that's going to make a mess of this week, first rain, and then snow, march is definately coming in like a lion. >> the weather madness is upon us. katie, good morning. >> yes, it absolutely s i know you love the phrase march madness, ukee. >> yes, but not for this. >> exactly, when it comes to weather like there is i don't think anybody wants to hear about it this will be a multi day event for our area, a, it is huge, and b, it is sluggish. it will take its sweet on time to move on through. we start off with cool shot. taken outside middle township high school in cape may courthouse where in the foreground, where it is all shaded in black the slight of day just barely a chance to start over the horizon. you have the high school off in the distance, typically can see the bay so nice sliver of sunlight making it to pop out there. there are gray skies also indicated when we go to storm scan 36789 see how the clouds have really start today take overtake the radar especially, the satelite picture anyway. but, as we go throughout the

day, also going to start to see signs of life on radar in the form of snow and sleet. so winter weather advisory take effect again almost region wide, not everybody included there but go into effect at 3:00 p.m., as we start to see a mix of some slow, well some snow, as well as some sleet kicking in here. and it looks like it is really going to be messing with your evening drive specially. so for the next couple of hours, a-okay. but then as we head tort the time the kids are getting out of school, all bets are off. snow, sleet move, in eventually we have to deal with some soaking rain, too. jess, we send over to you. >> thank you. good morning shall everybody little after 6:00 a.m. currently having no problems precipitation out on most of the majors, everything looking just fine in bucks couldn't, go have police activity due to earlier accident on route one northbound lanes approaching lincoln highway. you can see still under control, but blocking out the right hand shoulder, part of the right hand lanas well. over out in new jersey on the 42 freeway everything is

starting to pick up just little bit. northbound lanes. till moving just fine. headed to philadelphia, you should have no problems doing so, so far. elsewhere in new jersey, two alarm church fire in hainesport township, fostertown road closed between phillips road and mt. laurel road. to get around that scene for the time being as it is still active, you want to take creek road. ukee diana back to you. >> jess, a thank you. the latest on breaking news, firefighters douse hot spots following two alarm fire at this church in burlington county overnight. >> just continue finch live at the very active scene for us, this morning in hainesport, good morning justin. >> reporter: diana, ukee good morning. as you can see there is scene is wrapping up for the most part here. they are dousing the hot spots at the center part of the building. that's where the worse of this fire took hold at about 3:30 this morning i want to show you video from earlier this morning, so you can just see the effort put on by several fire departments here from

hainesport easthampton and other fire companies. this fire particularly strong in the center building. believed it was perhaps electrical in a night your. that's what spark activity here this morning. we did speak with pastor here, steve johanson, who lives a joined to the property. i want to bring him out to you live here, so you can hear how he got himself, his wife, his son, his dog and guinea pigs out of this fire, early this morning. steve, how are you doing now? >> we're doing okay. we've got my feet dry now so we warmed up little bit. but little scar think for a little bit: i don't know if being a volunteer firefighter helped getting the family out but i was up, and so just got the wife and the son and i got them to get out in the car and thank goodness we got another pastor that lives right on the

property on the other side of the property. so we could all just casino of go over there and that's where everybody's at right now nice and warm. >> reporter: you said between yourself and the other pastor eight people living in the area of church smear. >> yes, he is family of five. we're a family four. my daughter's down at college. soap, there is three of us in the house at the time. >> you know, you think about these fires that break out overnight, how oftentimes they turn pretty much worse than what they could be watch do you think got you working owe quickly to get your family out the way you did? >> god, that's probably the main thing there i think he is sovereign and we'll see what the plan is for there is i don't know but obviously he's got a plan for it, we'll see what happens with this. but maybe that's why i was awake. maybe that's why i couldn't sleep. >> steve as you know easton bible church's institution

here along fostertown road, neighbors know it well. for them to see that historic middle part go up in flames, appear to be gutted the way it is, what was that like for to you see happen when you got your family out this morning? >> it was sad. it was sad. it is a beautiful little building. he haven't bean here, seven eight years, people here for maybe 50, 06 years. and i am role sure it will be harder for them to see. that will you know, the building built sometime early 1800s, so historic building than was sad. >> glad to hear you're okay and your family. we send it right back to you live in hainesport, justin finch, cbs-3, "eyewitness news". >> all right justin, tough morning for those families, thank you. updating breaking news now man and woman are at einstein hospital after a roll-over crash in the hunting park section of philadelphia. it happened at west hunting park avenue in north front street at about 4:15 this morning. emergency crews cut off the roof of the car to reach the victims.

we don't yet know the extent of their injuries. well, later this morning investigators will return to the site of this five alarm fire at upper moore lands montgomery county. try coast sheet metal plant as the evening rush got underway. the plant sits along we and dot road, runs next to section of the pennsylvania turnpike, no one was hurt as firefighters worked to bring the raging inferno under control. >> right now crews are working to restore water service to 40 homes after a water main break in the east mt. airy section of philadelphia. a 12-inch water main broke in the 6600 block of chew avenue yesterday. the water department believes the break was the result of what they say is normal aging. work to restore service is expected to continue through the morning. diana? >> ukee, accused peeping tom is under arrest this morning charged with sneak ago camera into several changing rooms. the police say he victimized dozens of women and there may be many more victims out there. township police station with more on this for us this morning, jan good morning. >> reporter: a disturbing story to passalong this morning. radnor -- only "eyewitness news" was, there camera rolling, when alleged people tom sean most frost pen valley was arrested. >> sir, do you have any column end on the charges? >> reporter: police say he is the man responsible for taking thing videos captured at two popular stores at the king of prussia mall, posting those videos positive porn reb sites. >> what mr. moses was involved in as you will hear shortly is nothing less than can be described as despicable. >> some of most's videos go back 13 years these videos police say were recorded in unisex dressing rooms, moses is allegedly seen pointing his cell phone camera under a 18-inch divider in the rooms where men and women try on clothes in adjoining boots. it is alleged activity that has shocked his neighbors. >> having it in the neighborhood, it is going to be very upset to go everyone. >> in one case there is woman spots the camera, and makes on

scene gesture, in another, one woman takes a picture of the phone recording her. but so far, supplies not been table identify the women. for the most part, victims had no idea their privacy was being violated. >> we're asking these people to come forward especially those that may have seen him lurking around in these dressing rooms. >> authorities got a break-in this case last september after videos moses allegedly took of two villanova students inside their bryn mawr apartment were posted on porn website. radnor police are calling all of most's alleged videos the biggest case of invasion of privacy they've ever seen. >> i know that he has a young daughter, and he's around, you know young people that -- i just can't even imagine. >> reporter: and police again have released these videos in hopes that women in them will come forward and this man will face possibly more charges. reporting live in radnor, jan carabeo, cbs-3, "eyewitness news". >> jan thank if you. israel prim minister netanyahu goes before congress to discuss nuclear negotiation

was iran. yesterday netanyahu addressed pro israel lobby group in washington. now, critics claim today's speech is an example of netanyahu's strained ties with president obama. netanyahu says his speech has not meant to slight the president. >> my speech is not intended to show any disrespect to president obama or the esteemed office that he holds. i have great respect for both. >> while two do not get along personally, the president tells road earls the rift is just a matter of policy. he says the deal with iran is the best way to keep israel safe. >> it is understandable why israel is very concerned about iran. we are too but what we've consistently said is we have to stay focused on our ultimate goal, which is preventing iran from having a nuclear weapon. >> gop leaders invited netanyahu without consulting with the white house. some lawmakers say the appearance is political and planned to stay away.

looking at nude video of the snow falling in chicago. and that's very same storm that's going to be moving in for us this afternoon. we won't see winter weather advisory go into effect with that as well. so it looks like big fat flakes coming down across shy town right now. i'll show you on the radar in a second. i have to show this view, too. remember the old saying, red sky in morning sailors take warning? uh-huh we've got multi day system coming our way guys. in atlantic city, isn't that gorgeous? what a beautiful start to the day. problem; it won't last long. don't expect to see heck of a lot of sunshine. here is a look at the heavy snow boy it has pick up in intensity across northern illinois, all headed our way not expecting heavy snow event out of this, but definitely expecting a big wallop out of this storm. as we start to see snow moving into in this afternoon, winter weather advisory go in effect at 3:00 about when it gets started maybe little sooner, little later depending on location, will mix with sleet by night fall. and then the whole thing changes over to rain as temperatures actually climb overnight. this is warmfront moving in.

dry, and that's definitely a good thing diana back over to you. >> jess, investigators trying to pinpoint what caused the second natural gas explosion in ocean county, this week. this is what it looked like just seconds after the blast. you can see the flames shot through the roof of the home in point pleasant beach yesterday. kurt wagner was critically injured, in that blast and investigators say he woke up to the smell of gas inside the bungalow of his landlord's home on cooks lane. he switched on the bathroom light, and then the house blew up. >> the guy living in the house got blown out the front door he was rolling on the lawn next-door. >> was just screaming. he was like help, help. >> wagner suffered burns from 40 50% of his body. necessary stable condition this morning. last week a police dash cam captured another house explosion. you see it there this one in stafford township. updating breaking news right now, church in hainesport burlington county destroyed by fire. there were no injuries. no word on what started that

jim: standardized testing has gone from a nuisance to a concern to a crisis. michael: we have this finite amount of time, and yet we're spending so much of it on this unproven standardized test when we really should be using that time in a better way focusing individually on our students. dave: education is supposed to be about our students, and it's becoming about a test. ros: what is our end goal in education? to be masters of a test?

let's get right out to "eyewitness news" reporter justin finch live at the scene in hainesport with the latest this morning. good morning justin. >> reporter: diane, a ukee, good morning fortunately the worse of the five is now over for the congregation of easton bible church here on fostertown road. take a look behind us here. you can see where the major damage is that center building, that roof, completely gone. that build something now gutted. we are told that is a very historic part of this church, dating back to the 19 century. now, houses offices. we also spoke to pastor who happens to live to a home adjoining that building, we have cell phone video whatever he saw when he woke his family and pets up this morning as you can see that building there was fully engulfed, large, orange flames, shooting out of the top of that building there. zero said he called the fire department as well as police, they responded quickly putting very heavy water assault on the center building

there. he said he woke up this morning about 3:30 or so, smell strong smell of smoke. minutes from the building, saw on the other side a red hot scene. that is when he got his wife, his son their dog and guinea pig, safely operate. he is a music minister here at easton bible church. we spoke to him a short time ago. listen to what towed say. >> first i thought maybe it was an electrical, something going on, with a outlet, so i got to up check that out. as i got closer to the door, i definitely could smell it little more, then look out and saw across the way, you know our house is here, and across the way could definitely see that door was completely on fire. >> just very, very thankful that they got out in their pajamas, but everyone is safe. and we praise god for that. and god will take care of the building. not worried about that. >> now, that was pastor steve

johanson, you heard from just short time ago that was his mother-in-law, she came right here, after she heard about what happened. and she found her family safe. unfortunately, though, she has taken spill being cared for right over there, at the home, there, where steve and his family live. it is very slick and icy in this area, and that's one of the challenges that firefighters were up against this morning battling all of the huge fire here with the freezing temperatures. at this point we're hearing no reports of injuries from firefighters who responded this morning but as you can see, she did take a fall here. fortunately there is was not a huge deal. the fire contained very much to that center building. no other structures here appear to be fire damaged however, they are expecting smoke and water damage, obviously, as a result of the fire fight here this morning. we are live in hainesport, justin finch cbs-3 "eyewitness news". >> justin, we will get back to you on the "cw philly" thank you. police are investigating two more reported child luring attempt innocence reading. authorities released this sketch, last week, after man

wanted for at least six attempted lurings across berks county. reading police say a man with a similar description tried to get a fifth grade girl in his car yesterday afternoon. she was walking home from school with a siblings, and they both ran away. radnor township police are looking from more potential victims after the arrest of alleged people tom. sean moses recorded women inside changing rooms at two stores at the king of prussia mall. investigators say he then posted them on a pornography website. detectives tracked him down through an ip address moses is facing 87 counts of invasion of privacy and one count of child pornography. 6:37. hillary clinton is under fire this morning's new york times reports, that the former secretary of state may have violated federal laws. clinton used a personal e-mail address for all of her official business. the times sicily clinton aides failed to return and turn over emails for collection while secretary every state. move that may have violated

income workers. maximum is over $6,100, amount does vary by family size. child tax credit is to up a thousand dollars dollars for each qualifying child who is under the age of 17. this one does phase out for higher earners. and then there is the childcare credit. available if you pay someone to care foreign a dependent under the age of 13, so that you can work, or look, for a job. this credit is 20 to 35% of your childcare cost, up to six grand. so there is a lot of money out there. >> and, jill what about deductions in why are those important? >> well, you know two, out of three taxpayers take that standard deduction instead of euthanizing. euthanizing you have certain cat guys, like mortgage interest, charitable contributions. but, some of those people are actually leaving money on the table. so here's what you want to do. look at your deductible expenses and see if they exceed the 240 to 14 standard deduction limits that's 6200

for single, 12,400 if filing jointly. now, some overlooked deductions include miscellaneous deductions, you could throw in your tax prep fees, your job hunting expenses professional deuce, and medical expenses as long as they're more than 10 percent of your adjusted gross income. you haves this line item for sales tax. this can be valuable if you made a really big purchase this year, like a car or if you live in a state with no income tax. >> and jill tax time also means contributions to ira's what are the limits this year? >> so, for tax year 2014, $5,500 is your limit, 5600 if over 50. now, remember, contribution toss a traditional ira give you the tax deduction today but pay taxings later in retirement when you withdraw the money with rot ira you don't get the deduction today but no tax due when you access the funds later. now, remember, here is the
