this morning, 48th and parish in mill creek woman told police a man sexually as ousted her threatened her with a gun and took $20 from her purse. it ended about two hours later. >> we notified swat our hostage negotiators, we knocked on the door several times, we yelled the name of this male, and he finally came out, surrendered to police without incident. >> police are now questioning that man. they say no one was hurt. >> fifty-three philadelphia police now have arrest warrant for the mother of a quadriplegic man. he was found in the woods after being left therefore several days. justin finch live at southwest detective. good morning. >> reporter: good morning this case has been in fast motion since friday. since then police here in philadelphia have teamed with maryland police to track down my apparel or in maryland, their next step to bring her here to philly, to face charges after her son was found dumped in cobbs creek park. forty-one year old parlor had been in maryland since about early last week, police say she was there to see her boyfriend, we're told, and to do so she left her 21 year olson alone in cobbs creek park, sometime on monday morning. now, her son is quadriplegic, non-verbal, and also suffers from cerebral palsy. he was left thereon his back with a blanket, a bible, on top after pile of weeds. and for five days, he was left helpless in the rain and cold until a passerby found him on friday night. now, most recently he was being cared for at chop, he is suffering from nail nutrition dehydration, vision problems and a cut to his back. meantime his mother, parlor, is in the hospital in

maryland with an undisclosed injury. now, once she leaves that hospital and makes her way to philly, she will face charges possibly of assault kidnapping, unlawful restraint, false imprisonment, and neglect, and her son's recovery is being called nothing short of a miracle. take a listen. >> you see that kid laying there, it is heart break to go see another human specially her mother can treat someone like that, when you have all of the opportunities in the world to turn that kid over to your family members who want to care for them. >> and, police say they still have more questions in this case about the long-term care her son was receiving inside of her home. and also, too the work begins now bring her back to philadelphia. we are live at southwest detective, justin finch cbs-3, "eyewitness news". justin, thank you. right now philadelphia police are looking for the shooter who left a man in critical condition in kingsessing. a 27 year old man was shot three times on south 55th street yesterday including once in the chest.
