tonight in the investigation of a gruesome discovery in montgomery county the death of the couple there has been now ruled a murder sue identify? bodies were found inside of the lower moreland township home on tuesday. "eyewitness news" reporter matt rivers joins us live with the very latest matt. >> reporter: chris, couple involved in this case has been identified by police as four three-year old nicole pep he willman and her husband christopher pebbleman. autopsies conduct on both earlier today led investigators to conclude that christopher killed nicole inside their home. montgomery county coroner's office say nicole pebbleman was killed by a sharp force injury to her abdomen and stabbing and choking playing a role. they said those wound were cause by a chain saw and her death was ruled as a homicide. officials say she was killed by her husband, who then turned the chain saw on himself, autopsy results indicate he died of the same stomach wound as his wife as

well as injuries to his thigh. it was tuesday afternoon 911 operators got the the call reporting the death their bodies discovered by their oldest son. >> it is just a very hard time. >> reporter: eric carswell is pastor at bryn athyn church school where two other boys in third and sixth grade attend school. he said children are now in good hand. >> it was so great full that a very caring, uncle and aunt were able to come by and pick them up and take them home. >> reporter: school offered counseling services to both parents and opportunities today, delivering news difficult for younger children to take. >> we reassure the kids that they are loved their parents are committed to being there. >> reporter: and we are told, once again that the children involved in this case are staying in a safe place with their aunt and uncle, neighbors near the scene told thaws this couple has experienced marital difficulties for some time but officials have not released a

motive in this crime. live from lower moreland township matt rivers for cbs-3 "eyewitness news". "eyewitness news" has now learned the identities of the two men killed sunday when their small plane crash shortly after take off from brandywine airport. they were 64 year-old pilot joseph deal of drexel hill and 67 year-old richard talk of west chester. both men were pronounced dead at the scene. that accident is under investigation by ntsb. in a statement deal's family says joe was a kind soul and wonderful man and will live on in all he gave to others. you will knot now see controversial anti muslim ads on the side of some septa buses for the first time today this happening after a judge ruled in favor of the non-profit group who paid to run the ads. today we spoke to a number of riders about what they think. anti islamic ads are plastered on septa buses, first of which began appearing today. >> isn't that terrible. >> reporter: ads include a 1941 photograph of hitler and palestinian arab national supporter and islamic jew hatred. it is in the quran. while some think it is a april fools joke the reality is these ads will appear on 84 septa buses by the the weekend. septa lost a federal court battle to stop them from running for next four weeks. wednesday we spoke to several septa riders who are muslim. >> i ammo fended by it. >> this is america. you have the the right to have an opinion but that is kind of racist, but i mean, it is america, people say racist stuff all the time. >> reporter: federal court judge ruled that the ads paid for by new hampshire based non-profit called america's freedom defense initiative has

a first amendment right to place them. >> it is hate. you put it in peoples heads that muslims don't like jews and that is not the case. >> reporter: they are now having a counter campaign called dare to understand. >> to promote mutual understanding, respect and toll rance. >> reporter: ads will be all taken down at the end of this month and septa officials a they have since revised their advertising policy and that will block future ads like this from appearing on septa buses. reporting live tonight the from septa head quarters in center city, todd quinones for cbs-3 "eyewitness news". >> todd, thanks very much. today montgomery county d.a. risa vetri furhman will take time to decide if she will bring criminal charges against kathleen kane. kane, grabbed jury rather recommended charges against kane for leaking classified grand jury information this week she lost a supreme court challenge to dismiss the special prosecutor who brought that case. the court decision now means

that furhman will deidentify whether to pursuit charges if she feels they are warranted. today the montgomery county d.a.'s office released this statement that said the district attorney's office will review applicable laws and make determinations as to whether criminal charges are warranted against any individual. atlantic city fire chief dennis brooks has retired from the department nearly one month have after being placed on administrative leave from allegations of inappropriate behavior. you might remember this surveillance video from a february incident that appears to show brooks dropping his pants in front of the security guard, and public safety building security checkpoint. we spoke with the city's mayor today about brooks retired. >> very clean way for this to go but we do to have wait for the end of the investigation and a we will have to take some action there. he already retired. >> the end of that investigation is expected to come in about two weeks. arkansas is the the latest state to face intense

testing. the u.s. coastguard rescues nine people from a disable ship off the coast of massachusetts and is there dramatic video from that rescue. watch this closely. you can see that crew member jumped from the disable ship to the coastguard ship. during the rescue the waves there reached nearly 10 feet one crew member from the disable ship had to be taken to the hospital by helicopter after he hit his head. on the healthwatch today, it is national walking day and doctors are encouraging americans to put their sneaks on and get on exercise. >> get out there and get moving. >> as cbs news correspondent matt coast air reports a few minutes of walking can go a long way to improving your help. >> reporter: nurse mary is taking a stroll with her co-workers at mt. sinai hospital in new york city. >> you can walk every where, you can walk to the super

to 36 hours. right now in philadelphia we have 56 degrees. allentown 50. poconos little colder at 41 but a lot of warmth to the south, raleigh-durham 60. seventy-eight in atlanta. nashville 76. all that warmth is building east and eventually it will be moving up the coastal plane. cool area, dives to the south, tomorrow so we will get in that return flow, we have milder air with temperatures in the 60's, this warm front will pass and we are really in that warm sector for your friday temperatures soaring close to 70 degrees really windy conditions. wind gusting to 35 even 40 miles an hour and strong southerly wind are drawn up the east coast and we will watch this front approach from the west. not a lot of rain but watch this area have low pressure develop along it which could enhance rain late friday into friday night. saturday looking good but northerly wind return, more win, and this time it will be a cool win. we will go back and forth between warm and chilly wind

history of the co pilot suspect of downing a jet liner in the french alps. cbs news correspondent tina krause has latest on the growing chorus of questions now aim at those in charge. >> reporter: the the chief executives of lufthansa and germanwings airlines laid flowers at a monument dedicated to the victims of last weeks plane crash in the french alps. >> i think it will take a long long time for everybody, all of us, to understand how this could happen. >> reporter: air line bosses thanked recovery teams whom authorities say has finished grim task of collecting body parts but the executives refused to say what the airline knew about the the mental health of co pilot andreas lubitz. >> unaudible. >> reporter: the 27 year-old is suspected of purposely crashing a jet liner killing himself and 149 others. investigators say lubitz had been treated for suicidal tendens sees and hid his mental health problems from

his employer. lufthansa admitted it knew six years ago lubitz suffered from an episode of severe depression before finishing his flight training but said he has passed all medical checks since then. when lubitz flew the the plane in the french mountain side and it smashed into thousands of pieces. investigators say it could take several more months to retrieve all of the wreckage. tina krause for cbs-3 "eyewitness news". the the secretary of state john kerry pushed past a tuesday deadline and is going into overtime in talks with iran about its nuclear program. u.s. negotiators say enough progress has been made, to extend those talks. uk's top negotiator say discussions may continue for at least another 24 hours. sticking points continue to include sanctions, and nuclear fuel production issues. >> the time has come for the iranian negotiators to begin to make the kind of serious commitments to the international community, including the you had will
