eye pleasing equipment for jersey shore but something many people welcome on open arms. >> there was a 10-foot drop straight down and there was no beach. >> reporter: gary a says sandy was a a close call for his beach front house in ship bottom. >> a lot of debris, furniture garbage cans we had sand stack up about 2 feet. >> reporter: now sand is piling up where it belongs, on the beach. engulfed in haze, friday crews continue the first phase of the 128 million-dollar project, to build that long beach island's oceanfront the same or bigger then it was before sandy. ship bottom will be first town to have beaches and dunes up to 415 feet wide and 22 feet high. >> it is very nice to see. it gives us reassurance. it was bad last time. >> reporter: almost three years after sandy some people are still struggling to bounce back, new jersey officials say that building up the dunes is an important step to prevent losses from future storms, still about 50 property owners haven't signed their dune easement and will face i am meant domain.

the deadly shooting in darby boro delaware county. investigators say dolan was shot during an altercation involving drugs on the 400 block of main street. his body was found in the hallway of the apartment around 1:00 this morning. authorities say the the gun man is seen on surveillance video and they are trying to identify him. more troubles for bill cosby, atlantic city police are investigating rape allegations against him as they claim cosby drugged and raped her. she spoke with atlantic city police last week. it is unclear when that allege conduct happened but there is no statute of limitations of rape in new jersey. bernard's attorney gloria allred release aid statement reading in part lily is very glad that she made her report yesterday and she wants other women to know if they allege and have evidence that they were victimize by mr. cosby in new jersey that they should also reporter that allegation toss police there. it was an emotional day at temple university's graduation ceremony in north philadelphia. students there paid tribute to

a classmate critically injured in the hit and run crash who could not walk with them today. rachel hall's mother kathy accepted her daughter's degrees on her behalf, she received a standing ovation. hall was critically injured last wednesday night riding her bike, on the temple campus. >> i felt really bad and i'm glad that her mom came and i'm glad everyone stood up for her. >> she had an opportunity to have the support of all everyone here. >> hall was a lacrosse player, set to become a police officer in washington d.c. post graduation, she now remains in critical condition. driver who confessed to hitting hall 18 year-old reshawn roberts was charge with fleeing the the scene of the accident on thursday. chopper three over an accident earlier today this one involving five vehicles this is intersection of allendale and keebler roads in king of prussia montgomery county. at least two people were taken to the hospital. no word on what cause that had

normal for this time of the year. i want to draw your a attention to the subtropical storm ana churning off the coast of the carolinas but its influence continues to go off the coastal plane. we are talking about some southeasterly wind that will keep moisture in the region. we will see high cloud, and more fog. take a look at visibility by tonight at 11:00 o'clock. you can see fog rolling in, moving on shore very poor visibility down the shore and moving inside. we have a dense fog advisory in effect. come early tomorrow morning at six or 7:00 a.m. mild visibility in the city. allentown down to zero. millville .6. wildwood .2 of a mile. it is not until about noon time that we will clear it out. philadelphia is okay at 8:00 a.m. allentown a mile. atlantic city a mile. wildwood at .4. finally the sun really warms things up and cut off the fog by the the the noon time hour. during the day on saturday, temperatures will be back in the 80's. the sunday looks great. still morning fog. we will watch this front
