she did that with her arms. susan: freezing toronto and then we came here for some of the exteriors. susan: because neither of you live here. james: you moved to austin, texas. brooklyn:. james: how is that? and why did you choose texas? brooklyn: my husband's from texas. austin's cool. it's like this weird funky like everyone has a mohawk and covered in tattoos and i love it. lots of food trucks. you can eat your way through austin. good music. great music. it's cool. i love it. i love it. james: but up until then you lived in new york city, right? brooklyn: i mean, i work here. so i'm sort of like the half and half type person but i go everywhere. james: you have never moved to l.a. are you those people who hate l.a. or are you ok? do you always go, oh, i can't bare it?

there are some definite people who go ugh. susan: it's more corporate and it's all about the business. in new york you can see people earn a living in other business. and i can't stand how long you're in a car. i i'm used to user-friendly cities. i don't care where you go. it can be 2:00 in the morning 12:00 in the afternoon there's always traffic. and you say this is terrible. and you go, well, it's never like this. and it's always like this. i say it's every time -- james: you picked a bad time. susan: it's never like this. excuse me, it's always like this. brooklyn: the drivers are [beep] let's be honest in l.a. james: it's certainly taken a turn. it's taken a turn. look at reggie. he's absolutely lovely. reggie's doing this. you know that you drive here reggie. brooklyn: people when they get blind the wheel they turn into

james: "west wing." i just love it so much. brooklyn: i respect that. i don't want to undermine your intelligence because it's going sound ignorant coming out of my mouth but did all the politics an everything -- there weren't nuances that were difficult? james: the beauty of the show is that because aaron is so incredible, they only tell you things that you need to know if you need to. so someone will pop in and say what does this mean? and they would help dumb people like myself. brooklyn: it's not a dumb thing. james: but it is. i wish most shows came with a pamphlet of what's going on because right now there are too many shows. brooklyn: they're all very smart. susan: but there are so many series that are stolen from the brits. and we try to do our version and it doesn't work. james: we doory fair share of stealing. i hope your show makes it to the
