"eyewitness news", new jersey reporter, cleve bryan, is live at the scene with more on what happened there, cleve. >> reporter: well, route 541, main street in lumberton is back opened, traffic in both directions. they got that overturned school bus upright, and towed this was a situation that was very scary for the the students but police say it wasn't as serious as they initially feared. a school bus on its side children thankfully though, okay. police say a car collided with the bus around 3:00 this afternoon. >> the school bus was making a

left turn on to daffodil when it was struck in the rear by a vehicle traveling north on 541. >> reporter: bus driver was taking three student home from the burlington county special services school in west hampton. despite jarring crash, officials say no one suffered serious injuries, one student went to the hospital as a precaution. they are all between ages of 1010 and 15 and that are parents were net filed. police say bus appeared to tip because it was starting to turn. >> it will make a left turn on to daffodil and it wheels were turn to make that left turn when it struck in the rear the force caused it to over turn. >> reporter: you can hear just how loud that was when the bus was uprighted imagine if you are insight, slamming on its side. the bus driver once again is okay the driver of the vehicle questioned by police right now, they don't have any cause for the accident and in word if alcohol or drugs played a role in this. live i'm cleve bryan cbs-3

when "eyewitness news" reporter jan carabao tells us they knew this home had structural issues but they didn't have money to fix it. >> reporter: this collapse in camden came close to catastrophe. on the second floor next to a wall that has since disappeared set the father. >> that is my dad's room. he was sitting there. he heard a noise and then he sees the street like wow, he could have died. >> reporter: surprisingly there were no injuries when front wall of the home on the 400 block of line street came crashing down around 11:30 sunday night. ali's mom dad, sister and two-year old niece were inside. ali should have been inside too with his two kid but decided to go out for something to eat. >> if i came directly here i would have been underneath of that ruble. >> reporter: now the the family is left with nothing and to make matters worse they feared something like this would happen. ali it says his home was damage years ago when building next door caught fire and then was eventually demolish. he had has been working with

spotted the car upside down in the frigid water of the spanish fork river. >> witness said there was an arm that he could see inside vehicle. >> reporter: when police and fire fighters arrived they jumped in the icy water. crews found a young mother dead in the driver's seat, and then quickly spotted a baby girl upside down, strapped in the car seat in the back. they quickly flipped the car over. >> grabbed the baby in my arm raised its head up out of the water and i tried to release the seat belt. >> reporter: police say 25 year-old lynn jennifer grossbeck was on her way home from her parent's house when her car ran up this cement barrier launching the car in the river below. according to investigators the impact likely killed grossbeck but her 18 month-old lily survived, all alone, for more than 12 hours. >> the car seat could have possibly been out of the water. >> reporter: seven members of the river rescue team had to be treated for hypotheria
