yes, we had good news out on the ben franklin bridge. no problems getting in or out of the city. you can see all lanes completely open, headed westbound. no problems into jersey, and a few accidents to talk b all of the details coming up in just a bitment back to you. >> thank you jessica. updating breaking news, hunterdon county, new jersey, four alarm fire at the historic sergeants ville in in delaware township just placed under control. we're told no one was hurt in that fire. it began shortly before 2:00 this morning along rosemont ringo's road. and when these pictures from the hunterdon fire and ems you can see flames shooting through the roof of the inn. the building dates back to the 1700s, and currently being used as a restaurant. well, new this morning part of house in camden turns into rubble after the facade gives way. now, there is word that the family and the home got a warning that this could happen. "eyewitness news" reporter jan carabeo joins us now at the scene to tell you more. jan? >> reporter: ukee, good morning it, really is a

surprise, that no one was injured here this morning during this collapse. you can see behind me, that all that remains of the front side of this building is that open doorway. now, we speak to a man who lives here, he says the city recently put up a barricade in front of his home and told his family to fix the facade or the bill working have to be demolished, but it is an expensive job, and the man says he's been trying to get the city to help for years especially since the problem here, he says, was caused by something out of his control. >> it is what's left after terrifying night for one camden family. four people, resting inside their home, one moment, and the next, finding themselves face-to-face with the street. >> sitting there he said he heard a swoosh. all the sudden he sees the street. >> front wall of their home, 400 block every line street, came crashing down around 11:30, sunday night. fire ems quickly responded says his mom dad sister and young neice, were at home at the time. the family wasn't hurt. but now left with this. >> we really don't have anywhere to go.

>> ali says the problems here date back more than decade, when there was fire next-door and that build hadding to be demolished. he said that demo damaged his own structure and trying to get it fixed ever glimpse it started buckling out. that's when we were trying to get the city to do what they can. they actually calm out put barricade around it, and gave my parents in the l 26th to repair it or demo it. >> yes? >> so, you know, $40,000 that we don't have would have fixed it, but the city, if they would have just re-faced it up when they demoed the house it would have been no problem. >> now of course there has been that freeze-thawing cycle that's been happening with the weather. how much no official cause of the collapse. we'll continue to follow. that will meantime police remain on the scene, red cross is assisting those displaced. jan carabeo cbs-3 "eyewitness news".

>> thank you jan. philadelphia police trying to piece together what sparked double shooting in west oaklane overnight. it happened shortly before midnight along the 2100 block of stenton avenue. police say two suspect ambushed two men who were sitting in a car. the victims are in stable condition at the hospital now. detectives are reviewing surveillance video from area businesses. >> and autopsy is scheduled today after missing teenager found dead on his parents property in delaware county. on friday, cayman naib's parent rebecca they believe their son panic after receiving a bad progress report from school and then ran away on wednesday night. hundreds helped in the search. >> this is every parents nightmare who are saying our prayers and sending them all love, and of course we'll do whatever we can to be supportive of them. >> cayman was a eighth grader at the shipley school in bryn mawr. counselors will be available for student this week. right now 5:03.

let's get to ever kate and get our forecast, good morning. >> good morning everyone, it is monday, and well it, wouldn't and monday if we weren't starting offer with at least a little bit of winter weather. >> this one not the biggest deal we've seen this winter, but definitely something to keep an eye out for if you're out and about this morning. quick look at storm scan3 showing band of light precipitation, mainly just light showers off to our north, the problem is areas off to the north are still below freezing, so that means any slick spots on the roads this morning, could be caused by little bit of the light freezing rain and freezing drizzle. you can see the pink shading there allentown right down into portion of upper bucks montgomery counties, now crossing into portions of new jersey. so there is winter weather advisory, it goes until 9:00 a.m. it does include the city, and few points on south including chester county, delaware county portions of new jersey, that goes until 9:00 a.m. mainly because areas off to the north will see slick spots so take it slow, out there this morning especially bridges overpasses, also any of the melting snow from yesterday could refreeze this morning as temperatures in some spots are very close to the freezing mark notice allentown only

talk b there is an overturned vehicle out in mt. laurel new jersey on hainesport mt. laurel road between arc and foster town road. while the incident is being cleaned up, take union mill road or elbow lane to get on by for the time being. out in plymouth also an accident on plymouth road near belviere road. use some caution. ukee over to you. >> route one is back open in bucks county this morning after wrong way driver sends six people to the hospital. police tell "eyewitness news" a driver going the wrong direction, on route one near i95 in langhorne hit four different cars last night. office remembers not sure how long the driver was heading the wrong way before that crash. >> well, a vigil in memory of philadelphia police officer robert wilson is scheduled at 6:00 this evening at 21st and lehigh. that's where a crowd gathered yesterday, outside the video game store where the officer was killed. the rally organized by operation save our city. a church in the neighborhood also remembered the fallen officer. "eyewitness news" reporter natasha brown has more.

>> candles were lit and special prayers offered, at saint martin church, a somber crowd gathered with heavy hearts trying to make sense of the senseless death of philadelphia police officer, robert wilson iii. >> just unbelievable. fine up standing man, two children. >> dozens of officers from the 22nd and 29th police district stood at the back of the church as parishioners gave them standing ovation. >> the police officers, they do a brave job every day. >> pastor steven thorn, organized the service and says although officer wilson was not a member of the parish, his presence was deeply felt in the community he protected and served. >> patrol our area, i mean, perhaps he drove past here, going to game stop thursday afternoon. >> officer wilson died a hero protecting customers at the game stop at 22nd and lehigh avenue. as brothers, 24 year old ramon williams and 29 year old carlton hips robbed the store. officer wilson was thereto buy a gift for his son when the gunfire rang out.

he bravely exchanged gunfire with the suspects, he died after being shot multiple times. ♪ ♪ >> on this day this parish, these officers, are not focused on his violent end. instead, they are seeking solace remembering a father, a son, a heroic breather in blue. natasha brown cbs-3 "eyewitness news". >> and once again the two suspect who are brothers are charged with murder, 29 year old carlton hips remains in the hospital, 24 year old ramon williams, was arraigned on saturday. >> deliberations continue today in the murder trial of the woman known as the black madam. they're trying to decide if page winslow killed a british tourist back in 2011 by injecting her buttocks with silicone at hotel near the airport. winslow testified that she performed thousands of the procedures. she's charged with third degree murder. also, happening today pothole patrols will be out in full force in new jersey.

>> a miracle emerges from icy utah river after tragic accident over the weekend. a 18 month old baby girl survives more than 12 hours in a partially submerged car while still strapped in her carseat. brian web has the incredible story. >> a fisherman, first spotted the car upside down, in the frig it waters of the spanish fork river. >> a witness said that there was an arm that co-see inside the vehicle. >> when police and firefighters arrived, they jumped into the icy water crews found a young mother dead in the drivers seat. and then quickly spot add baby girl upside down strapped in a carseat, in the back. they quickly flipped the car over. >> got the baby in my arm raised its head up out of the water, as i tried to release the seatbelt. >> police say 25 year old lynn

grossbeck was on her way home from her parents' house friday night, when her car ran up this cement barrier launching the car into the river below. according to investigators the impact likely killed lynn but her 18 month old lilly survived all alone for more than 12 hours. >> the carseat could have possibly been out of the water. >> seven members of the river rescue team had to be treated for hypothermia. baby lilly was flown to a hospital in salt lake city. jill sanderson spoke by phone about her sister. >> she was just a very compassionate and caring person. she loved lilly with all her heart. >> family members say lynn was enrolled at provo college with hopes of becoming a medical assistant. in new york, brian web for cbs-3, "eyewitness news". a 13:00 right now. we want to get traffic and weather together. some icy spots this morning right, kate? >> that's right. you have to watch out for black ice some slick spots

this morning not all over the place, not completely widespread thing here this morning, but a few slick spots, and all it takes is one little patch of ice to cause a very dangerous situation, so just take it east think morning. let's take a look outside. we take awe look at the campbell's field cam looking at the ben franklin bridge in center city, now philadelphia is in that winter weather advisory this morning, although temperatures are still significantly above freezing in the city. i don't think we'll see too much ice in the city proper. although anything like a bridge, or overpass, these are first to freeze, you have cold air beneath t so just watch out specially on any elevated surface here this morning what we're looking at, light rain moving by generally to the north, see the pink embed in the, there anywhere you see pink, that means the rain could be freezing on contact also little sleet could be mixed in, this morning specially off to the north and little bit of snow up through the pocono region. >> this moves out pretty quickly, in fact, winter weather advisory only goes until 9:00 a.m. looks as though the precipitation will be over by 9:00 a.m. and then we've got temperatures continuing to be thawing out. forty-one saturday. look at the miserable 26 on

laurel road between arc road and foster town road, you want to take union mill road or elbow lane to get on by that area. just for the time being. out in jenkintown, an accident at greenwood avenue at old york road, as well. erika, back over to you. >> thanks, jessica updating breaking news, historic restaurant destroyed overnight by devastating fire. looking liver right now at the sergeant's ville in hunterdon county, that dates back to the 18th century. the fire went to four alarms, but there were no injuries. four people including a baby narrowly escaped just second before their house comes crashing down, in camden. it happened on the 400 block of line street, about 11:30 last night. that family is now in the care of the red cross. and, an autopsy will be performed today for 13 year old cayman naib. the teenager was found dead on his family's property in delaware county. the cause of his death has not been determined. the eighth grader from the shipley school had been missing since last week. our time now 5:16. and another surprising move

free agency starts tomorrow, denying reports star quarterback copper neck is on the trading block. radio station in houston reported overnight that the eagles are one of two teams interested in trading for capper neck. but the 49ers called that report quote ridiculous. but it, does appear there will be some changes in south philly when that free agency period starts. published reports say wide receiver journey maclin will lever the birds and reunite with former eagles coach and
