part of this building collapsed overnight. nothing is left there. only the door swinging. you can even see all of the belongings there on the second floor. >> he said the city recently put up barricade in the front every his home, told his family to fix the facade or the building, would have to be demolished. expensive color i have job when a man said he is trying to get the city to help for years, specially since the problem here he says, was caused by something out of his control. >> weighing left -- what's left of terrifying night, four people resting inside their home one moment, next, face-to-face with the street. >> my dad sitting there said he heard a swoosh. all the sudden he sees the streets. >> front wall of their home on the 400 block every line street came crashing down, around 11:30 sunday night fire ems quickly responded. said his mom dad sister, young neice, were at home at the time. the family wasn't hurt. but now they're left with this. >> we really don't have

anywhere else to go. >> ali said the problems here date back more than a decade, when there was fire next-door and that building had to be demolished. he says that demo damaged his home structure and trying to get it fixed ever since. >> started buckling out, that's when we were trying to get the city to do we what they k they came out put barricade around it. gave my parent until the 26 to my parent or demo t so, you know, $40,000 that we don't have would have fixed it, the city if they would have just re faced it up, when they demoed the house it would have been no problem. >> no official word at this point about the cause of the overnight collapse. we will stay on top of. that will meantime, police remain on the scene here securing the scene and the red cross replacing those displaced. jan carabeo,. >> thank you we'll get back

>> a 13 year old remembered sunday night friends teachers most from the shipley school, where cayman naib was eighth grader. >> extraordinary young man. thoughtful bright, he was fun loving, he made a difference in people's lives. >> it was a somber end to trying couple of days, as the community relent he isly searched for one of their own hundred cents of volunteers joined private search and rescue teams supporting local police, and the nbi who scoured dozens of square miles, looking for the boy who disappeared wednesday night. in the end he was found close to home. his body near the side after creek on his parents property. the greater philadelphia search and rescue teams made the discovery. >> so this community can get back to normal there is may not be the answer that they want, but they do have an answer, and they finally is closure on this. >> on friday's cayman's parents told "eyewitness news" that they believe their son panic after receiving a bad progress report from school, and ran away. what happened after that, is

yet to be known. what is known friends say, is that the family faces a tough road ahead and they'll all be there to try and help. >> this is every parents nightmare, saying our prayers, and sending them all love, and of course, we'll do whatever we can to be supportive of them. >> cayman's family released statement on facebook page called finds cayman. they said in part, quote please understanded the family is still processing and struggling with this most recent news, but they would like to thank all of the thousands of people over the last five days, who have come together to support the family to find cayman. no cause of death in this case has yet been determined. although an autopsy is scheduled to be performed on monday n newtown square, matt rivers cbs-3, "eyewitness news". >> your time coming up on 6:08. and a vigil scheduled for slain philadelphia police officer, robert wilson. it said 6:00 this evening at 21st and lehigh, not far from where he was shot to death

thursday afternoon. yesterday, saint martin catholic church held a mass in the officer's memory. dozen of officers from the 22nd and 29th district sat in the back, parishioners gave them a standing ovation. although officer wilson was in the a member of the parish, the church honored him for his presence in the community he served. >> perhaps he drove past here, going to game stop on thursday afternoon. yes, because but again being part of the 22nd district he was certainly very familiar with saint martin de pores catholic churr. >> shot to death during robbery attempt the at video game store. no word yet on funeral plans. the two suspect who are brothers are charged with murder, 29 year old carlton hips remains hospitalized. twenty-four year old ramon williams was arraigned on saturday. >> happening today, jury continues to deliberate whether this man eric torez intentionally tried to kill a philadelphia police officer. he is on for attempted murder

in the shooting of officer edward davies inside feltonville corner store in 2013. defend attorneys argue the shooting was accidental, and that the gun went off when davies and other officers were trying to arrest him. deliberations continue today in the murder trial of the woman known as the black madam. trying decide if page winslow killed a british tourist back in 2011 by injecting her buttocks with sill crohn near the airport. winslow testified that she performed thousands of these procedures. she is charged with third degree murder. >> a woman is in critical condition this morning. police in new castle county put delaware, try to piece together clues in this bizarre crime. a car found in a ditch on rolf 13, yesterday morning, inside two, shooting victims. one of them dead. later police found a second vehicle, less than mile away from the scene and they believe that this is all leading together. police want to talk to the owner of the vehicle but they

rosemont ringos road overnight. these pictures from hunterdon fire and ems showed just how intense the fire was when firefighters arrived just before 2:00 this morning. the building appears to be a total lost. the mayor told "eyewitness news", the inn is full of history. and was the centerpiece of the town. >> everything starts here. i think 1735, early 1700s and everybody, locally, you know, this is to go therefore a and zester have i are, quick dinner but a destination from new york come here enjoy delaware township and the sergeantsville in. >> according to the restaurant website, the billing was originally a private residents, in the early 1700s. later in the 1800s, it was converted to a feed and grain store, eventually, opening at as a restaurant in the early 19 hundreds. once again the historic sergeantsville in appears to

"eyewitness news" reporter jan carabeo at the scene right now to tell you more about it, jan? >> reporter: ukee, erika good morning. fortunately, no injuries this morning, before it came crashing it all lies in a pile every rubble right beside the front door. meanwhile, second floor, you can see, all of this family's belongings, sitting right there, with the roof coming down on top of course, because of this collapse, the entire family has been displaced, there were four people inside of this building, including a little girl when the front came crashing down. now there is partial collapse happened here, in the 400 block of line treat in camden around 11:30 thursday night. fire and ems quickly responded

the many family however was able to escape un harm. miraculously. now, we spoke to a man mo lives here. he said his father, mother, sister and neice were all at home when the walls came crashing down. he says they heard a whoosh, then the next thing they new they were looking at the street. he tells us the problem here goes back years to when there was a fire next door, and that home was demolished. he tells us the demo weak ends his home he says, he's been trying to get help from the city to fix the problem but his family just doesn't have the resources. take a listen. >> started buckling out, that's when we tried to get the city to do what they can. they actually calm out and put a barricade around it, and gave my parents to the 26th to repair it, or demo it . so $40,000 we don't have, if the sit i would have just re faced this up when they demoed the house it would have been no problem.

sunday was her birthday, sang happy birthday and released balloons. >> the lord will bless us, we're keeping her alive actually, keeping her alive in spirit. kyle crosby behind bars. he was driving her car when police found him and he allegedly tried to run away. >> candlelight vigil held in the memory of un arm teenager shot and killed by a police offers nerve madison wisconsin. authorities say officer matt kenny opened fire after 19 year old tony robinson assaulted him friday night. around 300 people gathered to reflect on the life of robinson. community leaders standing firm in sole solidarity said they are committed making sure that the fall-out from ferguson does not happen in madison. cars are not burning cars are not being flip over. this is how we roll here.
