nceled because of this. people are paying attention, here at 30th street station. police say amtrak train on its way from charlotte to new york hit a big rig that got stuck in the intersection, in halifax county north carolina not far from the virginia border. this cell phone video captured the impact. >> it is concerning, i would be very concerned for the family, for the community where the derailment happened. >> reporter: "eyewitness news" spoke to amtrak paths eveningers at 30th street station machine afternoon as they learn about the crash. >> i want to get on this train. that is something to think about. >> you would think the rail system would be safer. more money has to be put into the infrastructure to keep it safe. >> reporter: but passenger howard said ill ages didn't make him rethink his travel plans. >> i have confidence in the system and i fly and i take the the train when i have to. i hope that it is always safe. >> reporter: authorities treated most of the the passengers on the scene for

happened around 3:00 this afternoon. >> the school bus was making a left turn on to daffodil when it was struck in the rear by a vehicle traveling north on route 541. >> all of those students are between ten and 15 years of age and we are told one was taken to the hospital as a precaution. developing right now guilty on all counts for page victoria winslow better known as the black madam. convicted page victoria winslow of third degree murder. the prosecutors say winslow performed illegal butt enhancement procedures by inn jacking clients with industrial grade silicone in area hotels. twenty year-old london woman claudia aderotimi died from complications from the injection. >> miss winslow clearly prayed on people over the years for greed. >> reporter: philadelphia detective john walker handled the police investigation and constant source of information from aderotimi's family in great britain. >> it just made us sick to our stomach that some human being could do that to another human being. she deserves as much time as he can get in jail at the this point. >> reporter: prosecutors say winslow enticed clients about lying back a nurse practitioner and that she would then change identities when these clients got sick or unhappy. >> she was a liar. it was a front. she prayed on people who were uneducated. they were hoping to be beautiful. she tricked them. >> reporter: winslow's attorney said she was offered a plea deal that could have bought her 15 to 30.

nothing. >> that is my dad's room he was sitting there and he heard a sound and then he sees street. like wow he could have died. >> family tells us their home was damaged years ago when the building next door caught fire. they say they have been working on a fix with the city but that it was simply too expensive and time ran out. remarkably no one was injured there. search is underway tonight for a 20 year-old woman who vanished in montgomery county. twenty year-old diedra mcgoalan was last seen leaving her home friday night. the car she was in was found, abandoned in king of prussia police said they found her purse with cash inside of the car. >> the the days go on, it is just you don't know you rack your brain and we pray that she's safe. >> family members say 209 year-old had left home before but never longer then a few hours. if you see her you are asked to contact the police.

authorities now say that 13 year-old cayman naib shot himself to death. newtown square teen was found shot to death on his family's property. his parents say eighth grader left home on wednesday after receiving a bad progress report from school. he attended the shiply school from bryn mawr. counselors will be available for students this week. tonight an investigation is underway in the cause of the fire that destroyed a historic inn, in new jersey. the fire broke out the around 2:00 at sergeantsville inn in delaware township. this building has a long history of once hosting george washington. it became a restaurant around 1900 been a gathering place for resident families visitors and dignitaries ever since. dozens gathered in north philadelphia to remember philadelphia police officer robert wilson. he was gunned down in the line of duty on thursday. >> reporter: jessica, this vigil and prayer service started at 6:00 o'clock tonight. you can see how many people came out to pray and remember life of officer robert wilson a lot of community members, this was organize by several community organization whose wanted to say thank you to the 22nd district officers who served this community. last thursday around 4:45 p.m., officer robert wilson stopped at this game subpoena to buy a gift for his son who turns nine today when ambushed by two armed robbers. rob hers came in the store and announced a robbery. wilson engaged them in the gun battle will and was ultimately shot in the head after taking numerous round of fire from both men. over the weekend officer wilson was remembered in a service at the saint martin depours church in philadelphia attended by dozens of officers from wilson's district the between the second. >> just unbelievable. >> he was a fine good man.

now to an "eyewitness news" exclusive, pope francis will tour the liberty bell when it visits philadelphia in september for world meeting going of families. that is a according to archbishop vincent paule a a the the man in charge of planning the holy father's trip. earlier today the archbishop paulea visited pot belly sandwich shop checking out milk shakes there surrounded by st. peter the apostle school he chose an official shake for the pope's visit. pot belly will be calling it hash tag pope in philadelphia. >> the children have chosen the most sweet icing. i am with you okay. >> sound delicious. >> the vanilla shake will be sold at the pot belly's

between april 1st and september 30th. well, it appears that the disney movie theme gave box office magic to the philadelphia flower show. the pennsylvania horticultural society said attendance for this years event jumped 10 percent from last year. the nine day event saw double the amount of kid and students this year. the flower show is this organization's biggest fundraiser that takes in about two million-dollar that help fund local programs. this last brutal in of winter has wreaked havoc on streets all over the area. drivers are dealing with serious potholes that could be dangerous. "eyewitness news", new jersey reporter cleve bryan shows us how garden state is planning to repair the damage. >> reporter: first comes the bumps, and then come the busted tires and bent rims. >> as you can see we tried to work it back to see if we can make it hold air. >> reporter: long winter may be over but potholes that remain can cause expensive damage to your cars. >> you can definitely go off road suspension damage lower
