busy stretch of road in montgomery county remains closed nearly 24 hours after the deadly crash. crews worked through the night cleaning up sewage and proud their spilled after two trucks collided. one driver died in that crash. "eyewitness news" reporter jan carabeo, joins us now she has some new information live from lower providence, jan good morning. >> good morning, you can see that south park avenue here in the audubon section of lower providence township remains closed this morning officials on scene tell me here this morning that this road will likely remain this way throughout the day. they had hoped to get it back open in time for the morning rush but that powdered make up spilled during the crash yesterday is still on the ground and it is very slippery. the two vehicles involved, however, have been towed away. that will happened around 1:00 i'm told, so progress is being made here, but not enough to reopen the road. >> this has been long closure. the deadly accident happened around 6:00 monday morning here on south park avenue near

crawford road, lower providence. tanker truck caring waste and tractor-trailer caring powdered make up collided, the driver of the tanker was killed, south park between eagleville road and ridge avenue remains closed. police are investigate the cause of the deadly crash and cleaning up the scene, a hazmat team was called in for crews to determine that there was no environmental danger here. the holdup is now the slippery powder left behind. you can see officials remain on scene the cause of the crash is still under investigation. and of course, you will want to plan an alternate route for now around this area. again, officials had hoped that this road would reopen for the morning rush. but if you point it looks like it will remain closed possibly not only through the morning rush but through the evening russias well. we'll stay on top of it. for now live in lower providence township. jan carabeo "eyewitness news". >> of course, for that morning commute, you need to find a way to get around that. let's check in with justice. >> couple of lane closures also on the vine street

expressway, eastbound, from 76 to broad. it is the two left lanes closed, right lane getting by that construction should wrap up 5:00 this morning again we will be dealing with the same thing again tonight. we start off with one lane, closed goes to two lanes after midnight again goes until 5:00 a.m. this morning eastbound from 76 to broad street. there is the lower providence township south park avenue that's closed as you saw earlier, between egypt road and ridge pike due to the truck accident yesterday morning. the alternate is egypt road or you can use trooper road, to get around that scene. also, in cobbs creek this morning, captain street, dealing with fire at a bar. at cobbs creek parkway. the alternate is 67th street to get around that fire. still the new jersey river line will be on 30 minute service stopping every 30 minutes, still due to signal problems this morning so just keep that in mind. area speeds looking good across the region, running at the speed limit on 95 and new jersey turnpike, also, the blue route looking good coming in at 55 miles per hour. the rest of mass transit

homes has forced them to sleep outside with most of their neighbors. twenty-nine year old share may lee has been formally charged with false impress onment and endangering the welfare of her children. police say that lee locked her four children in the basement of their kensington home as a form of punishment. police say lee's children, ages nine, ten 12, and 13, spent more than 12 hours over the weekend without access to food water or a bathroom. the children were rescued by police on sunday. a couple of teenagers now facing numerous charges in the shooting death of chinese food delivery man in crescent ville. they are 15 year old duffy and 14 year old walker, walker is charged with murder. both will be tried as adults. police say they are responsible for shooting 49 year old ren dall zang last week, while making a delivery. >> this morning, we know the identity of the suspect in custody for stabbing a worker at main line school.

she did. >> police describe the suspect as an african-american woman age 50 to 60. they say she has dark bushy hair and wears glasses. >> the pennsylvania supreme court has upheld the child endangerment conviction of philadelphia monsignor william lynn. he was the first us church official sent to prison over the handling every priest sex abuse complaints. superior court tossed out conviction on appeal in 201 he's been on house arrest ever since at northeast philadelphia rectory. lynn has 14 days to appeal monday's ruling. we now know more about the troubles facing pennsylvania attorney general kathleen kane alleges kane ordered release of secret information. all to embarrass ago rival and then tried to cover it up. a three judge panel decided a separate inquiry should continue into whether kane violate add court order by firing her chief deputy. the court wants to know if james barber's firing was in retaliation. grand jury was recommended --

family poisoned by a pesticide while on vacation in the us virgin islands last month. "eyewitness news" has learned steve in stable condition and i am proving, his two boys remain in critical condition and the boys' mother is recovering at home. >> met ill bromide the pesticide believed to have made the family sick; being used in our area and in large quantities. >> one man sharing his story exclusively with "eyewitness news". want to show you a picture hereof jason patrick ten years ago on vacation with his family. this is him now, struggling to get around, let alone hold his kids like he used to. patrick says he worked as a fumigation technician, and was poisoned by met ill bromide pesticide used to fume gate produce. >> i woke up one morning like my chest was on fire. and then it went into my hands, and then by through the burning after that came numbness. >> according to medical expert testimony, patrick's nervous system had been poisoned.

for you here today. really what's happening high pressure trying to build in, and replace an area of low pressure, which actually as i step to this side you will see has some very well defined cloud curvature here. there is your low. counter clock wide spin very obvious, that's getting out of here and dragging with it all of it moisture, so we will see these clouds thin out. see that happening even in the last couple of hours but as high pressure builds in, clockwise rotation basically sends the funnel of air in as a northerly wind. so that's where that will be coming from today. and again, a lot of times you typically find that leading to a much cooler feel to the air. but it shouldn't than bad for us out there today. meanwhile, that said, lowering humidity as well as the breeze, going to elevate your fire risk. there are yet to be any red flag warnings, anything like that issued, but our region will be one of those zones where you have got to wore bit open flame just be real careful, throwing away a cigarette butt, grilling out with the family being be smart about it, just keep a close watch on the grill.
