predator. >> he used the internet, he posed as a 15 year-old and duped young girls into performing sex acts for him. >> reporter: since he was first arrested on internet sex charges at rectory of saint simon and jude parish last october, three women have now come forward saying that the priest assaulted them, when they were in their teens back in the early to mid 90's. one claiming that she was victimized in the confessional. >> after father haines heard her confession he told her that to be absolved of her sons she would have to perform the the same sex acts on him. >> reporter: following a 30 minute hearing the judge ordered the suspended priest held behind bars. >> we respectfully disagree with the judge's decision but obviously we will to have live witt. >> reporter: prosecutors point out that haines a arrest here last october came more than two decades after the three women claim they were

philadelphia's mayor michael nutter will propose a 9 percent property tax increase during his budget address tomorrow, that is what our sister station kyw news radio had has learned. revenue from the increase would be used to provide the school district with an extra 100 in million-dollar in funding, of course, city council would have to approve that tax hike. well, current minimum wage in the commonwealth of pennsylvania is $7.25 an hours. the the governor has expressed a desire to increase that to $10.10 an hour but workers in philadelphia want more. >> "eyewitness news" reporter todd quinones a attended a city council hearing where people for and against minimum wage expressed their opinions. >> reporter: promising their fight has already begun workers pack council chambers wednesday pushing for city to increase their minute number

you can see massiveness of this storm with all of these states impact by either watches, advisories or warnings and when you look at this chunk of real estate it is incredible. pinkies warning area but we are talking about 2000 miles between new york texas along texas/mexico board their we are seeing these warnings and advisories. the in the pink you can see winter storm warnings through philadelphia, also south jersey into delaware. we're talking about significant snow accumulating overnight and during the morning hours tomorrow. right now along i-95 corridor we have no problems. allentown still rain. poconos 36 degrees and rain showers. but to the west we have colder air working its way in. pitberg mixing with snow. we will track this area of low pressure that is storm as it moves closer and by tomorrow morning you can see along i-95 corridor we have heavy snow and as storm moves off shore that snow lingers through, south jersey and delaware and that is where we think those higher accumulations will

occur. now as far as the timing, the changeover in the poconos between 9:00 p.m. and 11:00 p.m. and in philadelphia between 1:00 a a.m. and 3:00 a.m., we will change over to snow. south jersey and southern delaware between 3:00 a.m. and 5:00 a.m., during morning commute it will be falling steady and hard. through lehigh valley and reading berks county two to 4 inches. more toward 4-inch rain there four to six through philadelphia and i-95 corridor and through south jersey and central parts of delaware is where we have best chance of seeing higher amounts. 7 inches and 8 inches. as we head toward shore and wildwood, four to six and at cape may .2 to 4 where we see more mixing with sleet and rain during the day tomorrow. overnight rain changes to snow after midnight, low temperature 26. during the the day tomorrow early snow tapering off. high temperature near 30. it starts off as a soupy wet snow and thomas temperatures get colder in the morning it is more dry fluffy snow.

franklin bridge looks shrouded abe. and snow covered road it is just a road all through the week. lets look at storm scan three showing heavier of the rain is, it is moderate rainfall, you can see heavier band right there, heavier moving into lancaster county at the moment but we are dealing with rain however, higher elevations west of the state college that rain is change to go snow and look at this it is heavy right now. we are seeing that change over from rain to snow and it is completely thumping even snow or rain here over northern kentucky as that change over happens. we will see a quick change over and heavy snow rates when that change over happens. there is a lot of moisture riding up this front as it moves through much of the mid south and in mississippi river valley and eventually getting in here, overnight tonight. so lets look at what we can expect as we move ahead, in time, we will be looking at winter storm warnings in effect starting tonight continuing into tomorrow
