morning. >> reporter: this good samaritan tells us she was just out for a drive getting a bite to eat when she saw unimaginable, she sees this victim shackled wondering in the road and screaming for help. >> i said ma'am, are you okay. she said i have been kidnaped, abduct. i don't know where i am can you help me, can you help me. >> reporter: speaking to "eyewitness news" the good samaritan asked not the to be identified because woman's tackers are still out there but she walls spotting the victim saturday evening outside this darby township cemetery. >> her feet were shackled her hand behind her back her eye was basically swollen shut. >> reporter: hours earlier victim left her job at national watch and diamond exchange in center city and walk to her car inside this garage. it is there where police say three men kidnaped her and started to torture her for store keys and safe codes. >> they put a hood over her face they tie wrapped her

carabao for cbs-3 "eyewitness news". charges pend ago begins a man who allegedly shot his father on the schuylkill expressway. shooting closed i-76 in both directions during the late afternoon rush hour. victim was driving westbound in west conshohocken around 5:45 when police say his 22-year old son in the rear seat pulled out a gun and shot him. the father is in critical condition. >> erika? ukee, mayoral candidate lynn abraham is expect at a breakfast forum later on this morning just hours after the former d.a. collapsed during a debate. sister station the cw philly. south carolina police officer faces murder charge these morning and shooting is caught on a bystander's cell phone camera. "eyewitness news" reporter nicole brewer joins us from the studio with that video and next step as officials move forward with this case, nicole. >> that cell phone video is difficult to watch but it does show event that occurred, following that traffic stop, the moments of course leading up to walter scott's death and ground for murder charges against that officer who shot and killed him. again, we do want to warn thaw this video is extremely graphic that we're about to show you. bystander started rolling during the the confrontation between the white police officer and unarm black man. in it you can see 50 year-old walter scott running from the north of charleston officer three three-year old michael slagger. that is when he grabs his gun and fires at that man. we just heard eight shots before scott then falls to the ground and investigators say he radio toss police saying quote shots fired and the subject is down, he took my taser, end quote.

"eyewitness news" reporter nicole brewer joins us from the news center to tell us more about it. >> reporter: cindy santa maria williams told a few girls to pipe down inside a movie theater in stroud mall a situation we will all been in. that led to a confrontation she says left her with a black eye, broken eye socket and bruises all over her body. first she says they started harassing her. a after they notified management they joined up with five more teens including two boys and waited for her outside in the parking lot. that is when she was brutally attacked. she described the terrifying encounter. >> they immediately jumped on me and, knocked me to the ground. i can id those girls. they were in my face. their face is in my head.
