bye, a little boy is injured in the hit and run crash, has died, and tonight police have released new video of the car involved in this tragic crime. the reward in this case is growing, and it now stand at $20,000. good evening, to you i'm yes sir contact dean. i'm chris may. police are hoping that this new clear image of the suspect's car will lead them to an arrest. in the meantime we are hearing from the relatives of this young victim. "eyewitness news" reporter matt rivers is live in kensington where a family is desperate for answers tonight, matt? >> reporter: chris and jessica we have spoke to the family of two-year old david alycia in the long ago as you might imagine they are both upset and angry and they want the two suspects in this case to turn themselves in. surveillance video shows how fast it was going, four door infinity sedan flying down masher street, soon after police say the car struck david and his mother and then sped away turning on to lehigh avenue. >> it is a very hard time for everybody, very difficult

time. >> reporter: police are still searching for the suspect, david was pronounced critically dead at the hospital overnight but remains on life support until this afternoon when machines were turn off. they waited so that david's mom in the hospital herself, could say her good bye. >> it is very hard, very hard to take the family is in a lot of pain, you know feeling angry. >> reporter: angry at the two men who didn't stop after hitting a child a $20,000 reward stands for information leading to an arrest, to the suspects a message. >> almighty dollar speaks loudly and one of your friend will give you up give yourself up. give yourself up. you took a life. you struck that mother and that child. >> reporter: meanwhile in southwest philadelphia another fatal hit and run suspect is set to turn herself in. police say they are arrange to go take custody of the person driving this car which struck and killed four year-old abdul wilson on monday. so far she has not turn

herself in. and in speaking with the family members here in kensington they do plan to hold a vigil for young david both tomorrow night and sunday at 2:00 p.m. anyone who wishes to do so can a ten. live from kensington tonight matt rivers for cbs-3 "eyewitness news". well, now caught on camera a man falls off a septa platform on to the track and good samaritan yum tops his rescue. this happened last night at 15th street station on the market frankford line. that man was walk to go close to the edge and then fell. then that other man jumps down and save his life. both were treated for non-life threatening injuries. septa is calling good samaritan heroic but they warn riders of the dangers of the track. they say everyone should notify septa cashier or police in an incident like this. >> wow. >> detectives are hoping surveillance video can help them track down lead in a mysterious death. the investigation involves a body found inside of the burning car on the 4700 block

of fort mifflin road in southwest philadelphia police briefed our natasha a brown. >> right now it is still very much a mystery. we are classifying it as suspicious. >> reporter: charred remains of the car, body found inside burn beyond recognition along a remote road near philadelphia international airport. homicide detectives dealing with more questions than answers. >> first thing we will find out is cause of death for the medical examiner's office. we will find out how the the individual was killed if it is a murder we will proceed that way during a full blown murder investigation and try to get to the bottom who have did this. >> reporter: mystery began when fire crews responded to the car fire in the 4700 block of fort mifflin road a at 3:30 wednesday afternoon. beyond the flames a man's body lied burned beyond recognition in the driver's seat gas can was found inside the car that police say may have been the accelerant. >> i have detectives back out at the scene we're looking to see if anyone witnessed anything or has any

to the nearby camden county technical school when it was sideswiped by an suv. there were 39 students on board in all, the children injured were taken to the hospital but none suffered serious injuries. police are investigating and they have not yet said whether they will file charges. we have learn this afternoon that a work shore was injured in the accident in the king of prussia mall this week has died. thirty-six year-old joseph iocovino passed away yesterday in the hospital. police say he and another man were cutting electric cables on monday but one of them was still energized. he was shock in that incident. police found him unresponsive when they arrived. the other man on the scene sustained just minor injuries. prosecutors charged another contractor in connection with a corruption investigation involving penndot in the philadelphia area. christopher zoff was arraigned in bridgeport montgomery county a accused of hiring people with personal favors to an unnamed district engineer

maintenance costs and create a new taxable property. >> the biggest thing is how do we draw more rateables in our community. this is a challenge. >> reporter: in addition to selling their administrative building county officials are looking for ways to cut back cost. they are getting rid of the juvenile detention center and they're limb nateing jobs, 400 positions, over the last five years. >> we have to take lessons from the private sector and what they do and how they operate to make sure they contain those. >> reporter: is there a potential buyer for administrative building but no timetable on the sale, staff plans to move by mid-may n bridgeton, cleve bryan cbs-3, "eyewitness news". fraternities and sororities at villanova university participated in a unique canned food drive today, greek organizations collected so much cans they were able to make them into what they called can capsules. each fraternity and sorority chose a people for their capsule and thinks part of the villanova's greek week. >> every sorority and fraternity house brings cans for a member of their chapter and then they take these cans
