found state representative louise williams bishop, michelle brownly and former state representative, harold james, all had one thing in common. >> a all three are charged with accepting illegal cash payments in exchange for agreeing to pedal their influence. >> reporter: specifically the d.a. says, that they were caught on video and audio in a sting operation taking illegal payments from $750 to 2,000 cash bishop allegedly telling an under cover informant who posed as a lobbyist offering her cash. >> in response she promised you tell us how we can, what we can do to help. >> obviously we will fight charges. we will in the lay down for this guy in anyway shape or form. >> reporter: bishop's attorney said she will fight the allegations, the suspects bringing to six the total number charged in this stink investigation, and an investigation in which state attorney general kathleen kane

picking up a half inch of rain. soon we will be seeing, many people down on toward boards. storm scan three we are seeing pockets of heavier rain and you can see them in the darker green and also yellow and northern and western suburbs along 476, also the blue route, and right through chester county and that is where we're finding heavier rain ponding on area roads on 30. heading toward main line, haverford, radnor and even through abington and northeastern parts of the county extending down through parts of the philadelphia county cheltenham, even flourtown, seeing heavier rain. you can drive-in and out of these pockets through the evening. the as far as rain amounts as we look at our computer models right through the day tomorrow, through early morning we are basically seeing three-quarters of an inch to lesser accumulations. most of the region about half inch of rain. right now in philadelphia 52. fifty-three in millville. some 40's to the north and to the west. the elsewhere some really mild temperatures, looking at the

mid-atlantic and south temperatures well in the 70's and we will see a piece of the warmth tomorrow. temperatures soaring in the 60's with clearing skies after some morning fog and then area of high pressure to the north controls our weather thursday. it is cooler but seasonal with highs in the 50's and plenty of sunshine. friday our next weather maker moves up from the south, we will see high cloud during the day friday with temperatures approaching 50, but this is the system that means business and that means more rain friday and into saturday. in the wake of our rain overnight we will see area of fog developing. this is a a concern looking at the future visibility you can see by 11:00p in m visibility reduce by 2 miles but allentown and trenton down to zero visibility. wilmington .4 of a mile. by 7:00 a.m. not so good millville, atlantic city, wildwood, you can see reduced visibility zero down the shore, tenth of the mile in trenton and in philadelphia down to around a mile and that will be dissipating by about
