started out as a car fire but quicklye involved in the suspicious death investigation. one day after a man's body was found in the burning car in southwest philadelphia, there are still, more questions then answers. >> right now it is still very much a in mystery, we're classifying it as a suspicious death, the homicide unit is investigating it and we will see where it goes. >> reporter: homicide detectives are handling the case with no witnesses and very little evidence. fire crews responding to a car fire in the 4700 block of fort mifflin road wednesday afternoon, discovered the man's body in the driver's seat in the middle of the flames. body burned beyond recognition, a gas can, found inside of the car. >> first thing we will find out, cause of death, from the medical examiner's office. so we will find out how the the individual was killed, if it is a murder then we will proceed that way during a full blown murder investigation and try to get to the bottom of who did this. >> reporter: detectives are scouring the area in search of surveillance video with a

iocovino was shocked and police found him unresponsive when they arrived. the other man suffered only minor injuries. a tour bus carrying the co lead singer of the lady antbellam burst into flames on a highway near dallas. hillary scott the posted on twit their a tire blew this morning and as you can see in the slowed down video the back of the tour busy ruperted in to flames shortly thereafter. her tour manager spoke to our dallas sister ktvt. >> the main thing have been on the bus was safe. nobody was hurt. we had hill willry on the bus but she's safe. everybody is safe. we're all okay. >> they were headed to arlington, virginia in the academy of country muse ache ward which air this is sunday right here on cbs-3. truck catches fire in burlington, new jersey this morning. chopper three on the scene of that incident that happened at connecticut drive around 10:30 a.m. no one was injured. no word on what cause that had fire.

eleven students are injured when a school bus crashes in gloucester township this happened on cross keys road police say bus was heading to the nearby camden county technical school when it was sideswiped by an suv. there were 39 student on board the bus, the injured students were taken to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries. police are investigating the crash and have not said yet whether they will file charges. what a beautiful day to day, sunny, 70 degrees, but tomorrow the rain comes back. meteorologist kathy orr is live on the sky deck with what we can expect, kathy. >> will it be a weekend spoiler, that is the the question. right now we are looking at a really good day with plenty of sunshine and a a lot of warmth to go around. temperatures in the 70's and some 60's a across the delaware valley. take a look at the numbers. right now we are looking at very warm temperatures, 69 in the city, 66 in wilmington. 68 degrees in millville. in the poconos already 61 degrees. average high for this time of the year in the city around

cbs-3 "eyewitness news". the the mayor of philadelphia michael nutter announced a new campaign that aims to end veterans homelessness. they call it philly vets home 2015. the mayor declared that all homeless veterans will be off city streets and in housing by november 11th which is veterans day. city has been working on this milestone for years in partnership with other governmental agencies and non-profits. >> i want to make sure when we do find, that it is rare not rio curing and very brief. >> reporter: back in january new orleans announced it had effectively ended veterans homelessness becoming first major u.s. city to achieve that goal. did you get a tax refund this year? many americans have either received one or have one on the way. there are many ways to hand that will mini wind fall. >> three on your side reporter jim donovan found some decisions are smarter than
