news in the ogontz section of philadelphia police have one person in custody suspect offsetting a fire that left a man in critical condition. the the fire department responded just before 2:00 this morning to the 1600 block of west nedrow avenue where fire started in the back of that home. police say the the suspect is a five two-year old man lives in the building. showed up at the police station just minutes after that fire was started. >> it is just somewhat suspicious him showing up to the 35th district and providing us with information about this fire where he resides. >> the victim is also a man in his 50's and being treated for smoke inhalation. another woman in his 60's lives in the building was able to get out, without any injuries. developing right now philadelphia police made some headway in the case of the two hit and runs. >> one apparently involves a person of interest another involved a vehicle.
