ane about a week ago they began moving in, and this morning, that suspect keonna thomas was arrested at mid-morning in her north philadelphia home. in the end, the woman who allegedly vowed that she would fight back a and die for isis as a mortar, looked like any other suspect let out of her house in the 800 block of north tenth street handcuffed by members of the fbi a's joint terrorism task force whose identities we are concealing. the first steps on her journey to face justice captured on this exclusive video by an eyewitness, wearing a berk a and veil during a four minute court arraignment she's identified as keonna thomas 30 years old, and also known as fatayat al khalifah and young lioness. can you tell us anything at all about what she was plaque. >> i cannot make a statement at this time. >> reporter: the prosecutor wasn't commenting but an fbi arrest warrant claims thomas planned to board a flight from spain to turkey to syria where she wanted to give her life

>> reporter: chris, we have been showing our viewers tonight exclusive video of thomas's arrest, the scene is right behind me. take a look. if you don't know what house it is it is the one dotted with american flags. tonight we spoke to the woman who witnessed the entire thing unravel. >> it is really just sick, sad. >> reporter: neighbor ronnie paterson characterized the woman across the street as quiet, maybe even reclusive but respectful, nothing indicating extremist. >> she came and took her children to and from school, they were very personal people. >> reporter: federal investigators say keonna thomas was trying to support the international terrorist organization isis and then planned on traveling overseas to join jihad fighters. paterson says she lived at this home in the 800 block of north tenth street with her mother and two daughters. she knew the woman in passing for nearly a a decade. >> she didn't bother nobody.

>> reporter: philadelphia police say to expect more operations like this one in the near future. 300 arrests have been made in the east division as part of the ongoing drug operations. well, florida developer who is buying the now closed revel casino also wants to buy the former show boat casino. glenn straub has put up 26 million-dollar for the show boat property hoping to purchase it from stockton university. straub says that the movies the the start of a 500 million-dollar effort to redevelop atlantic city. two people are shot outside a house party near the temple youth campus it happened on north park avenue. police rush to the scene of a party full of college students after after a report of shots fire. a 19 year-old man shot three times is in critical condition, a 23 year-old man shot once in the armies in stable condition and two men were taken into custody. also philadelphia police new looking for three dirt bike thieves tonight, this is new youly released

"eyewitness news" has obtained new video of the arrest of the a vineland new jersey man who died in police custody. family and friend of philip white shows it shows police using excessive force to place white under arrest. "eyewitness news" reporter todd quinones has been digging on this story the past few days and has this new video. >> new clear are video you can see police k-9 latched on to philip white's left arm, three two-year old died while in the cuss todd of the vineland police department tuesday. his friend argue this video indicates officers went over game in the use of force. >> what they did to him was uncalled for, totally uncalled for. >> reporter: white's friend says he struggles with the use of pc thep but he was a good

sporadic on and off rain here tonight. best threat for strong storms is off to the south. you can see these storms these cells across southern delaware. they tried to ramp up but they just don't have the strength and stability, a lot of cool, moist air, over the the shore points thanks to that marine influence and they cannot survive, they are moving out to sea. steady rain in southern delaware. that is only spot war seeing severe weather. scattered showers and isolated strong thunder storm still possible through this evening. biggest threat through thesis strong wind. temperatures have drop in the roar 60's. sixty-two in trenton. you can see how warm it is off to the south. eighty in raleigh-durham but as that cold front comes through, during overnight hours, temperatures will drop. that storm moves out to sea. high pressure builds in. that creates a pressure gradient. we have a strong gusty win making it feel cooler then it will be but much nicer for easter sunday. for overnight hours cloudy skies, showers, thunder, 51 is our overnight low.
