observations especially on a night like tonight things vary. you can see local observations from potentially your neighborhood across the bottom of our screen. we are seeing some brightening in the skies here and there over the city but still cloud cover. cloud are socked in every where. we have light showers moving through southern delaware, few more moving north and west and these will fill in. we will see more in the way of rainfall tonight and it extend well back to the west. i want to draw your attention to the storm getting more intense, mainly just steady rain with these showers across southern delaware but this is area want to watch where temperatures in sussex county delaware got up in the 70's. with that heating that is best chance to get severe weather. speaking of is he rear weather you can see red shading is a tornado watch for portions of kentucky and tennessee this batch of storms moves east that will come through here later tonight probably will loosen joy when we lose heating of the day but just something to watch out for. out and about today mainly

phillies home opener coming up in the phillies seven day forecast. natasha, back over to you. new at 5:30 a big drug bust in philadelphia resulted in 60 arrests. "eyewitness news" reporter matt rivers has more on the effort by law enforcement. >> reporter: this operation involved several dozen police officers and officials say it was designed to send a specific message from those who come from the suburbs to buy drugs in the city. >> not only will you be arrested and charged for that crime but your vehicle if you have one will be confiscated. >> reporter: philadelphia police announced results of the large operation friday and in the east division with dozens of people being arrested throughout the day on thursday for either buying oreling drugs. >> we managed to arrest 60 persons during this operation in confiscated, 24 vehicles. >> reporter: police showed off those cars most belonging to people coming in the city from the suburbs to buy heroin crack or marijuana. this car's owner even designed

martinez is being held in chester county prison on $25,000 bail. he is a west chester university student accused of sexually assaulting a female student at an off campus fraternity house party last week even. this man is facing several charges tonight ranging from rape and indecent assault to unlawful restraint. preliminary hearing in his case is set for april 16th. bullets fly outside a house party near temple's campus two people were shot there and two suspects in custody. our jan carabao has more from police headquarters. >> reporter: philadelphia police secured the scene in the 2700 block of north park avenue and used flashlights to search for efforts in this north philadelphia neighborhood, after a house party involving college students ended in gunfire friday morning. police on patrol heard gunshots around 1:30 and rush to the scene. investigators say there was a fight at a party here with 100

people crammed in the small row house. those fights spilled in the street, gunfire rang out. as police arrived they found two victims, party goers and more. >> they a saw a male put a hand gun on the sidewalk and then attempt to flee from police. police apprehended the male who put the the gun down and there was a struggle. individual tried to fight with police. police were able to subdued this male. >> reporter: twenty-four year-old man and another man with them were taken in custody. meantime a 19 year-old man shot three times is in critical condition this morning. a 23 year-old man shot once in the armies in stable condition. police are hoping witnesses and cameras in the area will help close this case quickly. >> the the shooter and part of the shooting is recorded by philadelphia police cameras. >> reporter: in the meantime a temple university spokesperson says neither victims nor suspects in this case are temple university students. he goes on to say that some temple university students were at the the party but were not involved in the incident. we're reporting from
