cruise in a violent abduction and assault that happened right here in center city. good evening, i'm chris may. i'm jessica dean. that abduction happened over the weekend in the parking garage on jeweler's row. police say victim had just left a inner by jewelry store where she works and kidnappers wanted. >> steve paterson is on top of this store which new information live from center city steve. the surveillance video we are about to show and break down emanates from one camera source inside entrance way to this garage. police say that it was broad daylight at the time of the crime but inside in the basement where that woman's car was park is nearly pitch black. make sure you are watching when the van a appears on camera. police hope thaw can be the the catalyst for capture. heinous, plan premeditated but also caught on camera. monday, new video from jeweler's row at the time of the crime. police can now see inside the parking garage where they say

a five three-year old jewelry store employee was abduct. take a look you can see this maroon cargo van, fitting the suspect vehicle description. it enters parking garage shortly after 1:00 saturday afternoon and then three hours later business owners identified this woman as the victim on the way to the garage's basement. it is there that police say that she's kidnaped, minutes later, the van is seen pulling away. >> very sad. i have known her a very long time. >> reporter: neighboring jewelry store manager elliott oaks says he has known the the woman for two decade. >> very nice lady very friendly. never hurt anybody. never bothered anybody. >> reporter: oaks says it is so upsetting because of what happened, next. police say that the woman was then bound beaten and shot with the taser some seven times all for the the stores key and safe pass code while the men drove around for an hour finally, she's dumped in this darby township cemetery nearly 10 miles away. moments later the men take her again, this time she's beaten

"eyewitness news" reporter cleve bryan joins us live from haddon township with the latest on what we know cleve. >> reporter: camden county prosecutor's office says no arrests, they have not recovered any weapon but we do see the evidence of the bullet casings. all this started at party on the second floor. is there a hall above what used to be pits automotive but trying to get information about this property has in the been easy. >> what is upstairs? is what upstairs? what is that business? >> reporter: like police we are trying to figure out what happened before shots rang out in the parking lot of the shut down car dealership with a tonight club on the second floor. >> they said it was security there would be security so we let them go. >> tracie bright lit her 18 year-old son tam ergo with friends with a dance party they saw on social media things went okay until the crowd of mostly teens started to leave around 11:30. >> they were getting their

jackets. they heard gunshots. when they went out their cousin was on the ground. >> reporter: tamer's cousins got a person to help them to the hospital but he he it was too late. he was pronounced 3:59:25 a.m. there from multiple gunshot wound. >> they are devastated. they watched their cousin die. >> reporter: a 17 year-old girl was also shot but expected to recover. sixteen year-old was grazed by a bullet. >> this he were all kids a crowd of kids like who does that, like why. >> reporter: family says he was a 12th grader and expected to be a fat inner september. >> he had a babe on the way and his main goal was i want to fix my life up for my baby. >> all these people are held accountable. they pick up my gun and shoot my child. they should be man enough to stand for these charges. >> reporter: police estimated that there were 50 or 60 people at the that party but we hear from neighbors and parents there could have been hundreds of people because this did blow up over soaks media and they are asking

afternoon after another coach tried to diffuse an argument that he was having with a spectator. >> it goes in right above the bleaches, is there a window. the window supports it. the the shot went high. we could have had a few people injured from this incident. >> reporter: the attorney for tarvarez says his client is a father of three with no criminal record but he did have a permit to car that i weapon. he said tarvarez fired in the air in self-defense. he was afraid he was about to be attacked by a crowd. well, a tractor trailer carrying shingles overturns in mercer county, quite a mess there on the new jersey turnpike late today. chopper three over that scene in hamilton township this was just south of exit number 7a. police say that the driver was headed northbound, when he lost control and tipped over. shingles spilled all over the highway. police closed down both the inner lanes on both sides of the turnpike. the the driver of the truck was injured. but his injuries are not life

unfortunately we could not cap off this perfect opening day with a phillies victory. red sox beat phillies here. everybody walking out. they don't look too upset. and as you cane we have some people that have had maybe too many to to drink out here. we have weather-wise, start off with our eyewitness weather watchers. temperatures are in the 70's. 72 degrees outside as we check with donna taylor in kenneth square pennsylvania. reporting a nice warm afternoon. the as we head into portions of new jersey we are looking at 70's. and 07 ease in southampton new jersey. lets look at storm scan three and as you can see we have some pretty nice conditions right now, skies are clear, abe cloud are starting to roll in though from the south and west and as we widen out we have got showers and cloud lurking off to the south and west and heading our direction. temperatures wise we're still in the 70's. lower 07's across the whole area cooler down across portions of south jersey 50's

around atlantic city at the moment. wind have pick up. you can see warm temperatures will continue up and down eastern seaboard but wind gusting to 20 or 30 miles an hour. win has pick up. that makes it feel chilly outside at the moment. take a look at our surface map. we have mild days ahead at least for one more day. we are talk about temperatures right around 70. we have a stationary front overhead. that means tomorrow will be cloud which a couple of showers and then turns much much colder by the next couple of days. wednesday and thursday we're talking about highs barely reaching 50, and we have got rain in the forecast both of those days what to expect in the days ahead? we are looking at temperatures generally mild for tomorrow but we have a few showers moving in and then showers continue and temperatures staying on the cold side as we go through the the rest of the week and into the course of the weekend. even showers remaining actually through friday. for tonight 53 degrees. mostly cloudy. for tomorrow we have cloud and showers. still warm. you don't need that heavy
