police desperately want to find the driver of this suv wanted for deadly hit-and-run. that's one of two hit and runs last night involving young children. we're live with the latest on the search for those drivers. >> also, after a few gorgeous days getting off to soggy start this morning. katie is tracking the april showers, on the storm scan3 morning, kate. >> i yes even some steady rain depending on your location too, that the tasha. that's what we will be facing out there especially this morning, but some of you we'll tell how some of you might have to deal with this rain for most of the day. so this will be one of those situations where are you

feeling lucky? i'll have all of the details for you coming up. justin? >> at least dry right now here in philadelphia, but things will be changing, though, as we head toward the middle part of the rush hour with the rain coming in. ninety-five, again, this is northbound, headlights right now, you see the airport in the background moving good in both directions. talk about construction delays to deal with over the next couple of mornings, ukee, back over to you. >> justin, thanks so much. more now on our developing story, philadelphia police are looking for the drivers of two hit and runs, both involving children. >> "eyewitness news" reporter jan carabeo is live at the scene of one of those hit and runs, in southwest philadelphia where a four year old was struck and killed. jan? >> reporter: natasha ukee, philadelphia police have actually already been back out here on scene this morning looking for any piece of evidence they can to help track down this hit-and-run driver here in southwest philadelphia. police tell me this child ran out to the middle of the street, where he was struck and killed here in the 1600 block of south 57th street.

they have one big piece of evidence, how much. take a good look. this is surveillance video that captured the terrible moment. we've pause that video before impact. but police want you to take a good look at the vehicle involved. it is a black suv that police say fled north on 57th street. the four year old boy who was hit died after he was taken to children's hospital. police say he was cross that busy street, by himself. now, later in the evening in kensington, another hit-and-run involving another child, this time police say young mother was caring her two year old in a carseat across the 2700 block of mascher street when both were hit. police found broken pieces, surveillance cameras rolling too, as witnesses stood by. take a listen. >> we have pretty good description, 2014, new err model, nissan, four door, white in color. after striking the mother and son, on mascher street, the vehicle made right turn, last

philadelphia police searching for two hit-and-run drivers. a four year old was killed when he was hit by a black suv on south 57th street about 6:30 last night. then, a half hour later mother and her two year old son were hit along mascher street by a white nissan. they're being treated for injuries. >> no longer has a borough
