the montgomery county d.a.'s office says it has charged kevin rebi with child sex abuse and other crimes. a 15 year-old girl told police she found a hidden camera that rebie had installed in the bathroom of her limerick town hip home and she said he had sexually abused her. investigators say since their investigation kicked off in march, they have found dozens of bathroom videos recorded over a three to four year period on his computer. the search is on for gunman whom investigators say tried to rob an off-duty philadelphia police officer walking his dog. police say the officer drew his weapon and opened fire in overbrook last night. that officer fired eight shots at the suspect as the the two men exchanged gunfire. >> it appears to the man took him for a victim, i think he was pretty much surprised when he he found out he was robbing an off-duty police officer and the police officer still has

welcome back to "eyewitness news". i'm meteorologist kathy orr. you can see not a beautiful sunny afternoon on boat house row but still sitting pretty. skullers out on the schuylkill, a little bit of wind with the shaking of the camera and feeling more like mid-march then heading toward may. look at these wind gust as cross the delaware valley. little dover creek air force base a 37-mile an hour gust. reading gusting to 36. millville gusting to 34. at malvern prep, a 32-mile an hour win. those wind will subside but we have an area of low pressure that continues to spin over canadian maritime. we have high pressure moving in with clear skies to the the south and creating a pressure gradient or windy conditions. that will persist through the the night time hours. this is bringing down very cold air.
