khiry gay leaving a hotel in south carolina monday a judge in south carolina ordered his extradition back to philadelphia. police say the olney resident is one of three men accused of kidnapping a five three-year old jewelry store worker on the saturday before easter demanding the keys and codes to her work place, through a series of torture sessions before dumping her off at this speak cemetery in darby township. atf agents say on top of capturing gay they have recovered this maroon van seen in nearby surveillance video. both police and atf say they need to act fast. >> all of us in this room now know how incredibly vicious, uncalled for unwarranted this senseless act of violence was. >> reporter: in total any information that leads to capture and conviction is now $20,000, that is the reward issued by the mayor and federal agents. in the meantime gay remains in south carolina the extradition process for bringing him back
