"eyewitness news" reporter todd quinones is live at septa headquarters with more on those ads todd. >> reporter: chris, you will start seeing those ads on the sides of septa buses beginning next week those ads will be on 84 septa buses and ads will run for four weeks. the ads include images of hitler and read islamic jew hatred is in the quran and like it or not anti islamic ads are coming to septa. today transit authority said it will in the peel a federal

well, more and more dramatic details are emerging about the germanwings plane crash as officials now believe it was a deliberate act. german pilot andreas lubitz was alone at the the controls of the plane when it plunged in the french alps on tuesday. all 150 people on board were killed. cockpit voids recordings now show that lubitz lock the captain out of the cockpit after he left to use the bathroom. lubitz then manually set that plane on a dissent. the captain can be heard pound ing on the cockpit door trying to get back inside. as "eyewitness news" reporter alexandria hoff tells us tonight the the tragedy is raising a host of new questions about airline security. >> reporter: in 2002, new regulations required airlines to strengthen doors between passengers and pilots. the the idea then was to keep danger outside of the cockpit. now the the question is, what if it is inside. >> i think if there was ever a time when procedures needed to be change it was now when 150

people are dead. >> reporter: arthur wolk is an attorney and aviation expert. he said if one pilot leaves the flight deck another crew member must step in at least in the you had since 9/11. >> there has to be some would be else there to make sure that no one does something untoward and better yet that the airplane itself doesn't do something that a single pilot can't control. >> reporter: as soon as tomorrow several overseas airlines promised to implement the same two person cockpit rule including germanwings. do you believe if there was a second person, flight attendant that there would have been a different outcome. >> it could have prevented it. flight attend ants are taught to use whatever physically affect they have to stop a terrorist. they could stop somebody in the airplane from preventing the door from opening. >> reporter: wolk says pilots are per septembertive but personal issues are tough to screen. calming nerves, maybe aviation's next big hurdle.

"eyewitness news" what the at sweet lucy a's restaurant as they pledged to donate half of the proceed to the family of officer wilson and today we have learn that they raised a total of $14,205. on the cbs-3 healthwatch today there is new hope for recently discover form of epilepsy that strikes only girls. it is often misdiagnosed and it is very difficult to treat. >> health reporter stephanie stahl is here with more on this being designated purple day and raising awareness for epilepsy. >> it is. there are many forms of epilepsy. it kills more people every year then breast cancer. most of the time it can be control with medications but not always. while this purple day has special meaning for one delaware county family. four year-old kayla take already loves to ride her bike even in the house on cold rainy days. he she has a rare condition that appeared out of no where two years ago when she started having seizures.

for weeks doctors could not figure out what was wrong. they thought he had meningitis or rabies. she was in a medically induced coma and put on high doses of three anti seizure medications that caused trembling that can a sometimes look like seizures. it was a very, very hard breaking. >> reporter: susan taylor says her little girl was finally diagnosed with pcdh19 female epilepsy a genetic condition that strikes only girls. it is marked by cluster seizures and can sometimes come with developmental or cognitive issues. kayla has a twin brother and older sister who are fine. >> it was shocking. >> reporter: female epilepsy was home recently discovered in 2008 as many young girls are of miss diagnosis. >> they are suffering, the families are suffering. >> reporter: julie walters with the a alliance say purple day is an important day to raise awareness. >> we have talk to neurologist and they have not heard of the condition. they don't necessity bit. they are not testing for it. >> reporter: female epilepsy is drug resistant.
