involved. >> the vehicle used by suspect in brutal center city kidnapping and assault parking garage along jewelers row, police say this maroon van with white marking enters the garage around 1:00 p.m. saturday and waits, three hours later, a woman identified as the 53 jewelry store employee walks to her car in a basement there. police say she is kidnapped. the van seen leaving minutes later. those who work in the area say they've always been concerned about that garage. >> i never felt safe walking there, because of close indoor thing. there is no like real casino of security, or anything like that. >> on monday, investigators look for evidence, at national watch and diamond, where the victim worked. they say once kidnapped,ment woman was bound, beaten, shot with a taser, seven times. the suspect demanding store keys and safe codes. after an hour, she was dumped at a darby township cemetery 10 miles away, but just moments later mr. is say she has kipped napped again, suspect demanding her atm

after barricade situation. it happened last night on the 1800 block of 67th avenue in west oaklane. several children left the home un charmed. police say it began whether a dhs worker showed up at the house with a court order to remove two children, ages ten and 12. now, as the children were leaving, we're told that the father appeared to wave a handgun. investigators say it turned out to be a replica barretta. if you were to point that firearm at me, i would fire upon you. the last thing we want is unnecessary tragedy. >> children left the house after the men fell asleep. police took him into custody. all seven children are now back with their mother. >> police are trying to solve the mystery after two people are found shot in montgomery county. investigators say that they think they may have been shot elsewhere, then taken to a gas station, on 600 ridge pike plymouth township. there is no word right now on those victims' conditions.

punished for the poor decisions after few people. >> student reaction, at rutgers, after word the university has banned parties at all 86 fraternity and sore at this at this houses until the end of the semester. >> a loft us don't agree. now we are looking more pro-active at this than bettering our community than mad or upset about it. >> rutgers leadership says the move comes in light after number of alcohol related incidents this year, involving greek organizations. sophomore caitlin died last september, after attending a party at the delta cap an epsilon fraternity. her death was ruled alcohol related then last month reports every under age drinking led to a fraternity shutdown. >> definitely they can get out of hand. but there are the large percentage of frats on campus that don't let it get out every hand. >> the university says they're taking this step out of caution and concern. though some think this ban will do more harm than good. >> that doesn't mean parties will stop happening t means they will stop happening in
