, at least specially in terms of the cold. this past month specially so brutal for us. we couldn't break into seasonable territory more than even like one, two days, for the better part of the month of february. now, this pattern just keeps ongoing despite the new month. so as we start things off here with a live look in the neighborhood network all is calm, very innocent looking isn't it? 24 degrees to start things off. your morning drive definately not affected by the weather but you can see how the clouds are beginning to already bill owe in here, from south and west, and that's essentially going to help our temperatures stay somewhat steady as the morning progresses, not going to be bottoming out all that much more, cloud cover before the sun officially rises. see signs of life here back over west virginia, and certainly a sign every things to come for us. winter weather advisory take effect this afternoon generally at 3:00 p.m., for all of the counties in the purple notice, it is basically everyone, except for the southern most tear of our

region. temperatures as they stand right now are into the teens or even single digits, going far enough north. pretty much into 209's around the urban corridor, along i9, a down in toward the area shore points. but quick check on some of the more remote suburbs, willow grove checking in at 18, pottstown, checking in at 18, as well, so cold. do you have bundle up. it is still definitely feeling and looking like winter, despite it now being technically meteorological spring because loft clashing in our atmosphere here, just getting underway, going to the afternoon. start off with glimmer of sunlight, clouds build quickly, mid 30's, and then our next round of snow comes along, probably dumping just quick coating to inch, before we see it mix in with sleet and then eventually it will all turn over to rain later on tonight, with milder air moving in. but i am predicting a very difficult evening commute here in our area, with this multi-day storm just getting underway. jess, over to you. >> thanks, katie. at least it is only the morning time.

we have something good to talk about. balls the roadways are dry they are relatively empty. but still early so don't want to get ahead of ourselves here. checking on the vine street expressway around broad street, everything moving along great headed westbound eastbound, no problems, same story out on 95, right around cottman avenue. but starting to see little bit of volume pick up. everything still moving nicely headed southbound through the work sewn into center city. out in new jersey, still, two alarm fire situation on lanes port township fostertown road closed between phillips road and mt. laurel. take creek to get on by that scene for the time being. we do have overturned vehicle out in north philadelphia, as well. on front street, at hunting park avenue. you want to take rising sun avenue to get on by the police activity. ukee, back to you. >> jess, thank you. updating breaking news from south jersey two, alarm fire at a burlington county church. "eyewitness news" reporter justin finch joins us at the scene with the very latest, us what can you tell us now? good morning. >> reporter: ukee, good morning, we just spoke to a man who got his family out of

the fire short time ago. i want to step out of the way and show you. steve johanson here, that's him in the hoodie by the white pick up over there talking to authorities. he was there just after 3:30 this morning, smelled smoke in his home, which as you look here adjoins the actual church area there. he smelled smoke from his home, got his wife, his son their dog and guinea pigs out safely this morning. i want to show you video from earlier this morning where the fire was pretty much at its peak, as you will see lots of smoke going on here. it was a heavy smoke event for a very long time here. that center building we're told are offices for the pastor, and other church businesses here for the easton bible church than appears to be the area where the fire broke out earlier this morning. at this point firefighters from hainesport, mt. laurel, tabernacle easthampton and nearby were here on scene knocking down those flames. also, paying close attention and trying to knock out several hot spots we saw flare up throughout the morning

here. it appears at this time, though, that the fire is under control, clearly no more smoke at the scene. >> this fire put out for now. for those who know the church well in the neighborhood at 2407 foster town road, their telling us this church has loft historic value and meaning to this neighborhood. that is very old church we're told and the history there in the middle at this point appears to be lost. what we know at this time is there appear to be no injuries reported from firefighters here, the fire again under control, at least seven to eight people were present in the church area when this fire broke out this morning. two of them we are told, those two groups, are families, of pastors here who work at the church. we saw steve johanson here, he is here with his family, he said associate pastor also here, about the time the fire broke out. we'll have more from them coming up throughout the morning. we are live in hainesport, justin finch cbs-3 "eyewitness news". >> justin, thank you. we will get back to you. more breaking news, roll over crash in north philly sends

two people to the hospital. into video from west hunting park and west front. man and woman were injured and firefighters had to cut the roof off of one of the cars to remove one of the victims. no word yet on the extent of their injuries. time now 5:35, radnor township police expect to talk to more victims today after the arrest of an alleged peeping tom. police say sean moses recorded women inside changing rooms at two stores at the king of prussia mall. investigators say he then posted those videos to a pornography website. detectives tracked him down through an ip address, moses is now facing more than 80 counts of invasion of privacy and one count of child pornography. well, four family members with ties to philadelphia drown while swimming in the dominican republic. authorities say newly winds kush and kajel from bustleton pulled in a rip current in a

pushed over into the shoulder, and north philadelphia, on front street, at hundred g park avenue, there is an overturned vehicle push over into the shoulder, take rising sun avenue to get on by. ukee diana being back over to you. >> jess, thanks so much. the search is on foreman who stabbed home own nerve ocean county. take a look at the surveillance video. homeowner told police he came home saturday and found that man trying to break into his brick township house. when the homeowner confronted him, the burglar stabbed him with a screwdriver. the homeowner is recovering. well, chest pains prevent the woman known as the black saddam from testifying in her murder trial until at least tomorrow. padge victoria winslow was taken to the hospital yesterday after feeling sick at the courthouse. she is accused of killing a british tourist in 2011 by injecting silicone in into her buttocks at a hotel near the airport. winslow claims she performed similar procedures on thousands of clients, including some celebrities. if she is convicted winslow faces up to 40 years in
