at 48th and parish in mill creek. a woman told police a man sexually assault dollars her threatened her with a gun took $20 from her purse. the surrender happened around 4:00 this morning. we notified swat and our hostage negotiators and we knocked on the door several times, we yelled the name of this male, and he finally came out, surrendered to police, without incident. >> police are now questioning that man right there with his hands behind him in handcuffs. we'll have more throughout our newscast. good morning, it is 6:00. philadelphia police now have arrest warrant for the mother after quadriplegic man. >> investigators say she left him in the woods with nothing but a blanket and a bible. "eyewitness news" on the scene along the 100 block of west sharpnack street. the fire broke out around 3:30 this morning, it was quickly placed under control. there are no reports of any injuries at this time. the cause of the fire is now under investigation. happening today, one of

>> we are told at maryland hospital for treatment for undisclosed injury. maryland police say she had been in the dc maryland area since early last week. there they say to visit her boyfriend, and be she left, they say she dumped her son in cobbs creek park on a pile of leaves leaving him with a blank it and bible on his chest, outside his wheelchair. passerby did find him friday night. they believe he had been there since monday morning now the boy was taken to chop for treatment of malnutrition, dehydration, as well as vision problems, and cut to his back. cobbs creek neighbors and police say he is a true survivor and lucky to be alive . >> heart breaking, when you have all of the opportunity in the world to turn that kid over to your family members who want to care for them. >> back outside police tell us parlor lives on the 500 block of baltimore avenue.
