s playing. round two of the 1/2 punch of winter weather is heading our way right now on storm scan three, lets take a peak. this is shaping up to be a major snowstorm as well could be seeing the big es snowfall we have seen this season. >> lets get more with katie, break it down, girl what can we expect. >> we have had one straight day of weather that came along with this same storm. now we're on day two. tomorrow is day three. this will leave behind, some snow paul that may end up being most significant can't we have had so far this entire season which is so crazy but it is march, it is absolutely not unheard of. milder air has since moved in for most of you. we had a pocket of rain still pockets of steady rain through southern tears of our area right now but do you see how it is coming through scattered in nature. that is how it is today scattered in nature. further north there are still some speckles of pink showing up here and purple up toward the northeastern edge of

pennsylvania. so that is where you will still yet to see those temperatures climbing enough to turn everything over to rain but keep in mind folks this will be a morning where you still fine more remote suburbs possibility of slick spots but more than anything a rainy dreary, drizzly, foggy kind of a day. into tonight we're talking overnight would i say generally after midnight we will see rain change back to snow as cold air moves back in and dives on the back side of the cold front that needs to cross and then left with accumulating snow because there is an area of low pressure that decided to ride up along that frontal boundary to meet up with the cold air. that is where that snow is coming from, in the first place. meanwhile we will winter weather advisory for next 29 minutes here in the poconos for very reason i mentioned before. still potential for that ice to fall from the sky and you will still have slick spots. you can understand. that your temperatures are marginal and freezing in these spots. keep an eye on the car thermometer a good rule of thumb, traveling through say more wooded terrain you may

ready for tomorrow's snowfall. all red think morning we have seen plow trucks make their way out of the station here going out on to the roads here. they are pretreating these roads ahead of thursday's storm which could drop between four and 8 inches of snow. they are taking a full day to get ready for that snowfall so to allow room for these trucks they need to get brine spread out evenly. it has been a very busy, expensive winter for penndot. they are well over their salt budget, lets take a listen. >> it has really taken a toll. department budgeted 25.8 million for winter services zest. we are in the range of 31 million-dollar having spent. that is not somewhat unusual for a very busy, very busy winter season. >> reporter: as you heard there, there are millions of dollars over budget already. in big snow fall here but still a very expensive winter in storms of getting road safe to drive on. so far this has been only the

philadelphia police commissioner charles ramsey co chairs president obama's task force. one recommendation is for police to build deeper trust in their communities n camden county officers spend more time on the street then in their cruiser. police say the approach is paying off. >> community policing is where officers are community builders. we realize we have play a role far more important than enforcing the law, the handcuffs in our service weapons, they are used as a last resort. >> reporter: community policing is a priority since camden police became a county wide department in may 2013. police are searching for a suspect who snatched a woman's dog from outside a store in kensington. police say on monday around 11:00 in the morning a woman left her gray and white pit bull tied to the pole in front of the rite aide in the 2500 block of aramingo avenue. while inside surveillance shows a man drove up, an took the dog.
