drivers side window smashed out and airbag stolen right from the steering wheel, that's what at least five people here in rhawnhurst may be dealing with this morning. now, police are investigating five cars, that had been broke mean, and they say, three of the airbags in these cars have been stolen. two cars were located on 2,000 block of heart he will avenue. the other couple, couple of blocks away near heart he will and front knack streetment all five are late model honda's. sound familiar? just earlier this month, nine late model hondas broke mean with airbags stop end in the same area, airbags are hot commodity in the black market, according to the national insurance crime bureau, and airbag can cost a thousand dollars or more from a legitimate dealer or repair shop but they only cost 50 to $200 on the black market. so thieves get just pennies to the dollar, but the folks who are ripped off they'll have to pay hefty price. back out here live on scene they have to repair their airbag, also have to repair that broken window, so police

prussia, no problems if you are headed eastbound as well. out on the ben franklin bridge, all lanes open. definitely good thing. headed in or out of the city westbound into philadelphia currently no problems there. speeds are up. now, out in east brunswick though we do have an accident on route 18 southbound near roost lane blocking all lanes, there we'll give you alternate in the next couple of minutes. on 95, one of the things we deal with in the morning is road work, construction, southbound side right around 896. taking out a lane there. out in new jersey, on 295 northbound and southbound dealing with one lane out approaching route 168. but the good thing is for mass transit everything is moving along just fine, so no problems for septa new jersey transit or patco speed line, currently no delays at the philadelphia international airport. over to you. >> jess, thank you. new this morning senator ted cruz kicks off his presidential campagne overnight the texas republican tweeted he's running. his formal announcement is this morning at liberty university in lynch berg,

"eyewitness news" on the scene of the 900 block every bridge street. police say one man was shot multiple times in the chest. he is in critical condition this morning. the motive remains unclear. >> medical examiner is investigating the death after woman whose body was found in a wooded area in east norriton township. police have preliminarilly identified the body as heather, not been seen since last month after walking out of the einstein medical center on west german town pike. her family has been notified. >> authorities in bucks county investigating after two people are found dead inside their home. the discovery made at the home on lent l road in holland. police are not releasing many details at this time. >> a deadly shooting in west

philadelphia is under investigation this morning. this happened inside a barber shop 600 block of north preston street in mantua before 3:00 yesterday. investigators say a man got into an argument with another man inside and started shooting. then another customer pulled out his gun and shot the armed man. he was taken to the hospital where he later died. >> just legal gun permit carrier. he responded. and i guess he saved a lot of people in there. >> no one else was injured in the shooting. right now there are no criminal charges. "eyewitness news" reporter justin finch will have a live report on this story coming up in the next hour. a manna cured of shooting a 12 year old boy inside a port richmond home, has turned himself. carter broke into his ex girlfriends' home on janney street and attack her waking up the woman's 12 year old son. as the boy walked downstairs to see what was happening police say carter shot him in the leg. the child is in stable

condition. >> philadelphia's catholic archdioces plans to demolish 19 century church. saint lauren. 's church closed almost year ago. since then parishioners and neighbors have fought to save the structure. archdioces said it would cost nearly three and a half million dollars to repair the church. that will would jeopardize the fiscal welfare of the parish. demolishing the structure would cost about $1 million. it is the being closed or sold. philadelphia fire investigators are trying to determine what caused fatal fire in a germantown home. it started shortly before 7:30 last night the 4600 block of palace ski avenue. firefighters found the victim on the second floor. >> the villanova men's basketball team is back home from pittsburgh this morning after losing heart breaking lost to nc state in the ncaa tournament.
