police want to question two victims after a triple shooting in fair hill. investigators collect dozens of shell casing from north sixth street earlier today. one man was kill, and two other men suffered gunshot wound. police found, three guns. the authority are searching for a suspect resembling this sketch they say that suspect, forced a woman into a van in fishtown last friday and sexually assaulted her. also there were no injuries in the collapse of the vacant home on buy va street in point breeze but neighboring homes were evacuated as a precaution. philadelphia's mayor michael nutter plans to announce plans to inspect vacant homes in the city. traffic and weather together and it is weather watcher time. >> it that is time of the morning. good morning. we are off to a really mild start by comparison to yesterday when we had clear skies, we weren't able to, start off quite as mild but we certainly warmed up easily. today we will start off mild but don't warm up as easily

breast cancer. >> jessica dean introduces you to one of those women a 26 year-old from new jersey who has battled breast cancer not once but twice. >> reporter: kate list mosssack has a wednesday to go plan and she refuses to let cancer get in the way. >> you have to enjoy the moment and people that you are with and around and just kind of get through kind of truck on as much as you can. >> reporter: her positivity is the signature personality trait, would than that made all of the difference. in the fall of 2013 she noticed a lum in her breast and went in for a ultrasound. >> the radiologist said everything was fine. take some a leave and things should get better. >> reporter: but they didn't. >> it got much more painful. wasn't really getting smaller. so, i decided to see a breast surgeon. >> reporter: an mri and biopsy revealed stage zero carcinoma in situ, men as d.c. is. shocked by her diagnosis she was in for a happy surprise when her long time boyfriend

nicholas proposed to her the next day. together, they took on the the cancer as mossstack underwent a double mastectomy and reconstruction. >> you just think it is not going to be me. especially breast cancer. i don't have a family history. i'm so young. >> reporter: then a year after her initial diagnosis, another shock, the the cancer was back. >> i was like how could, how could this be back, and then your mine really kind of wonders and like is it back? is it worse. >> reporter: he had additional surgery and now preparing for radiation, all while keeping that positive attitude. >> it is reassuring to know that the strength and character that she displayed throughout this, that is my wife, personally want to spend the rest of my life with. >> reporter: on mothers day she will be honored at 25th susan g komen philadelphia race for the the cure as a 2015 survivor. >> on sunday you will come down the steps with the other survivors, what will that moment be like for you. >> you are standing next to

students in philadelphia. jim kenney and tony williams are fighting over public schools versus charters. i think they're both wrong...it's making sure they all get a good education. teachers should have their contracts respected. they also should be held accountable. and it's wrong philadelphia gets less school funding than other parts of pennsylvania. i'll work with harrisburg to change that. but if they refuse i'll take them to federal court. as mayor i'll do what's right for them.

i guess i never really gave much thought to the acidity in any foods. never thought about the coffee i was drinking having acids. it never dawned on me that it could hurt your teeth. my dentist has told me your enamel is wearing away, and that sounded really scary to me and i was like well can you fix it can you paint it back on and he explained that it was not something that grows back, it's kind of a one-time shot and you have to care for it. he told me to use pronamel. it's gonna help protect the enamel in your teeth. it allows me to continue to drink my coffee and to eat healthier and it was a real easy switch to make.

latest information jan. >> reporter: erika and ukee, a man in his 20's has died overnight as a result of this overnight shooting, in fair hill. now philadelphia police say that the area where this happened is largely residential area with some businesses. so they are hoping witnesses and surveillance video inside that area can help determine if two men, now in the hospital, are also actually responsible for that deadly shooting. thirty-two spent shell casing is and counting. homicide detective and the crime scene unit busy collecting evidence of the deadly shooting in fair hill overnight that has left two men in the hospital and one man dead. >> he was shot multiple times in the head, chest and torso. he was collapsed on the sidewalk next to the parked car. police pick him up, transported him to temple hospital where he was pronounced dead at 12:48 a.m. >> reporter: police on routine patrol heard gunfire just
