with these breaking details now, diana. >> chris and jessica police were called here just after 3:00 when an employee working inside this recycling plant found a fetus on a conveyor belt here. police were called immediately, waste is brought into this facility literally from all over camden county to be recycled. according to the camden county, prosecutor's office hoist now investigating, the fetus was found deceased on a conveyor belt. investigators were not able to determine the gender of the fetus, the cause and manner of death are till not known however, an autopsy is planned for friday. that is very latest, i'm diana rocco for cbs-3 "eyewitness news". diana, thank you. new at 6:00 a rabies warning in south jersey, the burlington county health department says a fox captured in mount laurel tested positive for that disease. officials now have, several more warnings for residents

around the area where that dangerous animal was found. >> they have captured the fox near bury point way in the lakes development in mount laurel township. that is where we will fine "eyewitness news" reporter cleve bryan tonight with more, cleve. >> reporter: chris and jessica the the lakes condo complex is a a very busy place for people to live and yet you wouldn't expect that they had several fox biting is here including one with rabies. fox's and coyoties are secretive in any kind have bush they can make their den and these can be dangerous animals. >> i looked at it and said my god that is a fox. >> reporter: maryann gets chills thinking about her dog peanut being attack after she had a run in with the fox two days ago. >> i was walking the dogs and i saw a red fox directly across the street, and it was just standing there looking at me. >> reporter: just last week her neighbor snatch these pictures as animal control captured another fox on the same block. thursday health officials announced it had rabies. >> that is extremely alarming

need to tell them. on tuesday a student did just that, bringing a heroin packet to officer saying they found it in the school and by doing that he just may well have saved many of his classmates from becoming sickened. for 19 years officer wendy told me she has work for operation, dare in philadelphia's school, dedicating her career to helping young children learn to protect themselves from danger, including recognizing and reporting illegal drugs. tuesday morning inn identify of the cramp school she suddenly learn her effort had paid off. >> and he is saying to me, officer, i know this is something dangerous. i'm bringing it to you. i'm letting you know. >> reporter: she said a young student whom she instruct months before, found a heroin packet, one of 15 allegedly brought in by a first grader, and that student came to her immediately. >> he repeatedly said this is the right thing to do.

i know this officer wendy. this is right thing to to. he tend up and handed it to me. >> reporter: the first grader told them he brought from it his home where he found it under a kitchen table. after research of that home, police say, they have arrested le tore use faulk a friend of the family after they found 112 packets of heroin in her car outside. she told me that 95 students were lunching in the cafeteria when those heroin packets appeared. had the student not come to her immediately she says, many more could have been exposed to the deadly drug. >> we would have had children that would have probably been confronted with severe overdoses or possibly you know severe medical consequences. >> reporter: now the officer said that she tries to teach a lot of important lessons to the students, that she's involve with every day but she says in lessons more important than teaching them to trust

and to confide in police. she says that this young student learned that lesson fortunately are well. live from the special victims unit i'm walt hunter, for cbs-3 "eyewitness news". thank you walt. philadelphia the the mother suspected of trying to join isis was formally indicted on terrorism charges today. only "eyewitness news" has this video of the april 3rd arrest of keonna a thomas. prosecutors say thomas was ready to join, fight, and martyr herself on behalf of ice is. defense attorney representing thomas previously said that he would plead not guilty if indicted. president obama apologized to day for a u.s. drone strike that killed two hostages, including one american. that is right it happened in january on the pakistan/afghanistan border. it did kill two members al qaeda u.s. hostage has been identified as doctor warren weinstein. he was an aid worker from maryland who was captured in pakistan in 2011. >> i profoundly regret what
