there is no foul play involved. hear more from him in a minute. couple developments, all of the mangled train cars have gone, and the nfsb released the scene back to amtrak, so piece by piece, investigators are getting better picture of what happened here, and why. this crash has now claimed eight lives. the last victim pulled from the rubble yesterday. and now officials say all 243 people who were on board at the time of the crash have been accounted for. dozens though, still remain at the hospital. here at the crash skate, national transportation safety board now says the train was accelerating in the pint minute before derailment. the train sped up from 70 miles per hour, until it reached more than 100 miles per hour at the sharp curve. the mack speed should have been 50. investigators say it is unclear if the speed was increased manually by the engineer, at this point, they have not found any problems with the track circumstance unless locomotive. who are about the engineer,

cbs-3, "eyewitness news". >> jan, thank up. meanwhile, that amtrak train is now at a facility in bear, delaware, where the damaged rail cars are being examined as part of the crash investigation. they were taken to the amtrak mechanical services department after being removed from the crash site yesterday. those rail cars were x-rayed and then wrapped in plastic by the ntsb before they were dropped off. investigators will be testing the brake system analyzing the damage. meanwhile, funeral will be held today for naval academy midshipman justin z. mser: twenty year old among the eight men and women who died tuesday night. >> justin was relentless. he was i mean, first one in the weight room, last one out. he made everyone want to get better. >> also, confirmed dead, bob guildersleeve of maryland, his body recovered yesterday morning. also dental records helped identify new york realtor

too much, at least right now you're not. ninety-five looking pretty nice around cottman avenue. we had earlier construction around girard. you know how 95 has been. around this point here cottman, also around girard, lanes just narrow regardless. but the earlier lane closures that we had at girard avenue have since cleared out of the way. i mean, 95 looks pretty guide right now. i would say in either directionment not only to and from the northeast also in and out of delaware county, and if you are still using new jersey transit due to the suspension of amtrak service between philadelphia and new york, things on 95 headed out toward trenton also look real good. now, kelly drive, we have closures for this weekend strawberry mansion fountain green, due to the stotesbury regata, goes on today from 6:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. saturday. but then, 6:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on sunday, we have another regatta. so i would anticipate kelly drive is just be something to steer clear of this weekends again, we still have suspension for amtrak, also the trenton line, so plan cord inning lip. ukee?
